I brought my car in after it got rear ended for an estimate. Pedro was very good about explaining what would be done to repair the damage. His estimate was the lowest of the bids that I received. His shop did the work and you can not tell it was ever in an accident. They did an excellent job of blending the paint to match. They had completed the work in 5 business days. They could not release the car because of a delay in getting some emblems from the new car dealer. That was a delay of three business days. All in all they are really great people to work with and do great work. I recommend anyone that has a car that needs body and/or paint work to use Pedros shop.

Pedro did a great job and at a lower price than any other quote I recieved to reupholster our boat. When he wasnt able to get it done on time, he personally delivered it the next day all the way from Salem to Wilsonville. I know that things can happen, and it really impressed me that he cared about my time constraints. Great service!

I called for a replacement door handle cause I couldnt get into my car (without a fight the the drivers door). It was close to closing and the man who answer the phone told me to come on down and hell take care of my. When I got there I was greeted and offered coffee... they fixed my door handle in half hour and he did even use my new handle he was able to use the handle that was on the car... they saved me money and time.. love this place

I supplied a rear bumper assembly and a replacement tailgate to them to paint and install.When they were finished they left part of the bumper assembly crooked. I asked why and they said they couldnt get it straight. I came back and talked to the owner and we got into a big argument after I had just paid him $500 for the job earlier that week.He actually told me to get the hell out of there, but in much stronger language than that.So as I was pulling out he stood there and glared at me until I got on the road and drove away.I then went to another body man and had him straighten out the back bumper the way it was supposed to be mounted.It took him one hour and he made it perfect.The owner had also tried to tell me that I had rear frame damage which is why they couldnt mount the bumper extension straight.This is what the problem actually was:one bumper extension was a salvaged part that needed to be pounded out straight so it could be mounted straight.I already knew for a fact from Trachsel Auto Bodys repair estimate that there was no rear frame damage on my truck.They also splattered paint all over my fuel door I had supplied to them so they could match the paint for the new tailgate.They just left the fuel door covered in spots of paint that I had to ask them specifically to clean off when I had picked up my truck from them earlier that week.

Had Pedro repair a deer dent in my hood of my HHR and do ghost flames, 5 years later just as vivid. Wouldnt take my rides anywhere else. plus the price is right
