They got my car fixed back to New condition in a timely mannor
The repair took almost 2 weeks longer then estimated. Told us each time we called it would be a couple more days. Yea right.
Recd communication on updates of my cars repair and I left with my car looking like new again :)
Update: These issues are now resolved. We found a mutually acceptable resolution.Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had with a “professional” company. First off it took 22 days. It was a 3-4 day job. I had to ask almost daily what was going on. They offered no apologies just a “cars got damaged by the ice storm.” They won’t call me back, they destroyed my rear window gasket and got overspray inside my truck on my rear seats, my truck bed, and inside my bed liner. Usually this type of work is reserved for alcoholics and tweakers. I would let you know but they haven’t grown a backbone yet. Absolutely terrible company, worse work, and void of professionalism.

I was kind of skeptical about this place from the reviews I had read. I backed my 2020 Toyota Corolla hybrid into a cement wall and was recommended by capital Toyota to take it here for repair! I am very particular about my new car and wanted it done right! I got it back and looked at it and I can’t tell where it was fixed! Looks great! Let’s hope I don’t have to go here again because I got careless, but if I do i know they will take care of my car and do it right!
Only one star because I have to select a star to leave a review. Do not go to them. Due to delays they had my vehicle for over a month when the initial estimate was about 2 weeks. They did not communicate with me updates or status of my vehicle as promised. I made a trip 3 hours to pick up my vehicle only to be told that it wasn’t going to be ready for another week which turned out to be two. Once I was able to pick up my vehicle, it appeared to be leaking. They checked it and told me it was fine. Driving home, my vehicle overheated and left me stranded. Thankfully I had cellphone service and was able to arrange a tow truck and have friends pick me up. Otherwise, I would have been stuck on the pass. After having the vehicle checked at another service department, they informed me that the radiator capitol installed wasn’t compatible with my vehicle. When I confronted Capitol, they blamed my insurance company and said the other service department was wrong. Now I’m still without my vehicle and have to deal with them not taking responsibility for their mistakes. The service manager was rude and passed blame. He did not address my concerns and treated me like a stupid woman.
Had a few repairs done here and they have always taken care of us.

Dropped my car early Friday morning per schedule. No call made to me close to closing time until I called. I was told my car was at Subaru and probably wont be ready until Monday because Subaru couldnt fix a problem. I only found out because I called. No help as to a loaner car or anything. I called Subaru and was told there was no problem, it was just that my car was dropped off late by Collision Center but they would have it ready Saturday.I never got a follow up call from Collision Center on Monday. I had to locate my own car and arrange for service.Poor communication, horrendous follow up, not honest about my cars status, and little concern for a customers situation.
Solid work and good communication. Coordination with rental agency needs work. Also used an aftermarket headlight that is clearky visibly different from the OEM light (which btw was barely crooked and shouldnt have been replaced, most likely sold for $).

Ive had two cars in for repairs here. If you are using insurance, this would be the place to go. A bit pricey if you pay out of pocket. Quality is good. Anywhere you get your car fixed, you HAVE to inspect every square inch of your vehicle so I found a few minor reworks but overall experience was good. My interactions with staff and getting a loaner was great as well.

Some dropped something from a bridge and shattered my moon roof. Pulled into this wonderful place and immediately they went into action. They sealed the glass so it would not shatter further and to keep the rain out until i could get home. WOW! You can’t ask for better treatment and faster service!! Thanks so so much! If you are OK with not having a car for 3 and a half weeks, take your car here. I only had a small dent on drivers door and some scratches from a hit and run. When I first took it in to them, they said, the other shops will take 2 weeks plus to have the car done, we will only take 4 days. So I called after not hearing anything on the fourth day, and they said it would be ready next week. So I call the next week, and they tell me yet again it is going to be another week. Keep in mind, this is over the holidays so I had to borrow multiple family cars when I could. Granted, they do offer a loaner car, but my husband and I are only 20 so we could not get one. Which is understandable, but is still frustrating. Then 3 and a half weeks later when I am able to pick up the car, the tire pressure light is on and they are telling me they didnt have time to fix it so I have to take it to capitol. They had 3 weeks to fix it!!Those were my major problems with them, but on the minor side my car was all dirty and gas was empty. Whenever Ive taken my car to get repaired in the past, theyve filled up my tank, vacuumed it and washed it.The only reason I gave this two stars is because they did seem to do a good job. Looks like a brand new car when I got around to washing it. They were very friendly, but horrible with communication and setting expectations. Will not be using capitol collision again.
Couldn’t find a 1/4 start one will do. Came in for a (free) estimate. Came out holding my truck ransom till I paid $120 for a (free ) estimate. See you in court. This little guy will win this one.
I will give this place a zero. It took 52 days to get my car back. Worst customer service. They dont call you for updates on the vehicle. When I finally got my car back it was not fixed properly. I was told that they dont specialized in my vehicle model. Now I have to take to a real professional to get my car running in perfect conditions. So disappointed of this place.
Im always super happy with the work they do on my cars. I was rear ended and they made my car look better then before the accident.

It took 48 days to complete work that was estimated to take 3 to 4 weeks. The manager gave conflicting excuses for delays and made no effort to keep me informed about progress as promised. This State Farm select shop failed on customer service and ignored the guaranteed delivery policy.
They repaired my car but they never tightened the transaxle nut on my right back tire. Therefore I drove for 2 weeks with this so loose before it made noticed the issed because my husband took my tire off to find it completely loose he touched it and it spun of the rod. Im very disappointed I used them and for your safety I would not have them work on your car. I have 2 children and would be devastated if I were driving and my entire tire flew off. Thankful my husband found out before hand.

I was re ended in my 4 runner and was sent here by capital Toyota for repairs. my vehicle the first time around was done in 2 days, but when we went to pick it up still had damage. only the cracked bumper cover was replaced. the brackets underneath were bent, the paint repairs were bubbled and the bumper its self couldnt even screw back on all the way because of the damage still to the undercarriage. We told them we are leaving it there until repaired correctly and exactly what needed to be addressed. They took an additional 3 days and when I went to pick it up it was pouring down rain and I took the employees word it was completed with a new bracket installed. When my fiancé got home he looked at it and the bracket is still bent to the point that it is almost sitting in the tread of my spare tire, and my bumper they replaced slopes, probably because their is still damage to brackets or even frame? Needless to say I am taking it directly to Toyota to talk with them about the repairs at this point. I am extremely dis satisfied with Capital Collision and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Went to get a quote for my work truck. they said they would get a manager to help me then we saw him sneek out right in front of us. then the lady said sorry he just left.. yeah we did too and no business from us..

Never again. Took forever, did call everytime they werent going to be done when they said (3 times), caused additional damages while there that they fixed at their cost. Their work was sub-standard for a dealership repair facility in my opinion. Progressive was insurer which they complained about repeatedly.
Tint mismatch (later corrected). Poor customer service.
They took three weeks to replace and fix my bumper. And I left with more scratches on my car then went in with.

Took my truck in after a hit worst customer service Ive ever experienced,front desk girl so rude,also if you go there through state farm they will try to do it as cheap as possible,I think they might have some contract with them..will never go BACK..they didnt even clean my truck,when I pick it up it was a mess....0 stars...
