They allow there employees to abuse their significant others on the property and then tell the employee next time to not do it where the cameras can see.

Awesome staff, very knowledgeable, and professional. I had to get a few parts I ordered through their online inventory but placed order via phone call. They verified parts as some were used, right on with descriptions online and the pick up was hassle free. Definitely the way to go to get quality products without paying undesirable prices

Friendly and fair. I needed a drivers side OEM door for my 95 Bronco that I am building out. They didnt have one on site, but shipped one down from Washington in a day and a half. The price was hundreds less than everywhere else and it was in the exact shape as they promised. What more could you want from a salvage yard? I will use them again.

Used to deal Tykona here for parts for my Dealership... havent really liked it since she left. Went in today to try again, and was greeted by a very rude, heavy set dude with glasses at the counter. Normally dont leave reviews, but I will never purchase parts here again. Very rude, unprofessional and bad customer service skills. What a shame.

I just called looking for a very out dated part (1991). The gal who answered was very friendly and spent a great deal of time trying to find the part I need. Then, when she could could not find it in her system, she gave me helpful advice on how I might be able to locate it. Great company!

For a used part they charge double of what it would cost for a new part very high-priced I suggest you order online

Wrecking yards are not quite the place most people visit. I, personally, have a fondness for them. Foster Auto Parts (FAP) Salem, is part of the LKQ umbrella. While you cannot go out in the yard and pull your own parts, FAP and LKQ does have a large inventory. I ordered up a couple parts this week for my 20+yo S10. They had the parts pulled and ready for me the next day.The downside for FAP Salem is that they do not clean their parts after they are pulled, unlike the original FAP location. That means the front steering knuckle and control arm I needed were coated in axle grease. Had these parts been hit with a pressure washer for a moment I would have given FAP Salem a higher score.

I really dont understand why lkq put the worse person on the front counter i when to go pick up my part and this guy with glass green eyes was rude and doesnt have any costumer service I been on the sales business for 20 years and I never see someone like this guy I can believe he still have a job please do something about it

Not very helpful! I called to find a generic part and the person on the phone was very unpersonable and unhelpful. I decided to just use Amazon to buy the part new rather than try and deal with this company.

My first choice when it comes to getting an used part for several years running

They have a huge selection but the $35 minimum when you can buy the parts brand new for $15 sometimes is a bit ridiculous. They make you buy whole assembly of parts instead of the one item you are after
