They did a good job selling me a Hustler mower. But the 2 times I have had to deal with service department has been a real pain. The first time was warranty work. They said it was fixed, got the mower home, 12 mile trip, the mower was doing the same thing as before. Had to haul the mower back, this time they found a part that need replaced that they had missed. Had the mower for a week and a half. This time I was given a price quote over the phone. When the job was done i was charged $ 60 dollars over the quoted price. Do not use their service department its a jokeThe store manager contacted me about about my complaint. They were very concerned and wanted to make it right. They have resolved my issue with the service department. I happy we could work this out and I am a satisfied customer

They told me to come with cash and then waited untill I drove 2 hrs to disclose fees. They were very aggressive telling me I should know. When trying to work it out the sarcasm I received was very eye opening. Not the same place I bought my last 2 bikes from. Very uncomfotable situation. Never again.

Bought a Mahindra tractor from here. After a couple days of waiting for them to deliver it, this morning turning into this afternoon turning into tomorrow midmorning then they were loading it up only to find out later that afternoon that they delivered it to my neighbors house and ran. I guess so much for theyll delivery it and stay around as long as needed to explain how everything works.

Went to but 2 2021 atvs. Filled out financing papers left. They never even called back to say if loan went thru. I even had half down if needed. Would have given less stars if it were an option.Just an update to their answer for my review above.. they said they are working on it. Im pretty sure I could have bought a house in the time youve been working on it. I stillhave not heard a word from them

Most of the employees are nice and helpful trying to do a good job. Nobody wears masks for what its worth. Nick can work on his disposition and the way he carries himself around customers and fellow workers. You can tell he kind of rubs off on everyone else. Hes seemingly okay at his job and is being groomed for success but is lacking in customer service. Joe in service department is a great guy.

Bought a can am maverick and love it. The guys went above and beyond getting me taken care of. Nick and Logan were both great. Ended up buying a new set of tires before picking up the bike and was very pleased with the help I received in the service department. Next purchase will be done through them.

My wife bought a side by side used from them and it was to cold to ride it.... so when she got ready to ride i went to pick her up it broke down and didn’t even get 20 miles out of it she paid $10,000 for it they said they would trade us out or fix it we tried getting a new one but the price on the ad was$16,799 and we get there to buy it they tell us that it’s almost $6,000 more than the price in the ad!!! Furthermore the manager made a verbal agreement to fix for nothing se she told them to fix they said ok. Then after we get home they call me when I’m not the one who purchased it!! And said we’re not obligated to fix it!!! Yes she was paying cash!!!

Seem to have treated us alright. We bought a 2012 Ford focus and so far its been a good car. The car was over priced tho but he came down. Idk how their other prices are but I would recommend that u know what the vehicle that youre looking at is worth before going in.

This company continues to send me spam emails, they must have bought my email address online from some other scammer. I have opted out of their emails multiple times, but I am still receiving their stupid advertisements. I have never lived in the state of Illinois, I live 32 hours away by car. Watch out they are collecting your data and they are probably sell it to some other scammers. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

Joe Wagner and I have have worked together for several years. He is always friendly and super responsive. Everyone at the dealership is easy to work with and go out of their way to help in any way they can.

I spent $14000 at their store and it took almost 2 months to get the paperwork from them. I ended up driving 3-1/2 hrs. to their store to get my paperwork in person. They were very friendly before my purchase and not interested in my problem after the purchase.I wouldn’t buy from them again.

We drove 3 hours one way to buy a bike today that they have listed on their site but they did not have in the store. Even better when we asked the sales guy about it he looked at us dumbfounded like he didn’t remember having one in even the recent past. On top of it when we were there we looked for other comparable bikes to the one that we wanted that were listed on their site and what do you know, they didn’t have those either. They leave inventory up on their site that they no longer have to drum up business and get people to come in and waste their money on the much smaller inventory that they do have in store. Please Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere for any of your dirt bike needs.

Before I begin, I should mention - it takes a lot for me to be leaving dirt on a establishment that makes its money based on inventory it sells. I did sales for ten years, so I do understand that sales floor personnel have bills that need to be paid also. I get it. With that being said - I stopped in over here awhile back looking to make a purchase on another motorcycle. Unfortunately, the sales personnel (Logan, to be specific) was aggressive and NOT straight forward with me about their pricing. I explained to them what I was looking at beforehand, and all I asked for was a realistic price match based on average market price. They declined until I started walking out the door and then that number started changing.Ive since gone to another dealership and spent $26,000 with them on two bikes in the past 7 months because theyve been straight with me. Im looking at buying another bike here in a few weeks. Lesson learned: youre paid to do sales. Your sales floor is nice, your inventory selection is great, but your sales tactics are tactless, pressuring, and disappointing. You all can do better than that. Honesty sells and keeps customers; the opposite doesnt. Chasing a quick dollar is NOT the way to do sales.

I had looked very hard for a Suzuki Boulevard s40 for quite some time. In my search I found that ATVs and More had one. I contacted them and spoke with Lisa Wagner. She gave me the complete info on it and it was priced at a very good point... I told her I would take it, so she sent me the paperwork. I drove over 5 hours to get there and when I arrived, paperwork was ready, motorcycle was ready to roll out the door and she was as friendly and helpful as anyone I have encountered in any business. We just took our ITV in for service and a couple of repairs. They did do the service and 1 of the 2 repairs.They tried to get us to buy more parts for something that was not wrong. They didn’t change a cv boot that we bought from them and asked to have put on when the other repair was done.

They got us to buy a $2000 warranty for our sons dirt bike. My son is 14 and paying for this bike hisself. It had an issue this year and we thought we knew what it was and asked if it was under the warranty. They put in a warranty claim which was denied because the part was not covered. When we began the work to fix the part ourselves we found more damage than we thought. Because they put in the first warranty claim and had to revise it the work still was not covered.The warranty company is saying that they wont cover the bike because of how ATVS and more put in the claim. ATVs and more says it is because I took it apart to fix it like they told me to do. They reported that the bike was in their possession when it wasnt. Joe said that it isnt right but the best he could do is help with a discount on parts and labor. We are looking at almost $2000 worth of work after paying $2000 for a warranty to cover the bike.They do not stand behind their customers.

I have had too many bad experiences in this place and I will not be going back. Rudeness, incompetence. I ride bikes, my son rides bikes, but we will be driving the extra mile to get some decent service from now on.

Bought a used TW200 from a bunch they had available from a local training program. They made it super easy. I paid a small deposit, Steve sent me pictures of the bike he set aside for me and a week or so later I drove from Cincinnati to pick it up. All of the title paperwork was prepared and the transfer to an Ohio title was a snap with all of the paperwork sent. Great job, I wish you were closer to me!

Ive bought two UTVs from ATVs and More this year. This review is a result of my second purchase.I bought a lightly used 2018 Can Am Maverick Xrs Turbo R from ATVs and More on July 22, 2020 (exactly six weeks ago to the day Im writing this review). I had spent a the previous day test driving some new 2020 Can Am Maverick models and decided that despite my urge to throw down on a brand new Xrs Turbo RR, I should probably explore something on the cheaper side. Given my prior experience with ATVs and More inventory availability and sales team, I decided to check their listings and sure enough they had a 2018 Maverick Xrs Turbo R with 32 inch tires, rock sliders, and lower doors already installed. I reached out to their sales staff to confirm availability (check) and drove down early the next morning. Lisa was helpful and had my financing ready to go before I even walked in the door - thanks Lisa.Two days later, my wife and I decided to take the Maverick out and meet some friends out in Missouri. We were only a quarter mile away from the campground before the engine overheated and the Maverick went into Limp Home mode. I pulled over and let the dust settle before we turned back. After another 100 feet down the road, the check engine light started flashing. Once we got the Maverick back to camp, I decided to check the antifreeze reservoir in the back - the reservoir was bone dry. After letting the engine cool for an hour, I checked the reservoir again to see if any antifreeze had cycled out of the system back into the reservoir bottle - the bottle was still bone dry. After having decided our day was a wash, my wife and me drove an hour away to the nearest auto parts store just to get some antifreeze in it before we attempted to get it back on the trailer.Once we got back to camp, we mixed enough distilled water and antifreeze to at least attempt to fire the Maverick back up. As soon as it started up, it started billowing sickly sweet white smoke out of the exhaust.Edit: Im editing my review to reflect the personal attention and service Joe put into making the situation with the Maverick right. Ill admit that my review was a bit flippant and I should have been a bit more patient. Joe really went above and beyond with not only replacing the Mavericks head gasket, but they also noticed the plastic (!) gears that drive the oil and water pump were chewed up pretty bad. Joe went a step further and pulled the oil pan to make sure none of the gear teeth had been cycled through. Sure enough, they found debris on the oil screen. They resolved that issue as well, and now the Maverick runs great. After the experience Joe gave my situation, I will 100% return to ATVs and More for all my service and outdoor needs. Thanks Joe, you rock.

I made it very clear to the lady I only wanted to look that day. And everything was fine at first. Then she got other people involved and I felt like I was being rushed/ pushed to make a decision. It made me very uncomfortable so I made an excuse and left. I tried getting back in touch with the sales lady after I decided I’d buy from them. I apologized, and she has done nothing but ignore me. So when I go in on Wednesday the 4th I’ll damn sure be asking for someone else to help me with my purchase. Preferably Logan. He is the best worker in the whole building.

This is my first impression of this place after calling them about bike that was listed on craigslist. I asked the salesman about the mileage and history of the bike. He put me on hold to go find out the mileage - no problem with this at all - after returning to the phone I asked him if he knew the history of the bike? He did not. Again, no problem. But, during this whole process he had a couldnt care less attitude. Like I was bothering him or interrupting his morning. I was asking because i wanted to know the basics before making a trip from St.Louis.Very disappointing right out of the gate.Im still going to go in to look at the bike in person. (good day for a ride on my current bike, ONLY reason Im going)....but, Im not holding my breathe of receiving good customer service. We will see. I will report back after I visit them. Im trying to give the benefit of the doubt after the phone call. But, not a good first impression. Very poor phone skills when it comes to sales.

Never judge a book by its cover. Stopped in today to check on aftermarket wheels for my Teryx4 and possibly other accessories. Despite spending about 15 minutes in the business, however, only two employees bothered to acknowledge my existence. The person just after you walk in the door and an employee who happened to walk by me and sigh (who I spoke to first.) At least five more employees walked by me without so much as a word. Countless others behind counters looked in my general direction without so much as a word. Not a hi, hello or how is your day going. Nothing.Im 100% sure its because of how I was dressed. I was in work clothes and Im sure they thought I didnt have money and was a waste of their time. Its a pity, because if someone had bothered to try to help me they might have made a sale. Probably not today, but in the very near future. As I said earlier, never judge a book by its cover. Doing so likely cost $600-$1,000 in sales and any chance of business in the future.

No call back. Just an email telling me how everyone is looking forward to help. Few days later I called and inquired about the motorcycles I was interested in. Turnes out they were all sold. All 4 still posted on their website a week later.

Purchased a used utv got it home just to find out the water pump is bad....contacted utv and more explained what was going on they had us bring it back (which is a 3hr round trip for us )they took it to their shop about a hour went by they thought it was just a air pocket in the line got it back home only to find out it was still leaking antifreeze called Joe (manager) said he would have it picked up and fixed then returned to us in which he held to his word ....they all at utvs and more were very polite and did everything to make our purchase right will do business and recommend utvs and more great company thanks for a great used utv

I didn’t personally buy a bike from here but my brother did. They financed in a $1600 warranty on a used Dirtbike and will not refund it. There was no mention of a warranty by the finance manager while paper work was being done. READ ALL OF THE PAPER WORK BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. This dealership is shady.

I needed to buy an ATV at the end of 2017. I spoke with Tara. She was great to deal with! She was straight forward with her pricing and very responsive.
