Wow! What an experience I had at Hart Motors. Kennie Bowen is an outstanding employee! I showed up 5 minutes before closing and just bought a Kia Optima. I did not know how to use the features in the car. I expected to be run off because it was closing time and I didn’t purchase the car there. Kennie without hesitation took the time and went over the car with me. He didn’t have to do that but he was very happy to do so. I know I just purchased a car but best believe anyone I know who needs a car. I will send him his way. Thanks Kennie, you’re awesome!!!

Very Disappointed.....😞My Daughter, took car two time for the same reason BRAKES, paying for $133.00 the 1st time,,,,,, just for checking the car. Told car is fix???Get home the next day. Samething happens . NOTHINGS FIXS. But they kept the money, and what they did was NOT needed. Took back 2nd time, they cant fine what wrong .CUSTOMER SERVICE... MS J. (1st letter of her 1st name), Lord, Good customer service went out the door. She wasnt trying to hearing what I was trying to say. Kind of beening Smart A--. She started we dont have time / guys to keep test driving your car. I Bet if it was her car it wouldve been treated different...... Brakes are very important.

Best experience with Tim Foutz, Justin Whitlock and Buddy Folden. I was tasked with the responsibility of getting a new company car and was not getting much help at other lots. Hart GMC was in the process of closing for the day and reopened just for me. I explained my requirements and was quickly guided to two cats that met those needs. Well I have waited to write a review until after the honeymoon period of having a new used car. I was torn between two SUVs. One was sensible and one had my heart (no pun intended). In the end, Eddie Hodge and Woody made sure I walked out with the one that had my heart. To this day I have not looked back and love the vehicle. The service department has very poor communication skills. They advised me multiple times my vehicle was ready when it wasn’t. The mechanics here clearly have no idea what they are doing. I took my vehicle there for a timing chain replacement and they broke the cylinder head but refused to fix their mistake. I know this because I had others look at my vehicle before and after being referred to bring it here. Do yourself a favor, take your car to another mechanic.

This was without a doubt the best and friendliness dealership we have ever dealt with since buying our first vehicle in northern Virginia 58 years ago! We were really impressed with our salesman Hugh E.Yogi Roberts and all the folks from sales to financing to sales manager ans sales consultant. They took all the time necessary to clearly explain to us everything about the vehicle and showed us how it worked and went through the possibilities of everything the GMC Acadia would and can do to make our driving a pleasure in the future. A small hometown garage will provide better quality.fire stone has 1000s of stores if they mess up they will make it right because they dont get anything from ripping you off . as they are corp this small buisness is crooked and they do not stand by thwre work

My engine light was coming on so I took it to Hart who has taken care of me since I had my truck. They ran diagnostics and said that I need an oxygen sensor and had some cylinder misfires (didnt know what it was), and I need an EGR valve. It took 6 hours and my engine light still was on. Charged me $423 for the repair. I took it another mechanic down the street, and turns out I needed 2 more oxygen sensors and the cylinder misfires were just worn our spark plugs. Had to pay AGAIN to have oxygen sensors replaced, along with spark plugs, problem now solved within 2 hours.. I was very disappointed in Hart. I made an appt, dropped my truck on time, and they didnt call me til 4 hours later to tell me the issue, and it still wasnt resolved.

I had the absolute worst experience with their service department. There was very little communication. I got the run around on the phone. The call backs did not happen as promised. Apparently if someone is out of the office, the entire place comes to a stand still because no one else can do the job. For what should have been just a few hours, they had my car for 4 days, with barely an apology. If you have a choice.... Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I would advise everyone to shop here first. I have already sent all my friends here to buy there vehicles. I will be back.
