I went to Auto Haus for all my Volkswagen repairs. Unfortunately I moved away from the area. Jim and crew are amazing. Great job always and makes the customer feel welcome. You can appreciate and tell that Auto Haus is very knowledgeable and very passionate about what they do. If I ever move back to the area, Auto Haus will be my go to again.
I came here to get my 69 vw bug ball joints replaced. Brought the pieces to the shop and installed them at my home.I had worked with cars for a while as a hobby, they did a good job on my Jim and team will take care of your vehicle.
An honest auto repair shop. What more can I say?
Can’t say enough good things about jim & autohaus. he’s thorough and reliable and explained everything very clearly when i got a prepurchase inspection with him in the midst of a particularly horrific used-car-buying process. highly recommend for anyone buying a used car. will definitely be back.
Great garage...Jimmy is super fair and knows his stuff. His VW knowledge is ridiculous...I am only sorry I did not find them sooner.
Very nice people. Job well done
Jim and his crew really know their craft well and will go out of their way to make sure your car is in the best shape possible. Always courteous and reasonably priced. If you have any type of car they will take care of you, but if you drive a VW, and dont have Auto Haus service your car... Youre making a costly mistake!
Auto Haus to great care of my VW Jetta! I was amazed at both the quality and speed of service. All for a fare price. If you have a VW in the North Shore, take it here.
Jim and Kevin are very good VW mechanics
Jim and Brian are first rate!
Weve been bringing our two cars (VW Passat Wagon and Audi S4) for at least the last 6-8 years and have had nothing but good service. These guys are a TRUE no nonsense, old school German/European auto repair shop that we have depended on for regular checkups as well as repairs. What I really appreciate about shops like this one is that they will strive to give you a true, honest assessment regarding problems they might find- AND options for you to consider. Those options may be repair, replace (or replace with used parts) or let the problem go for the time being. Of course, some issues you really dont want to let go, especially if they could lead to something worse, and theyll let you know if thats the case too. This level of honestly has saved us many hundreds of dollars over the years for sure!On the other hand, if its really a minor issue you absolutely will not be feeling any pressure to address it, unlike almost ALL dealerships. These guys also will take the time to actually explain the nature of the problem (if you are a more technically-minded individual who likes to know, which I am) and show how this or that part failed, or was worn out.
All things VW. Would not take our VWs anywhere else.
Called for a appointment as I had check engine light. Called me waste of time. I guess they dont want money or business.
