New tires for my sprinter van. Great customer service, very fast and competitive pricing. They took my spare out of the rack and it was 16 years old. So they replaced it with one of my used tires. My last 3 tire changes never looked at the spare

Best tire shopping experience I’ve ever had. Purchased my wheels online, they had to be shipped from the warehouse in Portland and was able to have them installed 2 days later! I was in and out with new tires in less than 2 hours! Customer service was astounding, I had someone waiting to talk to me as I was pulling into the parking spot. Amazing service! The attendant came out to my car the second I pulled in wearing a mask. They let me drive it in and out of the service bay myself which was nice. Very quick service - in and out in a half-hour (they told me over an hour). The prices were $200 less than the competitors right down the street for the same exact tires. Overall, definitely a great place to go.

I came in on a extremely busy day (booking was full for the day). I mean probably like 10 people in the lobby 4 people sitting outside and 7 or so sitting in their cars. Yes the wait time for me to go in and pick my tires was a little longer then expected but they were so friendly best customer service and the men in the shop was fast. I sat there watching the guys pull cars in and out. Each car probably took close to 30-45 minuets (depending on what they were doing to the cars) to get rid of the old tires put the new tires on balance them and then put them back on. Everybody was working hard and fast. I am extremely satisfied with them. The warranty they offer and services are amazing. (FIRST TIME THERE) good prices

Went in looking for tires for my sons car as he is getting ready to leave for University and wanted to find the best tires for where he is going to be going to school. They were able to punch in the zip cope for ASU and bring up the best tires for his car that would last as he is leaving home for the 1st and we want him to have reliable transportation. They got him in within a couple of days and installed the new tires giving his Dad some much needed peace of mind! They always have free bottles of water while you wait.

Was told I was next in the queue and then watched them take 3 other vehicles (mind you they came in after me) before mine. I thought having a queue was supposed to stop things like that from happening. Would have been happy to wait, but being told I was next and watching them take 3 others before me, has me irritated.

We went in here to price some sets of tires for 2 of our vehicles and the gentleman was indeed helpful, showed us lots of them online with prices. What i really liked was the fact that the man stayed with us the whole time and didnt have to run off to help someone else out. In my book thats real grade A service!

Third time getting a new set of tires from here. Adrian was able to let me take advantage of a sale that had ended due to some issues getting my Discount Tires card number directly from Synchrony and the sale ending. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for nice people and good service. I also know they price match if you find the same tire somewhere else, so theres no reason not to buy your tires here!

The Service was good, timely, and they seemed to have done a good job. My truck is a dually, and when I returned home I found they forgot to tighten one of the lugnuts, and I had lost two of the nuts from the wheel covers/ simulators. I think I may be done with this outfit, or else I am going to have to essentially recheck all of their work before taking to the road.

I have bought tires here for years. This time around I got 4 tires that two of them wore out a lot faster than they should have. I was told by the manager that it was a factory default but my tires were still in the “green” so they couldn’t do anything until they weren’t. Brought my car back in now they they are not in the “green.” With my warranty, that isn’t expired they were going to give me $9.00 for each tire and charge me for new tires. Will never buy here again. Lost business from my family, friends, and myself.

They do great work and prices are great. Super busy most days so if youre gonna wait there for your car, bring a book and a beverage.

I got a set of four tires for my 4 runner about a month ago. Today will be my fourth time back in with a problem. I first had a tire that was defective and on the other side I have a different tire that has a slow leak. I understand that they are busy due to the low price of tires but they dont test drive the car before or after they work on it. That doesnt seem right to me.

Great value for a decent product. My installation was by appointment and they were ready about 5 minutes after I arrived. I have opted for reminders to have my tire pressures checked and to have wheels rotated. I will be taking my future tire purchases to them as I am happy with the product and service.

Every associate I interacted with was very professional, polite, and courteous. I came in without an appointment (none available) on a Saturday morning (only day off) after special ordering a set of tires previously this week over the phone. They were busy and still managed to get me taken care of quickly.

Had an 8:00 appointment to replace TPMS sensors. Ace was at my truck by 8:03 and had the truck in the bay by 8:10. Service was red carpet amazing, polite, friendly and professional. Hands down best customer service I have received in a while.

I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience! They have a great tire warranty that covers literally anything that happens to your tire (it does cost extra but totally worth it).

Wonderfully efficient. The guys were also friendly and helpful. When they were unable to fix the tire, it was replaced free with the certificate wed purchased before. Well worth it. 10/10 service around the board.

I purchased a full set of rims and snow tires at my local store. I had talked to the manager on the phone after getting a price quote a few days before and he made a same day appointment for install. He told me it wouldnt take long because he could have them mounted and balanced before i came in. I had been at the store for about 2 hours when the manager came to me and said that two of my wheel stud had broken and they couldnt get a third off. He explained that my vehicle was unsafe now and that I would have to have it towed home. The manager stated that they did not do any repair at their stores. They loaded my brand new wheels and snow tires in the back of my vehicle for me though! BTW it was new years eve and I was now without a vehicle. I had them keep the wheels and snow tires. I took my vehicle into Les Schwab and purchase my wheels and tires there. I was not charged for the two wheel studs that they had to repair.

Salem Lancaster store is very efficient, customer service is excellent. the guys look good in the uniforms that are red and black. no bull, but always make an appointment. i have used this company for nearly 20 years.Sadly I have to change this review. As I sit here With an appointment and my car has been sitting out front for 54 minutes. I listened to a guy reminisce while we waited just to check in. I tip the guys when they check my tires or do Anything efficiently. Today is not one of those days. The team does not work well together at serving customers. I do hope this store steps their business back up.

The guys at Discount Tire are hard workers. Ricky helped me with my tires and was very professional on the phone and getting my tires shipped to the store. As well they have a nice clean environment in the back room. They meet you before you enter the bay and direct you to the correct spot I got my car in and out fast. I would recommend you stop here first before you go anywhere else their prices are the best as well with their service. 10 out of 10

I purchased my tires online and had to do a walk-in for mounting (appointment availability didn’t line up with my work schedule). I was greeted by friendly staff who were fun to talk with and made sure I was involved and informed of everything that had to do with my car. I was initially quoted 2 hours for my wait time due to the amount of walk-ins and appointments they had for today but was pleasantly surprised when Jon came back to tell me they’d be done in 20 minutes! I had been completely prepared to settle in for a long wait (the reviews said to be aware of that). They also recommended some maintenance to take care of (like alignment and rotation) and let me know what businesses in the area can do that for me for a reasonable price. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I think the service depends on how new the vehicle is. I have bought ALL of my tires from Discount/Americas Tire store. Today....Even with an appointment for service, the service was deplorable. Several other vehicles were checked ahead of mine. When I was leaving, the person that checked me in asked if I was done waiting....that was IT. I called the store and Jordan was totally dismissive. My entire family has done business with this store.....from this minute forward we will be going to Les Schwab.

I ordered tires that werent the right rim size, but they improvised a solution that resulted in me getting better tires than I ordered in the first place. They do a lot of business and its easy to see why. Big thanks to all of them. A quality establishment. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, but questionable time management. I was told multiple times over the phone that appointments are done within an hour, multiple times once showing up on time for my appointment that it would take no more than an hour. My car was not taken back into a bay area until 53 minutes after my scheduled time. Do not reiterate a point so often if it is not taken seriously as a company.

Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Competitive prices. Sometimes difficult to maneuver vehicle with a shared driveway and small parking lot. Long wait times, they need to not schedule so many people each day. I know times are different, but waiting 1-1.5 hours past your appointment time should be the exception, not the rule. They want customers to pull their own vehicles in and out of the work area, so you cant even go do something- youre just stuck there. Overscheduling is my only complaint. They are highly skilled, personable, and have reasonable prices.

They did have a slight goof with the tires I ordered but they took care of it and got me a good set that was comparable that they had on hand, they still made my appointment and got me in and out quickly.

My appointment was at 1 pm, finally got in at approximately 2:15 pm. I guess busy maybe but once I got in and had tires rotated it only took bout 20 minutes. If it didnt take over an hour to get in since I did have an appointment I would have given them a 5. All in all good service.

My truck had oversized mud tires on it and I wanted to go back to a size closer to stock size, All Terrain and I had a brand, style and size in mind but was open to recommendations similar to what I was looking at. I went to several other tire shops in the area but they just wanted to sell me other mud tires, straight up highway tires or a different size that should work, not taking into consideration clearance etc. I went to Discount Tire and Jon D took the time to actually measure my current tires at the time, crawled under my truck to check my rim size and had me turn my wheel both directions to check for rubbing issues. After checking all that he took me inside and showed me several different tires, explained tread life, height, size difference from current tires etc, showed me review ratings and performance ratings per NHTSA. Ive purchased several sets of tires at this site before but Jon went above and beyond, and the tires he recommended are great and were actually less than the ones I had in mind.Thanks Jon!This isnt my real name, its my Google account name lol.

My husband and I always buy our tires here. They have excellent customer service and affordable prices. I somehow always pick up screws and metal pieces in my tires and they always fix them for free if they are repairable or they will discount the tire if you need a new one. We refer them to all our friends and will be life long customers! They deserve 10 stars!

I have literally spent THOUSANDS upon thousands of dollars here on my 6 vehicles.... was in a rush tonight, so I swung in for a quick air check on one of my vehicles that I just noticed had a low tire(tires I bought here). They REFUSED to put air in the tire because it was below 15 psi and sent me off down the road with my tire in unsafe condition because they want to either do a flat repair or sell you new tires.I had to go to Les Schwab down the street where I was in and out in a few minutes and they got me safe to drive until I have time to fix the tire.I am beyond words with how I was treated tonight as a longtime customer. That is NOT customer service, that is pure corporate greed to sell more tires instead of taking care of the safety of the customer first. 😡
