This shop is fantastic! They came in with an estimate under their competition (in some cases the estimate was less than half!) and they got me on their calendar right away. The car was ready a day before it was promised, was washed, and looked like new. The workmanship is highly professional. On top of all that, the owners allowed me to drop-off and pick-up after their normal business hours. This hard-working family has been serving Salem for decades. I could not recommend them more!

Great people who will do the job right!

Professional, friendly and quick. The door lock had stopped working. They took a look at in case it was something minor at no charge. They ordered the part, which came in quickly and then they installed it at a reasonable price. Unlike the dealer who wanted to charge $120 just to diagnose, what was a straightforward situation, and who knows what additional mark up. They are all very friendly with a sweet dog to boot.

This is a FANTASTIC auto body shop! I backed into something and tore the bumper off my car plus dented the sides. They were so professional, courteous and nice to work with. They bent over backwards to help me and their work is impeccable. Im so delighted to give them high marks and even happier that I found them. Ill never go anywhere else again. Thanks, guys. And did we get it! Its as good or better than when it was new. More importantly, this is a family-based business with each member eager to give prime services. I rear ended a nice older lady and messed up my 1999 Honda Odyssey. This wasnt the first time the Odyssey was damaged in an accident here in Salem. In 2008 my husband was in an accident which also caused front end damage. The insurance company we had at the time didnt give us a choice of where to get repairs done; so the shop in West Salem the van was towed to was the only choice. But the air bag replacement was faulty and had to be replaced soon after the work was finish. Someone even put a for sale sign in the back cabin space as if the collision shop had permission to sell our van.Now I would like to tell you, Action Auto Body lives up to their name. They are professional and trustworthy. They said they would be done with the repairs in the time frame they gave us. They also serviced our air conditioner which they didnt have to do. The front bumper looks better than it has since we bought our van fifteen years ago.

I submitted 2 requests for a quote through their website, waited 4 days for a reply, then gave up and just stopped by the shop to get an estimate for repairs after an accident. Guy working wasnt happy to be interrupted but he took pics and told me his mother would get back to me with a quote but I never heard back.

Horrible experience with Action Autobody. I had a tree branch hit the front of my car and unfortunately left small dents in my hood and right fender. I took my car to Action to get it repaired. When it was done, the car looked horrible. Their were multiple runs in the paint, did not get all the dents out, did not remove trim and other parts before spraying the paint, consequently now their is overspray on multiple areas of the car. Do not Recommend. Go somewhere else and save the headache.

Went ahead and got my car painted there they did a really good job on the prep and also on the paint the car car looks good I would recommend the shop to anybody thank you
