I was quoted $2000 dollars for some exhaust work at a dealership. I bought it to meineke and not only did they fix it but they fixed another issue I didnt know about for less than half the dealership price. I absolutely recommend meineke on Salem you wont be disappointed.

Ive always had very good service from Meineke in Salem NH. Theyve been the shop Ive used to service the brakes in my cars for years. The services are reasonably priced, the staff is friendly, and efficient. On a day when they were closed I got an estimate from Pep Boys for a rear brake job. They quoted me $200 in labor costs for a brake job Meineke did in 1 hour. Or why I highly recommend going to this Meineke.

Nothing but good to say about my service here. I stopped in for an oil change and pre-inspection look over of my car. Friendly and knowledgeable. After the pre-inspection they changed my tires, and scheduled some exhaust work. I dropped my car off 2 days later and had it back by the end of the next business day. Im new to the area but they will be me vehicle service station from now on.

I dropped my car off the night before to have an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and mentioned that I had a slow leak in one tire. They called me at 9am to say my car was ready. They found the small nail in my tire, repaired it and completed the other services at a very reasonable price.

I got a quote on new tires and was told I really only need two because the others are in great shape. In the two years I’ve gone there, they have always given honest feedback and I really trust them for advice, quality, and a reasonable price.I’ve worked with pep boys and the Toyota dealership, but will now only go here because they are a better decision.Thanks guys

The mechanic was very informative and took the time to show me the problem. He explained my options and the cost of all options with the benefits of each one. The front desk associate was very patient with me asI do have a bit of a speech issue. I would definitely return for service if needed and I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

My check engine light came on while driving home from work and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order. I didnt have an appointment and they were still able to do the repair.

They charged me double the the cost of the exhaust system I needed! Look it up, 2005 Ford Explorer 4.0 6 cylinder, after the catalytic converter back is $250 tops. I paid $453 parts with $110 in labor. This is highway robbery and should not happen to anyone in need of a fairly priced mechanic!!! IF YOU HAVE COMMON SENSE AND A GOOD VALUE, DO NOT GET YOUR AUTOMOTIVE WORK DONE HERE!!!!

The service was reliable and very quick. They will talk with you before any major work is needed to be done . And the inspection cost is better than anyone else. You only get charged for what you need, not what they think you need.

Two times they fixed my car and I recommended to everyone. Quick service...not expensive at all for the good service.

I called to make an appointment to have my headlight bulb fixed. the man on the phone told me that it was an easy fix and they did not have to pull my bumper off and I could come in at 5:00. Once I got there they had no idea what they were doing then I was asked to go into the garage for the same I spoke to on the phone earlier that morning told me that they could not fix it because they were closing and a half an hour and he was wrong and he did not know anything about my car and that you did actually have to pull the bumper off to change the headlight. They were going to charge me $120 because he also told me on the phone it wouldnt be that much to replace the bulb. When I told him I was going to take it somewhere else he said fine he pulled my car out of the garage he never said thank you or even apologized for wasting my time or his lack of knowledge. Maybe they should research a vehicle and what needs to be done before they agree to take the appointment if they dont know what theyre doing. I made an appointment with pep boys they got me in right away and they only charged me $70. I will never go back to Meineke again because theyre overpriced idiots!!!!

Talked me through everything, and the owner showed me step by step what needed to get the job done to go safely back on the road!!!! This is my first ever online review, the customer service was that bad. As a new resident to NH, I brought my (sons) car there for an inspection. I was shown exactly what parts of the exhaust system that needed replacement because of corrosion. The leaks were clearly visible and self explanatory. We then took the car back home to our trustworthy family mechanic of many years who replaced all areas in question and did some other additional work on top of it. My son then brought the car back to Meineke and they seemed very bitter about having the work done elsewhere. They fabricated other problems with the car and tried to take advantage of my teenage son. When my family mechanic called to go over the work they couldnt even give him a straight answer. I would not recommend this location for services. They run a stereotypical untrustworthy business and I shouldve known better. The only kind person in the building is the sweet woman at the front desk.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was a walk in late day inspection. They tried to tell me I needed all this repair work done in order to pass. I took my car somewhere else and it passed with flying colors. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Wish I could rate them zero stars.

Came in for an inspection sticker. They tell me I need rear brakes and windshield wipe blades. My wiper blades work fine and the brakes were checked a month ago and I was told they were fine. Go figure Im in a place that does break jobs.
