I was rear-ended recently and took my highlander into Main/Lovegrove for repairs. Theyve worked on cars in the past for us and did a nice job. My car didnt look too bad on the surface, but once they got in there, there was a bit of damage to the back bumper, undercarriage and exhaust system. They did a nice job on the repair (the car did need to go back once for a quick adustment to the fitting on the back panel, which was done within hours) and I got regular calls and texts from my rep Eric as they worked through the insurance claim and repair process. Very happy with my experience with them.

You will regret dealing with this business. They scratched my wheels and will not do anything about it. My bumper repair wasn’t even straight and it was not fully attached (see pic) they consider this acceptable. I was in an accident and I believed that I needed an alignment, I asked if they could check on that with the insurance company. I was told they contacted the insurance company and this would not be covered. I called the insurance company and asked why it would not be covered, I was told Love Grove did not call and it would be covered. I would not recommend having your car repaired here.

We would be giving 5 stars but our battery went dead while it was worked on. We picked up the car and soon were stranded with a dead battery.. Management wanted insurance to pay for it. I tried and the insurance didnt think they should have to cover the battery being drained while the car was being repaired.I had to buy a new battery and insurance is not sure they want Main to work on my cars again.

This is my first time writing a review for a company and I typically wouldn’t, but I had a terrible experience with Main Auto Body and hope no one else experiences this. Long story short, I was told they would have my car for 7-10 days and they had it for over a month. Communication on what was happening with my car was awful (I had to call them) and when I was told I’d receive a call with an update I never would so I’d have to call them. I had asked to have specific things on my car not fixed/touched and was told that this would be relayed to the guys and later found out it never was, then I was told they had to fix everything and I could take it up with insurance.. they were aware insurance had sent me all of the money so insurance wasn’t paying them.. I was and yet they would not listen to me and what I told them to not touch on MY car. I also found out that when I picked up my car they sent in another supplement to insurance and no one told me or asked about fixing additional things. I was told over the phone by their front desk gal that they were not allowed to do that, that they always had to check with the owner of the vehicle; but then in person told me that they did not have to speak to me about it... I would never take a vehicle back here which was disappointing because I had heard good things, but I personally had a terrible experience with this location and their employees.

Excellent customer service from the office people. Excellent work from the body shop people too. I am so very, very happy I took my car here to get it repaired. I would truly give them 10 stars if that were an option. In my opinion, this place is the best place in Salem/Keizer for auto body work.

I had a mystery brown scrape on my white car and upon finding it I was so upset thinking Id have to replace the whole bumper or have it repainted. I brought it in to have it looked at, and one of the technicians told me he would see if he was able to remove the paint transfer just in case that did the trick so I wouldnt have to go through all of that - he was able to remove it in a couple of minutes and there is hardly any evidence of the brown paint. I was so thankful! He could have told me that I need to have it replaced or painted which would have cost me several hundred dollars..but he helped me out for no cost at all. Because of this I will be sure to give them my business in the future if I ever need to!

Jessica is a joke!!! honestly she has the worst customer service. my car has been sitting for 3 weeks, and in 3 weeks she had no intentions to give me a call to inform me that she hadnt had time to look at my vehicle. Ive called several times even talking to other car assessors to find out any information on my car, was only told that she was handling it and she would give me a call back. All she had to say (rudely) was she to busy working all day tell 9pm to call me and Im not welcome to keep my car there, to take it somewhere else! Well 3 weeks ago I could have had another body shop check it out. Jessica if youre reading this... Being disrespectful to a customer because of your slip up and lack of communication! just shows your childish mentality.. wish you the best of luck in a business of customer service. Hopefully youll found some.

The staff at Lovegrove were extremely helpful and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my car. They bent over backwards to help us get the parts we needed for our repair and worked with my persnickety husband on every detail. I would never go anywhere else. This is a first class business. Paint job has bumps in it and they charged $400 for it, headlight assembly that they replace is cloudy and doesnt match the one that wasnt replaced which is crystal clear. The grill wasnt installed properly and is loose. Steering pulls slightly left now. Wouldnt reccomend.

We just purchased a 2013 Nissan Leaf But unfortunately my son dented the back door within the first 15 days of owning it. Staff was very friendly, they offered the lowest price out so we decided to go with them. They did an amazing job on the repair to the back door, they even detailed the inside of the car.😄👍

It’s been a number of years but that doesn’t lessen the bitter taste I have for Lovegrove as a company and the individual. I was conned by the owner, I paid for things out of pocket that my insurance also paid for. Shoddy repairs created more problems that took several weeks to fix. Avoid any business associated with Ken Lovegrove.

I was dealing with Capital Collision Center trying to be a loyal customer to the Capital Auto Group, but even after three times of having my vehicle in their shop they couldnt fix it correctly. State Farm allowed me to take my vehicle to another body shop on Capitals dollar to finally get it fixed. In just under two days Lovegrove was able to fix the few seemingly simple problems that Capital couldnt. After three months my vehicle looks correct again, so Lovegrove now has a new loyal customer.

If I could rate this business lower than a 1 star, I would. Their customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced! I have had a car in their shop since June 4th and we are coming up on the brink of 2 months and the car is still not done. I get calls 1-2 times EVERY week saying that the car will be done by the end of the week and we still have yet to see that happen. I will never go back there again and would never recommend this business to anyone. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I am a female tow truck driver and when coming to this shop to bring you business, I was told to take this vehicle and put it somewhere my truck couldnt turn around in and so I dropped the vehicle in a safe location backed to a fence. This guy comes out and tells me I couldnt drop it there cause that is not where he told me to put it. I advised him that the location was to tight and the vehicle goes into gear and can be pushed to this location on the other side of the parking lot. This guy looks at me and says I am not pushing anything, that is your job. As another tow truck driver saw this he offered to help along with there estimator of the business of Love Grove Collision Center. Why this guy had to be so rude not sure, but I will not be bringing business to this location anymore!

They are still in business as lovegrove in Albany. They were at the scene of the accident to provide towing services. They told me that they would file it all under insurance if they towed it to their yard. I wanted to get it back to Salem and asked if they could just lift it so I could drive it home. Their attitude changed once they realized that were not going to get all of the insurance money and told me only if I pay on the spot $100. I did.Unbeknownst to me, the same company owns main auto in Salem where I took my car to get fixed. 13,700 in damage. It took 7 weeks. I got the car back and it was making a rattling noise. I called and they said to take it in. A service employee drove around with me and said he heard nothing but someone will contact me. No one did. I called and called. Eventually I took my car to the Honda dealership which told me in minutes it was a damanged wheel berring. Common in accidents. I then had to get another rental and I had Honda fix it. This is a brand new car. This company got $13,700 from my insurance company and could not bother to finish the job. I owed them a portion of the deductible and a miracle happened, they called me! I don’t know which experience was worse. The Albany towing one or the Salem one.

Good place to get you car fixed. Just make sure that you tell them that you want factory parts and back to pre loss condition, or your parts will just be repaired.

Took them almost a month to replace a headlight, fender, rim, 2 tires (they didnt even give me the same brand of tire) and tie rod. The car still doesnt feel right. The paint has sand in it. The headlight didnt match the other one that wasnt replaced. They sure took their time with fixing it.

Very disappointed, office staff is great, when i brought my car in for estimate was told unable to look at mechinal under the hood they only did bidy work which was fine insurance approved them to do work they did the work but work was not done how we were told new parts didnt work correct paint bubbling and car naking more nouse plus they cracked my windshield and tried to blame it on the accident and myself which I had pictures to prove different. Im picking up today we will see what was corrected if they looked at the hood bubbling and whats the next excuse for the noise under hood and what other lies they told insurance which I caught them in lies. Next step if not fixed properly is an attorney I dont play games either your professional or your not. Im tired of companies thinking they can bully everyone and not take accountability for thier actions.We were told they would blend in the color to closly match they didnt do any of that

Lovegrove’s seems to have really gone down hill in the past several years and has become a total con job. Out of about a half dozen estimates, Lovegrove’s estimate was twice that of the next highest and three time more than most others. It seems that instead of performing a minor repair to a part, Lovegrove either doesn’t know how, or does want to spend the effort in making the repair. Instead, they just replace the entire piece and charge you through the roof. I want a auto shop that is willing to spend quality time/work on my car.

I took my mercedes there as they were on the list from nationwide insurance. My car was backed in to and they said it wasnt safe to fix my hood,so ordered me a new one and grill. When the parts came in it was done in 2 days as promised! Also my car was clean inside and out! Thank you to the team at Lovegrove! I will recommend you to others! Susie Wendorf.

Avoid work here they have changed their name from Lovegrove. My Nissan pickup was rear ended with $5000+ damage. Poor workmanship such that the tailgate would not shut property, dents, buckles and cracks. After some discussion they admitted they had not taken the bed off to measure the frame for possible damage. They grumbled about re repairs, but even taking it back there was very poor work. They did take the bed off the second time around. Insurance approved 2000+ of yet additional repairs for another shop to clean up Mains poor workmanship. The new shop showed me that Lovegrove/Main had not even put in the washers correctly between the bed and the frame. Avoid a collision with this company.

My experience with this shop is this. They took over Main Auto Body and refuse to honor their warranty. This seems especially odd seeing as how some of the same employees work there. The office staff lied to me for two weeks, stating they would warranty the work (paints clear coat falling off after 2 years), but refused to do so. Instead, I played phone tag. At one point, I walked in and actually saw the manager hide to avoid talking to me.I finally had to file an attorney general complaint and this organization still refused to honor the warranty. They would rather be sued than do the right thing. If that fact alone doesnt tell you all you need to know about this shop - please consult a neurologist.

Had them fix front driver side. When I went to go check it out. They made a point to tell me that my rear corner panel paint was bubbled. Told them it wasnt that way when I brought it in. That i knew for sure because I just change light bulb in both the side. Never seen it and I would of notes it. Wondering why would they say something and point it out first thing. So far they havent done nothing about it.

Dont know how you guys are going to tell Enterprise that you returned my car to me when you werent doing the work in the first place, yes i had it taken to you immediately following the accident but the next day had it moved to a different shop. Not exactly sure how the miscommunication happened but glad i moved my vehicle in the first place.

I would NOT recommend this shop! They did a botch job repairing my x5. Service was terrible! No communication with them unless I called them! They had my car for 2 months! After I got my car home I found issues with the repairs. I took my car to another shop and was informed that lovegrove had put the wrong hood on my car by cutting and gluing the parts to make it fit. I was in shock! I took it to Trachsel to be done right! Do not trust this shop to get your car back to pre accident condition! If you choose them I suggest to look your car over with a fine tooth comb and make sure they did it right. I wish I could attach pics to show the poor workmanship. Ive learned from my mistake of taking my car to them and have no trust in them!
