Professional and impressive right from the start. Clean facility, prompt and knowledgeable service, good scheduling even though far out due to their workload. My representative, Meera, was terrific. She’s a great communicator and has a great attitude and I can tell delights in making customers happy. The work was done on time and very professionally. I would definitely return if bodywork is needed again, and would recommend them highly.

First time bringing my car into this collision shop after an unfortunate accident. From the first contact there, I could see the difference from the last place we went. The staff, especially Tim, was so helpful and very friendly explaining everything to us on how the process was to go. Bringing the car down for the estimate was so quick and smooth. I couldn’t believe how I was sent texts often as to the status of the car, from ordering the parts to where they were on fixing/painting and when I could possibly expect it to be done. It was actually done sooner than they said! Picked it up yesterday after it taking only a little over a week from when I first brought it there. It came out great! They also cleaned out the whole inside as well. Nice touch! I would highly recommend Key Collision. Hopefully I don’t need to, but if I did, they would definitely be my first choice!

Very professional and courteous. Was rear ended and they fixed my vehicle. Only issue was car wasn’t ready when promised but I had a rental so it wasn’t that much of a problem. The accident wasn’t my fault. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve taken my car in twice recently for accident repairs. They have been great to work with each time, and I’ve been pleased with the work. Neither accident was my fault, so I’m really hoping my car isn’t jinxed! But if another accident does occur, I will take it back to Key Collision again in a heartbeat.

I got rear ended by another vehicle and my car was damaged a bit. Geico had a connection with Key Collision in Salem, NH. From beginning to end it was an awesome experience, dropped off my Honda CRV and greeted my Tim I believe (sorry) very sweet and generous, explain the whole process and then damage was reviewed by adjuster, that was great talking too. After I got a rental from enterprise so that was a great process as well. Picked up my car today and they did an amazing job and on top of that my car was clean on the inside as well, I was amazed as I kept holding off from vacuuming it. Thank you so much for the awesome service, great customer service with text messages on the process and sweet cleaning as well. Thank you!!! This place was recommended to me by Geico. It was a great experience. Renting a car was coordinated by Key Collision and Enterprise. That too was seamless. I was kept informed of the progress the whole time. The body work came out great and was completed 2 days early.I would highly recommend Key Collision .

Good service! Accident was on a Monday, car was in the shop on Tuesday and returned to me on Thursday. Enterprise came and gave me my rental car that I had to exchange because of an expired inspection sticker but that was not Keys problem or fault. I had the estimate when I got the car back so I suggest you reach out to them in case you need it for a crash report within the 5 day limit. All in all, happy with the service

Geico partners with this establishment, so I came here to get my vehicle damaged after hitting a deer. They repaired the car right back to its previous state, as if the damage had never even occurred. Great paint job, everything runs smoothly, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very nice people, too. Hopefully Ill never have a situation where I have to return to them, but if I ever do get into another accident, theyd be my first pick.

My rave 4 was rear ended on the back right side, bumper, under the car, tailgate and tail pipe. I was super upset this was my first accident that I had and concerned about the cost, due to the other driver that hit me did not have insurance or anything. The employees Tim and Christina called me and let me know how the work was going and made me feel very comfortable with them having my car.My car was ready a week early and When I picked my car up it was fixed beautiful and clean! They cleaned the whole inside, outside and my car looked better than it went in like! I am so so happy and I will always recommend this shop to anyone!!!! The Salem location has worked on a handful of my cars, great paint matching, they’ve done purple, metallic black, and chili red (can be tough as it fades) and they’ve all been spot on with being matched to surrounding panels. They just redid my bumper that had easily 80 rock chips on it, and it looks like a brand new car. Thank you!

Had them touch up paint on my spoiler on my mercedes. They scratched up my trunk in the process and couldnt get the spoiler to stay secure after multiple trips back. They claimed the scratches around my spoiler werent caused by them. What a joke, never again.

This company does excellent work, vehicle looks brand new, they always finish earlier than anticipated, they keep their customers updated along the way, it’s a one stop shop for Geico customers and have Enterprise rental on site and always professional customer service; highly recommend this shop for any vehicle mishaps.

STAY AWAY!!!! They will have you sign a release which automatically gives them the job and pays them directly!!! That is when your nightmare begins. Even if you go with them, DO NOT SIGN THIS DOCUMENT!!! They do the least they can and charge all the money. They will have every excuse why it is not their fault, when clearly it is. They will have already been paid, so your only recourse is legal. I experienced everything that all these bad reviews described in one horrific experience. I returned my vehicle seven (7) TIMES!!! They painted over rust and clear coated over chips. Then acted like they were doing me a favor. The management, from the front desk manger to the production manager were arrogant and unapologetic for their shoddy work. Everything was misaligned, or just plain missing. IF THEY WERE THE ONLY BODY SHOP ON THE PLANET, I WOULD SELL MY CAR!!!!!

These guys are total pros. Fast turnaround time, a friendly staff, and the quality of the repair they did on my SUV was top notch.

Work they did on the car was acceptable. There was a problem with the opposite side of the car from the damage. The bumper didnt line up. Never called to see if I wanted to pay the extra to fix it. They left tape and tape residue on the windshield. Customer service was not good. Found reasons for it to not be their fault, instead of working through the problem. Airbag light blinks now, so it needs to go back. Will update...Update: There is new management that seems to be helping turn things around. He fixed the airbag light, and noticed a piece missing from the work. He is ordering that part. Im satisfied now.

I just had my car repaired after it had front end damage. The car repaid was done quick and they kept me informed the entire time as to when I could expect the care returned. The car came back super clean and it way better shape than I left it. It made giving my rental back less painful. They also would have handled the rental arrangements if I didnt already have a rental. I definitely would use them again, but hope for obvious reason I wont have to. Great job team!!!

Progressive will send you here. I wish i had read the reviews before i went. It took them 3 weeks to fix my car. Originally it was supposed to take 2 weeks. When i tried to find out what was going on and how much longer it took them 3 hours to get back to me and i was the one who had to call them again. When i finally picked up my car they forgot to put a screw and cover back on the in side door handle. My back passenger side door would not unlock. They brought it back in fixed it right there. Checked everything out again. They said the reason it wasnt opening was because the child lock was on. I said no i should of still been able to open that door from the outside. It was something else that you didnt want to admit to. Now Im checking the locks and that same door wont lock pulled out back in and fixed it. Got 2 miles down the road and my air bag light was still on. Brought it back had them fix that. Got home and saw a commuter sticker on my back drivers side window to curry college. Never been there in my life and was not there when i dropped the car off. So, my question is was my car done on time but an employee needed a ride to school so they decided hey use this car no big deal? ?. Been told that this illegal and i am currently looking into this.

I brought my vehicle in for minor damage to right front . The people I dealt with out front were wonderful. They called me frequently with updates on my car. When I picked up my car to day it looked amazing, I am so,pleased. It was washed and waxed, and interior cleaned. Looked like I had it detailed. I have used Key collision before and highly recommend them .

My first experience with them was great but this time was just the opposite. I was told that my vehicle would be ready on December 24 and that was necessary for me because I can’t put my dogs in my rental and unfortunately I do have to take my dogs on Christmas somewhere overnight Which will cost me an extra $150 for their dog hair. Not only that but the max on my insurance for the rental ends on the 27th and there really was way less damage than last time but it’s taking three times longer. They had sent me a text twice saying that it will be ready on the 24th and that I would receive a call if there was a delay and I had received no call and when I called them absolutely no answer and no voicemail. Geico also tried to contact them with the same result and I highly doubt they’ll make up for the problem

Today the driver side wiper stopped working, so I popped off the plastic cap to find that the nut which holds the wiper onto the bolt was never reinstalled. This is something I can fix myself, but the sheer negligence of removing a wiper, putting it back on-but not correctly- baffles me. How do you miss something so simple? Read my original review below. It doesnt get any better.Terrible. My car was supposed to be ready 2 WEEKS AGO. Its taken so long that the rental car covered by my insurance had to be returned. Every time I call my specific rep is out. I leave a message and never hear back. Out of the dozen body shops authorized by my insurance, this was the closest and I figured it didnt make much difference who I chose. I wish now that I had done some research and driven farther to have better work done.Body panels were welded together, but badly. They dont line up properly and it looks unprofessional and ugly. They were also apparently painted while they were on the vehicle, because there is red paint overspray on the black chassis. The soft top and hardware was removed as one unit and draped carelessly over a large rolling rack, so that my vinyl windows now have creases and scratches in them. I called one day for an update and they told me it was finished, except for a license plate bracket, so I drove down to pick up my car. I walk in to find it in various states of disrepair, the soft top as previously mentioned, fender parts all over the floor. I ignored the manager from this point on and collected my vehicles pieces and drove off the lot with it. NEVER AGAIN.

We brought my elderly moms car into Key Collision for body work/repair, after an accident. They were very efficient and very friendly. Repairs were done quickly. I cannot begin to say what an absolute beautiful job they did. They even buffed out some damage from a previous accident. I have never seen this car look so good. It seems they cleaned it all and shined it...it looked brand new. Accolades for amazing customer service and going above and beyond what was expected. I wish I could give them six stars!

I am very pleased with my experience here. I had only had my car a few months before side swiping myself and was in total disbelief. Progressive told me this was the only approved place in NH that wasnt entirely out of the way for me. My car looks brand new and I was updated every step of the way by William. He completely took care of everything and made the whole experience seem very personable. Progressive told me it would take a little over a week for my car to be fixed and they finished a day early and I have no complaints as to the work that was done. My car looks like it was never in an accident to begin with. Very happy with my experience and if anything else happens (which *knock on wood* it doesnt) I would take my business here in a heartbeat.

Having never been in a car accident before, I had no idea where to start with getting my car fixed. After calling almost 10 repair shops that my insurance recommeneded, Key Collision was the only one that could take me the same day. All the others would not even let me on the lot for weeks. My experience from day 1 was amazing! Every Tuesday and Thursday I would get a phone call with an update on my car, and my complete back end was fixed in a week and a half! Key Collision and Geico made the entire process seamless and I knew what was happening the entire time. I can not express how happy I am with their customer service and the work done on my car.

Honest and quality workmanship.

On 10/1/15 I was in my first and only car accident, and when my car was towed to Key Collision at the recommendation of my car dealer, I was still really shaken up. The woman working at the front desk was so kind to me and walked me through what the next steps would be, including getting a rental. The technicians at this shop had my car dissembled with a list of what needed to be ordered by the time my insurance adjuster came out to inspect my car, making the process so smooth. While they were working on it, they took every call I had with questions, and the manager even provided me with status updates. My car was ready 11 days later (given that 4 of those days were non business days). Today, I picked my car up, on a holiday no less, and not only was the body work beautifully done, they had cleaned my car inside and out. They really made me feel comfortable, and I am so grateful for the quality work that they have done. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs body work and should I ever have the misfortune of needing body work again, I know where I can go.

They do some great work.

Misrepresented a repair on my car that was a condition of the sale. They will cut any corners they can if you are not paying for a repair. What would have cost them MAYBE $100 extra has so far cost me $1100 in additional repairs. The service manager even told me that what they did went against their mechanics recommendation, but they did it anyways. I will never buy from a Key Auto location again.

This was the 4th place I went to to get my cracked bumper fixed. The first three didnt work out because, luckily I learned that what they were offering was overpriced and unscrupulous. Geico referred me to Key Collision and the process has been seamless. From the time I walked in, to the time I drove away in the Enterprise rental car, every person I came in contact with was customer service focused. They were kind, I felt I was heard and they explained every step to me. Even with a small hiccup with my rental, everything was handled professionally and respectfully. Highly recommend!

Key Collision is the worst body shop in New England. If you have Progressive insurance and live in or around Salem, NH you will be recommended to take your car here, and I strongly suggest that you find an alternative. You will likely have to pay a bit more to go to one of the 50 other body/ collision repair shops nearby, but trust me when I say that you will be glad that you did. Our car has been there for 10 business days so that they can handle some very basic minor body damage repairs that should only take 2-3 hours of work.Once you get frustrated enough to call in and ask when you can get your vehicle back, they will proceed to transfer you 4-5 times with every person you speak with giving you a different excuse as to why your car isnt done yet or why they specifically cant help you get any information in regards to what is going on. If for any reason you are able to reach the individual working on your car, and they say they will call you back, DO NOT LET THEM GET OFF THE PHONE. They will never call you back, and when you finally call them again later in the day, they will be rude and act as though you, the customer, are somehow inconveniencing them by asking what is going on with your vehicle. We will never be returning here for any reason, nor will we be purchasing a car from the dealership that they are associated with as I can only assume that they are just as bad at their jobs. This place is a complete joke, and I highly recommend that you avoid them at all costs.

Had my 2016 f150 repaired there it was supposed to be a 1 week repair turned out to be a 34 day repair to top it off 2 pair of designer sun glasses were stolen out of my truck during that time I called and a women answer the phone when I asked her(about the glasses) she said that there not responsible for lost items I told her they were not lost they were stolen(I think when you open the center console and take some thing out its stealing) Me personally i wont go back ever so think about it good luck

I been to this place twice and the first time I had my aftermarket wheels paint it so the try to remove the paint and scratch my wheels and the interior of the car was awful I’m gonna try to post so pictures but this not a place to bring your car the not even clean the outside they did a hack job on clean the car I had to do it my self people don’t go there I promise you gonna thank me later
