They were good with the help of buying for the first time. It was upsetting at first due to the fact, I was checking online and saw a few that I wanted online but went in person to get it and check it out and get more info. But the price for a gen 3 was the same for a gen 5 and once i compared the price and features it kind of made no sense. I was expecting a gen 5 and when I bought it I did not know the difference between them so I bought it and after waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, I inspected it I found it was a gen 3. Overall Im happy with the gen 3, t would been better to know the difference at the time.

Been going here for a while Brian and crew have always been very helpful with any questions and got my first holster threw them that I love and any other business I have done with them FFL, buying selling process has all been smooth easy and with clear explanation .I go there often and even though we all cant get what we are looking for during these times I enjoy saying hello browsing whats there and you can tell they appreciate ya coming in to check for freedom seeds every time. If you’re a fan of the 2nd amendment, then you’ll love this little shop.I bought a .22 rifle back near Christmas for my boy - and was surprised with how down to earth everyone was at the shop. No pressure to buy, no upsells and it was easy to just stand around the shop and shoot the sh*t.The owner answered any questions I had, and wasn’t pretentious like some stores can be.It was also good to see how ‘to the T’ everything was with the legal aspects too. A genuine sign of an honest business and a great store for gun owners.My only wish is that they had more stock right now, but you can thank your glorious President for that right now.

Been around a lot of gun shops growing up in Texas, and Next Level Firearms has to be one of the best I’ve ever been in. It’s a small shop, but has everything you could want to buy, from handguns and rifles to oddballs and even coffee. The owner Brian is an amazing guy and will work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure me into any unwanted purchases which I respect more than anything else. Ammo is very well priced, with some being under priced compared to what I find online which is unheard most days in gun shops. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new firearm, have something serviced or even a new buyer who just wants to look, these guys will help you with the best information out there and one of if not the best atmosphere I have ever experienced in a gun shop. Will be doing all of my future business with Next Level Firearms.

I stopped in randomly one day last year. Since then, this has been my go to when I need something. Always willing to get you whatever you need, and in a fairly timely manner. Great customer service... Always offering snacks or something to drink. Even has a cozy safe space for those feeling a bit emotional that day.

I came here almost a year ago, just to browse and see whats available and what I would be able to get. They immediately greeted me, and assisted me with any questions I had. Brian is courteous as well as professional. When you walk in you are greeted as a friend and treated as such. There is no judgement nor pressure to buy anything. Brian seems more interested in arming you with knowledge first before you try to arm yourself. Overall 12/10 and will keep coming back. Also, its a veteran owned business so its very very friendly to military. Like I said, will definitely keep coming back, and will continue to be my top recommendation to both beginner and advanced shooters.

Me and my mom went in and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from everyone in the store. They were all very helpful with our questions and even gave us some resources to get started with guns. They showed us how the guns are taken apart and cleaned, they showed us how to handle the weapon. It was just overall a great experience. If you are new to guns I definitely suggest stopping by. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been going here for years. The owner, Brian, has always been professional and a pleasure to work with. What I love most about this place is there is no judgement on the product. Brian sells you what you want. He gives honest feedback about firearms but never pushes brands.Too often I’ve called shops to get the “Buy a Glock. If it’s not a Glock don’t buy it.” attitude. Brian sold me my first pistol, an AR lower, a shotgun and managed several transfers for purchases I made online for more custom build projects.Also, he sure to ask for Jasper. He can be loud at times but he definitely helps the shopping experience.

I stopped in at Next Level on a whim and was glad I did. Beyond the great prices, what made sure I will visit again is the incredibly friendly staff. I got a call right after from Brian saying he was pretty sure that specific one had been sold that day but he may be able to work something out, he just needed to verify his stock in the morning when he was back in the store. (It was 11:00pm in NH) He proposed a few options as to how to move forward with a similar model without a key feature I was looking for.Next day he tells me I’m the similar model is in, was gracious to email me pictures so I could verify model numbers and package contents. Instead of a refund check he agreed to a deal for some tritium sights and calling it even.I got the gun I wanted! I just have to set some sights when she gets here.Brian was very good to deal with over the phone and his website purchase was smooth as silk. Shipped to an FFL of my choice.

Fine example of how a shop should be run. Went to several places looking for a specific firearm and no one had it and didn’t want to order it. Walked through the door of next level was immediately greeted by the staff and the pup!! Asked about the firearm, they didn’t have it but said we can order it. 5 minutes process will make me a customer for life!

After going to Walmart and not being able to purchase a MA compliant rifle, I stopped in to Next Level who were happy to take my business. The team at Next Level is more than happy to show you their inventory and are not pushy to sell. Brian at Next Level has a customer for life now. The Next Level team even has great insight to the MA laws as they are located right near the border. Good prices, good selection, and best of all, good people that work there.

I learned of Next Level through a google search and saw their ratings. I made the decision to travel north and stop in. My experience with the staff has been one of the best of any store i have ever been to. Not just within the firearms world either. They answer all my questions without judgement and rather than pressure you into a sale they encourage you to make informed decisions and give you the tools needed to do so. The hospitality of the owner and the welcoming environment all come together to create a wonderful experience even when you do not buy anything. Went in to next level firearms expecting the usual gunshop experience, but what I got was nothing short of spectacular. The owner was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. He had no problems explaining every detail of every gun he had. There was no pressure for a sale, just talking about guns. I loved the experience. This gunshop will get all of my future business even though I have to drive and hour to get there.

I was looking for a FFL to receive an online order I was planning on making. I contacted Next Level online to see if they would do this for me. Even though it was in the evening after the store closed, Brian (the owner) got right back to me. He said he would do the transfer but would like opportunity to sell me the gun.Unfortunately his sources werent able to get the exact model I was looking for. However Brian had similar model in stock.I walked in the store and was greeted by a gentle white German Shepard, as well as one of his human staff. They all were friendly and helpful.Brian took the time to show me other guns in the same size class (not trying to up sell). I ended up buying a P320-CA-9-BSS which was why I went to him originally.Over all it was a great experience.

Awesome place with awesome people. They give you as much knowledge as possible and let you decide what you want to do unlike other places just trying to sell the most expensive product.

Everyone here is always super helpful. You cant beat the online prices. They will answer any questions you have and take the time to explain everything to you. They also wont pressure you in to anything. My last time in I got a wicked deal on a Colt Sauer 7mm Rem Mag with a Zeiss scope and 7 Colt Sauer mags, which are ridiculously hard to come by now. Definitely check out their consignment guns for some good deals. I will definitely be back. definitely my go to place for firearms and ammo. I would recommend to anyone.

What a great shop and great guys running it! I met Brian, his dog and his business partner Alex there and all 3 were friendly and very knowledgeable as well. Lots of great new and used guns including a nice selection of milsurps and vintage guns all at good prices.Aside from the guns, there was also a nice stockpile of ammo in various calibers all priced well and lots of different accessories/mags/etc. Its kind of like a smaller Rileys when it was the old Rileys we all loved. But I think one of the best things was they didnt treat me like an intruder because I was from MA. Brian was WELL versed in all of our strange customs and regulations and knew exactly which guns/parts were MA ok and why. He doesnt just say its up to you to figure out the obscure rules here like some shops in NH, he happily caters to us. Oh and of course its all tax free, which is a nice bonus!
