I was looking for a 2021 Honda Talon 1000X-4SE and was able to talk with Steven at Cycle Country. He told me that he had one that was supposed to ship in a week or two but could not guarantee. This is a Honda issue not the dealers. I am from Reno and the closest one I could find was in east Texas. I put my deposit down and two weeks later he informed me it was in! I did this transaction completely over the phone and Steven could not have done a better job. I scheduled to make the 10 hour drive to pick it up and they made sure it was ready at the agreed time. The only thing I wish is that I lived closer so I could continue to use their other services. Thanks Steven and Cycle Country for a very positive experience.
Overall experience was fine. The little things that got overlooked are always the things that stick with a person though.1. After showing up to find out what they would give me for a trade, I never saw my bike again!! Was not given the opportunity to get my key for b, valve stem caps etc. Small complaints but still…2. Used bike or not, what happened to filling up the customers tank. We are talking motorcycles not full size pickups.3. Also, pay attention to the pictures you look at compared to the bike you sit on. Tires, exhaust, lights??? They may not be the same as were advertised. Then they will tell you that they had to throw it away for EPA reason’s. Don’t advertise what you won’t be selling.Yes I got the bike I wanted and yes they stayed after hours to make it happen which was appreciated but again, the small things will keep customers coming back as quickly as the big things.
Fantastic dealership. Got my Talon serviced perfectly and they went beyond to resolve a warranty issue better than new. Very happy with Justin’s attention to detail. Very happy.
Overall was a pleasant experience. Bike was perfect.
I was recently rear ended on my Indian Scout and thought the whole Summer was going to be wasted waiting for my bike to be repaired. Big props to the service department at Cycle Country and especially Justin and Kayla who kept me up to date with the progress of the repair. They were experienced with working with the insurance company as well as fixing everything that needed to be fixed following the accident. They did an awesome job repairing my Indian Scout and getting me back on the road way ahead of schedule!
Met with Paul today. Absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing business there. Clean showroom, fresh coffee and killer parts selection.
TL;DR - Customer service was good, scam on trade-ins and markdowns for buying bikes from you.Overall, customer service was good. Salespeople and Manager were nice and welcoming. However, when purchasing a new bike, I had a couple of trade ins. I went through with one, and decided to hold onto the other because of the price offered. With the price offered, it was explained that in order for them to sell they legally had to replace the exhaust I had put on the bike along with a new chain and tires because they were worn and old so would make for a hard sell in that condition.Understandably, that is what knocked down the price of their offer. In the end, I did decide to sell to them for a couple hundred more than what was initially offered on trade and felt good about it after the pricing breakdown of everything. However, upon stopping in today to check out a cover for the new bike, I found the one that needed new parts for sale in the used section. Before I went back out and took a look at it, I went ahead and looked at the price online. They are asking for 3300 more than I sold to them for, and they didn’t replace any of the parts they said they would have to in order to sell it. Still had same exhaust I had installed, the rusty chain they claimed was dangerous, and the tires they claimed they were uncomfortable riding on from the wear pattern.I get making money, they are a business and I expect to have to compromise for their bottom line. But to be told certain things had to happen before they could sell it by EPA, and their own safety, standards so they could only offer so much, and then to see them have it listed as it was without having done anything about those things and try to make 3k on it, ludicrous. Before finding this out today, I even referred a couple of people down there and would have given them 5-stars for sure. After today though, I’m not sure I’ll return to them for anything. Might even go to the Indian dealership in Vancouver to have performance upgrades installed instead of the easier trip down to Salem.
I go into buy two motorcycles and AGAIN the only thing they have on their showroom floor says SOLD! I expressed my dissatisfaction and the salesman says “ you do know we are in a motorcycle shortage don’t you”? First off that’s rude!! Second of f I had just left sublimity and they had 2 full showroom floors packed from wall to wall with bikes for sale. I let the salesman know that and he replies with “ yeah they have bikes but there going to charge you a heck of a lot more over there”! After not appreciating him or the way he was being we left.My wife and I discussed the Conversation between the salesman and I and came to the conclusion that If there was a motorcycle shortage then why does sublimity have two if not 34 showroom floor is full. We also discussed their pricing and didn’t feel like they were anywhere near overpriced. I have bought a really nice V-Stom from cycle country but I don’t know if I’ll ever be back after the last time we were there.
These guys rock. I just drove down from Portland to buy a sweet new Honda lawn mower from them. Between the special pricing deals they do and the next level selection and service they offer, the 2 hour round trip was easy. Thanks Curt and team. I even got my little man to do some dreaming for when he gets to about 16 or so 😁
Went on a non busy weekday. And recieved absolutely no help. Maybe this was just a bad day for everyone. The inventory for the indians seemed limited to scouts and one older used chief. I will return to rereview.
Now that I’ve had the full experience I would highly not recommend them for anything. The buying process of my rzr was a stressful joke, the “5 star service” is a 1 star joke, getting it back with damages and a surprise bill, being there first on a Saturday for first come first serve service. and getting out after 4 hrs and watching other who came after me leave first, (I was just getting a oil change) will try my hardest not to share me business with them.
Please save yourself and your bank account and don’t get the 5 star warranty. We took our Honda Rukus in for maintenance (warranty) and were charged an exuberant amount of money for repairs. We were never contacted about the cost of repairs before hand. Seems like shady practice we won’t be going back for any reason.
Wonderful staff, these people are friendly and answered all my questions 😀
This is my 2nd time going to Cycle country.I work in the costumer service and these people have it down to perfection.Polite& prompt service and everything in the service area looks clean and professional.Highly recommended!!!
Service department is terrible! Zero communication, and never have info on quads left (by appointment) 3 weeks ago. Anywhere else is better.
Best employer I have ever had! Everyone goes out of there way to make people feel like family. Customer service with a smile and everyone is super knowledgeable. Definitely the best place to go.
Great place. I stopped by to look at generators. They answered questions.
My friend wanted to buy a used bike I recommend cycle country they have serviced my bike previously and I had no issues with them. We found two bikes he liked he offed to pay the advertised price for the first one then we where told that’s not the price there’s a 600$ Fee plus dmv fees. Then we made an offer on another bike now accounting for the fee and after three and a half hours of waiting total they told us the price is the price there’s not wiggle room. I definitely won’t be back.
Upon walking in I was greeted right away and helped to find what I was shopping for. Great amount of inventory for bike gear friendly staff. Check them out.
Best place in town, shopped around to all local shops that could help me with my motorcycle and this place was the only one in town. who let me just come in without appointment and still made me feel welcome and took my bike in and out of shop with hardly a wait time.. Fast, friendly people and i want to give a big shout out to everyone at cycle Country for always willing to go above and beyond for there customers!!Thanks for everything you do! Keep it up. Customer for life!!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice clean store. Great merchandise. A little small on the selection at the moment.
Uncertainty glad that I bought my motorcycle somewhere else. I went with a friend to help out because she needed me to give that used bike the once over give it a ride around the parking lot to make sure it was in good condition. All of that went well however they made us wait for hours and hours and hours for no reason it was a transaction that should have been able to be taken care of in less than 1 hour. It was cut and dry It was a used motorcycle they already agreed on the price and we had to sit and wait and sit and wait and sit and wait It was absolutely unreasonable Youre not going to get a whole lot of customers if they all have to wait half the day or more just to buy something
So searching online I found a motorcycle at this dealership I called about it for 2 days made an offer put a deposit on credit card told him I was coming out would be there the next day you would think they would have the motorcycle ready but no it had a dead battery the Ignition switch something was going on with it so I drove a 120 mile round trip for nothing Dont waste your time here go somewhere else
Johnny was fantastic when we came in to look at a Harley Sportster. Knowledgable and patient. No pressure, but attentive and responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Cycle Country to potential buyers. Tons of gear available too.
Could definitely tell a difference when I got on my bike to ride home. Thank you so much
What a great place and a lot of inventory didnt expect it to be located where its at but not a big deal .. great customer service..
Very friendly staff and helpful looking into informationThey answered all my questionsHe
Knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff made my experience here so pleasant and easy.I will encourage people to start their motorcycle journey here.
Great parts counter but the salesman have lost 2 or 3 sales from me over the last 6 years or so.If you like low pressure sales this is the place for you. Youll probably have to go find a salesman. And dont try calling sales their too busy even when the place is empty.I tried calling them when I was in town looking for a 2021 RZR Pro. Couldnt get sales on the line, drove about 4 miles and went in and there was a couple sales staff standing around. Never once got ask for help so I left. Bought it at I-5 Power Sports in Albany.
Nice place. Friendly people
Very impressed with this dealership from the size of building and the quantity of choices on motorcycles, apparel and accessories to the sales staff, parts department and service team. Talked with Dan in sales while scooter was being serviced and checked out my options as far as upgrading to a bigger and more comfortable Moto. Dan was VERY helpful and knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job and motorcycles. Im keeping my Scout for now, and Id be crushed to have to trade it in anyways. Funny the bonds we form with our scooters. Looking forward to visiting again to shop when I am not so currency challenged. Great job guys!
Great customer service saved money too
Appear low on inventoryFirst time that the parts counter person was friendly and indicated he appreciated my business. I only go here for atv parts as they are close to where I live.
Wont be back a 3rd time. Service shop had done the job b4 ok but on this last trip there they were lacking in knowledge and thoroughness. They got their $ but didnt seem to care about my bike.Bills helped me more in 10 minutes with a phone call- for free!- than this place did for over $130.
The staff were nice and always there to help the bike a well kept and the prices are good.
Went in here this weekend to buy a 2017 Indian Scout. I have to say, from start to end, this was the best dealership experience Ive ever had. No one put any pressure on me whatsoever, which was a welcome departure from the countless number of horrible experience Ive had at other dealers. Its nice to walk into a place, go for a test ride, and talk to your sales person, without ever any pressure on you. They were asking more than what I was willing to pay, so I showed them the same bike at another dealer for the cost I wanted to pay. The matched the price and I left a happy customer! My sales person Sam was friendly and informative and a pleasure to do business with. The manager Curt was personable and made me feel like a friend instead of a customer.Judging by the amount of foot traffic that was in there while I was buying my bike, these guys will be in business for a long, long time.I wish I could say more, but all I really need to say is that this was the BEST dealership experience Ive ever had, no doubt about it!
Been a customer of cycle country for 18 years now. 3 bikes purchased new and more to come for sure. Hondas are the best, Cycle Country is the best.
What honor to have such a great company in Salem ! Took my Honda 1000 generator there during this ice put. They ROCK fixed it for free!
Kevin, aka Frodo, was my salesman, and he was great. I walked into the shop and had not made up my mind on what color of the Indian Chief I wanted. He was very patient, not pushy, and after 2 hours, we figured out what I wanted. The parts gentleman also great. I am very tall and he found the perfect accessories and the perfect riding jacket that fits perfect. In the end, I have the bike I wanted and will absolutely go back to Cycle Country for my next Toy.
Walked in looking to buy my first motorcycle and I wasn’t helped, didn’t think much of it I understand they can be busy. But then an older couple came in and were helped right away. Don’t know if it was because it was two of them and one of me or if it was because I am young (22 years old) and I look young, but at least a “hey can I help you” would’ve been nice. They lost a sale and a customer that would of loved to return as I love my big boy toys.
Always a good place to go.
Good buying experience overall. Paul and Edward were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied as a customer. Thanks guys, see you at service time.
Went looking for a Polaris Ranger and got zero help. It wasnt until I was walking out the door, that a girl wished me a nice day. I wished her the same and left. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they actually had some inventory and I was able to sit in one. Beyond that, I was very disappointed considering the size of the purchase I will be making.
Really great staff
Thank you Shawn Chewy. You made our buying experience relaxed and your upfront honesty helped secure our decision. Adding the Indian Springfield Dark Horse to our collection has been the best bike so far. Thanks again!!-Ben & Rascal
Needed a new helmet but wasnt really sure how to go about checking sizes and whatnot with the whole COVID-19 situation and the woman working there was super helpful and helped me navigate buying a new helmet and making sure it fit safely. I wish I knew her name because Id direct my kudos to her. If I only dealt with her, it would have been 5 stars all the way, but when I was trying to buy a motorcycle, the guy who came to help gave me a price of $500 over what that exact bike was listed for online and didnt seem very interested in trying to sell it. He actually seemed more bothered by my questions and like he was trying to walk away. Instead of asking the rest of my questions, I just bought a bike elsewhere. Always shop around!
Did I good job fast and Officiant
Staci was friendly and very knowledgeable. She spent the time to answer all my questions and made great suggestions. Ill definitely be back!
I was able to get a price match on a brand new Polaris 570 Sportsman 4 wheeler. The dealership has a parts department stocked fully and second to none. Curtious staff, even had a coffee bar by the front door. I really appreciate their CV-19 safety practices and felt safe on all my visits.
Very good customer service
Beyond the best bike shop in Salem and the surrounding areas! I took my bike to the dealership i originally bought it because it was the closest Yamaha shop around and had terrible service to the point things were not working that were before. I went to Cycle CoPreston MYour review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn moreuntry here in Salem as it is close to my house and figured they couldnt do any worse. I arrived on a Sat, which is first come first serve, so I got there about 45 min early to wait in line. About 15 min before they opened shop I was invited to bring my bike back and they set up my service BEFORE THEY WERE OFFICIALLY OPEN! That never happens... anywhere! I explained I could wait the 15 min for them to open and the service manager, I believe he was, said not to worry and they would get me set up. when i came back they notified me that my chain needed replaced and showed me why back in the shop area. Even after fixing everything I had gone in for they noticed my bars were a bit off, a result of the Yamaha shop I went to. They replaced my chain then fixed my bars for free! They just did it knowing that it could be a possible hazard for me the rider without asking to be charged. Even though I have a bike which brand they do not sell, they always give me ideas and help maintain my bike as if it was one of their personal bikes! To all the people in the maintenance shop, you guys are the best I have ever done business with! Thank you thank you thank you!--update--Took my bike in again for an oil change and chain maintenance and as I expected... My bike was lined up and waiting for the service technicians to come in for the day and it was done and ready before I was! Always excellent service when I come in and by now they even know me by my bike. Cant think of a better shop to take my bike in for service. Thanks guys you are the best!
I wouldnt take a motorcycle here for inspection. All I wanted them to do was look over the bike I had recently bought. The throttle pinned for some reason. Just mainly wanted a inspection. They charged me 150 dollars to trim my hand grip. The claimed they shaved my chain hard, however another tech in town saw no evidence. The also mis-wired my aux led trail lights. They never even opened the air box or checked the fluid levels. Discovered a water pump leak afterwards, I dont fault them for that, but isnt that what the inspection is supposed to cover?Very dissatisfied. Would avoid for any out of warranty maintenance.
I just purchased a 2017 highlighter yellow Honda Grom yesterday. The staff was very pleasant to work with. Curt is the man! He will give you all the knowledge you need and help you feel confident in your purchase. He was more like a buddy then a salesman. He gave me a tour of the store and helped me find a perfect fit helmet. As my paper work was being processed he broke off to assist another customer who had yet to be helped. He assured me he would be back shortly and told me of the free barista bar up front where I could get a coffee, Italian soda or water. After signing my final paper work, I received a new Cycle Country tee shirt and hat as a thank you for my purchase. I then got to ring the bad ass purchase bell. All of the staff congratulated me on my new purchase, then it was out front to my new bike for a spec and walk through check list. I had my bike loaded in the back of my truck within 1 hour of arrival. I live over 100 miles away from Cycle Country, and am very happy I made the drive for my purchase. I will definitely be back to purchase my next toy from Curt!TC
5-28-20 Thursday Customer Service at its finest. Friendly & Extremely knowledgeable all questions promptly answered. Purchased a New Honda 170 lawnmower $509 with Electric start. Outstanding lawnmower I was able to get my 1st mow in & got our 1/2 acre back yard mowed, Pleasantly Pleased at the result. More then enough power. Hondas 2 blade system for mulching is impressive. The self charging electric start, Awesome thats a nice feature. This is also the quietest lawnmower Ive ever owned. A Big Thank you to the staff at Cycle County & thank you Steve Job well Done.. p.s. i for one have quite literally had Enough of the out right Rona insanity going on at some establishments... which I Refuse to frequent...! I was Relieved to find No Insanity going on at Cycle County..! Common Sense goes a long ways with me. Just sayin...
When I picked up a screw in a relatively old set of tires for my scooter, I brought it in to have them order some new tires and to mount and balance them.Over a week went by and I didnt hear from the shop. Since I assumed the tires had to be ordered, I really wasnt in any hurry. I called to check on the progress and was surprised to learn they couldnt find the paperwork for the bike. He called back to say the work was completed six days ago and I could get the bike any time.So I walked down to the shop (1.5 miles from the house), paid for the work and scootered home. The next morning, my wife points out several deep scratches and at least one gouge on the front fairing of the scooter. Now, I know my bike is old and it has the normal wear and tear, but these were obviously new. We used a few products to minimize them, to no avail.Since the shop manager didnt mention anything about it, I can only assume some other employee caused the damage and said nothing. Im not taking it back because I dont like my word against your word conflicts.
The service department at Cycle Country did an awesome job! Stephen, Taylor and Todd took care of me every step of the way to get recalls done and they even fixed some problems that were caused by another dealer that worked on it prior to this experience. They also kept me updated every step of the way as to how my machine was progressing. I cant tell you how good it felt to have may RZR in good hands and have ALL of my problems addressed in a systematic fashion. No doubt I will be back to Cycle Country to meet my service needs in the future. Best yet, after they worked on it, I took my Turbo RZR out to the dunes and it worked perfectly!!! Thanks guys!!!!
I like these Guys. Hope to buy another bike there soon.
Good place to go to if you want to have them manipulate you into buying a bike when some other place get give yiu more for your dollars. They take almost 2 weeks to get you financed. I wont ever buy my bikes here again.
Fantastic place to get a Rzr proz fire extinguisher and mount .
My experience was pretty good! The rep we dealt with was helpful and accommodating. Excited to go ride our 4 new 110’s! 😎
Steven is the man, get this guy a raise!
Country Cycle in Salem is not only professional and courteous, but a lot of fun as well. If your going to spend money you might as well have fun and enjoy spending it. I highly recommend Country Cycle in Salem for any dirt bike or side by side needs and wants. They have great inventory. Kevin Carvel is the one who sold me my bike and I highly recommend him if you are thinking about making a purchase. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome place!
Great experience buying a new Honda lawn mower, it is an amazing mower! No pressure to buy, and Tim my sales man, was very efficient, kind and courteous. Thank you Cycle Country, and sorry for coming in so late!
Great service.
Having used them in the past, I wont make that mistake again. While so many people have helped us serve the first responders food as they fought the wildfires. This company charged for their time, and did nothing to fix what I brought in, which was needed to help in feeding the responders! Thanks for nothing. I taught myself how to fix them myself, and charged them nothing but for my time.
I bought a tiller from these guys and got the best customer service and the best price! Would totally recommend.
Wanted to buy a new RZR turbo S. They couldnt be bothered to take my money. So going somewhere else. Worst customer service ever!!!
Needed a new battery for my Piaggio scooter. They had two choices and recommended one best for my use
Been a bit since shopping here, friendly staff and had what I needed. Ordering some other parts was painless.
Fun place to visit. Very helpful staff
Just bought a 2016 450 Dirt Bike, they were very helpful and we enjoyed it.
Wish they had a better selection
CycleCountry is AMAZING. First class all the way from the sales associates, sales managers, parts counter, service center, whatever. They will be HAPPY to help. Juat bought 2018 GSXR 750 from them and couldnt be happier. Jamie was an outstanding salesperson to have. Hats off to everyone there, I will FULLY recommend them to anyone.
This is our 2nd bike we have purchased there would highly recommend them to everyone. Steven are sales guy is was very helpful to work with. We live out of town and to be able to drive 3hr and have stuff ready for us is amazing 😊 Keep up the awesome service Cycle Country
I never give reviews. Ever, it takes a truly exceptional service to convince me to write a review. Cycle country has earned that from me. I recently bought a rebel 500 from cycle country and can personally say I will never buy a bike anywhere else. The salesmen were all especially helpful (especially dan, the guy is amazing), I work a busy schedule and they kept the store open late multiple times just for me to ride and purchase the bike, worked with me on my schedule, helped me and the girlfriend find good gear and provided the best service a guy could ask for. Highly highly recommend!!
Good selection But if you want to buy something I would recommend anybody else but them devious will make you a lot better deal
Awesome customer service! Seriously, top of the line! I perused their website looking for a new bike, and when I found one, I entered my old one in to see what it was worth in trade. In less than an hour, I received a phone call where we worked through some of the details on my bike, and I was soon in contact with a sales rep. We were able to exchange text messages in order to move the sale along before I stepped foot in store.Even after finding a different bike closer to home, the customer service was superb, and I plan to visit the store when next I am in Salem. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
I just purchased my first new Honda side by side here and I cant say enough about how fantastic and professional the sales staff are. The store is very clean with a showroom full of beautiful bikes and they have great inventory. The well trained knowledgeable sales staff worked with me in a courteous and professional manner and were happy to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Cycle Country to anyone in need of a new motorcycle, quad, side by side, etc.
We LOVE, LOVE Cycle Country, and the entire staff! They welcomed us in and have become an extended family for years now, who are always fun to visit!Curt, Todd, Rob, Ed, Shae, Jerry, and everyone else there.....so great! We just cant thank you enough! Youve all been helping make our dreams a reality for quite a while and we love that our next adventure usually involves a trip to Cycle Country. See you soon!
Wonderful buying experience here. I can’t say enough good things about them. Kevin was extremely helpful in accommodating me well before I arrived. Conner is a guru at gear, and very knowledgeable.I never buy extended warranties or maintenance plans. When they first brought it up I groaned at the idea. After being helped with everything, and seeing the facility I had no remorse buying both. This was probably the first real small business buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Everyone is passionate at what they are doing, and knowledgeable. I will support them every chance I get.
This is the best shop around! Called late on Saturday to see if they had a tire for my bike. (CRF250L) Not only were they able to change my tire they also fixed my blown fork seal and changed my oil. Big thanks the Curt, Ryan and Taylor for getting me back on the road. Thanks guys!
I recently purchased a motorcycle and accessories and was amazed with the whole process. Everyone loves to work there and it shows. Friendly, courteous and professional people from sales, service and parts. I am very happy I made the decision to purchase from these great people. Thank you Curt!
Bought a 2019 Chief Dark Horse from Cycle Country. I left feeling like I got a really good deal, and got the exact bike I wanted. They offered a fair price on my trade. I didnt feel pressured during the sales process. The service dept is awesome. Theyve done a great job everytime theyve serviced my bike. 5 star is a really cool service. Definitely got my moneys worth. Theyre honest, all around good dudes. Only downfall is they cant do aftermarket parts for Indian. Not a fan of having to go to Thunder Alley in Pasco for everything outside Indian parts.
Thank you, Chewy, for taking time with my husband and I today! We appreciated all of your assistance, patience, and professionalism. We will be back.
Purchased a 2020 CRF110 for my daughter and a 2020 CRF250F for my wife. Dan in sales and Ed in sales were absolutely fantastic to work with! We got a great price and the quality of Honda is top notch! Thanks for an awesome buying experience Cycle Country!
Steven and Kevin in sales are the best sales guys ever. I have bought several bikes from here. They were always helpful, even after the sale. Ed is also a real fine man. He takes care of business in a timely manner with a good deal. Ill give them an 11 in all stages .
The selection here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to go for on-road and off-road fun.
What a Great experience to work with cycle country We got a used Duke 390 for my wife and she loves it. Thank you so much Dan for the hospitality. We came all the way from Bend Oregon and it was worth it
My friend and I at first had an issue but the general manager edward Maldonado contacted me, we both went in to cycle country to discuss the problem and i believe he was very concerned about our issue that we had and wanted to earn our business.we were assured that he would take corrective measures and i believe he was sincere, Edward just wanted to say thank you for taking the time and making things right. You guys have earned not only my business but also my friend Blakes as well, plus all of the guys i work with who ride, and theres a lot . Good job cycle country
The folks down at cycle country go above and beyond, not just sales and service but the mechanics are phenomenal, they know what theyre doing, and have years and years of experience under their belt. All us riders are lucky to have this shop. I would not take my 919 anywhere else. My thanks to each and everyone @ cycle country. Keep up the great job. ✌️🏍️✌️
Very helpful in any way, not pushy!I just came in for price checks on some parts, and they were very helpful in finding prices, even at other places.I recommend them highly, and when Im ready to buy a new bike will most likely go to them!
