Buyers beware!!! We purchased a used minivan from them 3 weeks ago. It has died twice on us now. We have a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. The first time it died was literally 4 hours after getting it. They paid a local garage for the repairs (since we live almost 3 hours from their dealership). This time, they are refusing to fix it. Told us we need to figure out how to get it down there to them if we want them to fix it! It won’t even turn on, completely dead. No way to get it there clearly. Worst car buying experience ever!!! Stay away!!!

I bought a 2016 Nissan Frontier from CarFive and it was a great experience. The whole team is super-friendly. I love their no-commission policy -- it means you get to work with the whole team instead of having salespeople chase you around.No pressure environment and a good price for a great car. Plus Pedro delivered it even though I live 75 minutes away (I mean, they kind of had to in order to get the title transferred to NH, but still -- nice touch).I will definitely be shopping here again.

Test drives, inspections etc. zero pressure to do anything. Had a great experience at Car Five. These guys are as advertised and as reviewed. They let me test drive the SUVs I was interested in and do what I needed to feel comfortable including taking the SUV to my mechanic for a complete check before buying. There was no pressure. I was easily approved at a great rate. The only reason I did not finalize a deal with Car Five was because I found a newer model of exactly the same vehicle also in great condition. I would definitely go shopping again at Car Five and would recommend them to friends and family. Great place to shop for quality, well priced used vehicles.

Great service, great people. I bought a car here a few months ago, not only was it cheap, but they also gave me two-year warranty during which i can return with almost any repair issues and their on-site mechanics will take care of it free. Pedro, the gentleman who sold me the car, is a great guy. Really helpful really nice. Their selection is somewhat limited compared to some bigger used car dealers, but most places in the area are of a comparable size. Definitely recommend it if youre looking for a used car for a good price and reliable salesmen.

The name and website information can be misleading. It says their cars are under 5k but about half of them are. Pretty much every car I looked at on the lot had a lot of mileage, but I guess thats to be expected for the price.They offer a warranty and they have mechanics on site, so they will fix issues that may come up with a vehicle you purchase. They will also offer a loan vehicle if the repair will take a longer than expected time.But, there are downsides, as with a lot of things. If there is a huge issue with a vehicle you purchase, even if you buy a warranty, because of the high mileage of the vehicles, you will no t be covered under the Lemon Law.Take your time and examine or have a mechanic examine a vehicle thoroughly before purchase. I found a lot of the vehicles had body rust cleverly hidden by paint. I also found a lot of vehicles with rust all over the tire rims and braking mechanisms. A few of the cars had rust and holes underneath, where most wouldnt see it, all over of in patches on the frame. You may end up paying more for repairs (not covered by their warranty) than you did for the vehicle.All in all you can find a very good deal just be diligent before purchasing a vehicle. Dont let the pricing blind you.

Got a decent car at a great price. It has high miles and has had a few problems and they always fix it covered under the extended warranty. The warranty on these older used cars is well worth it! Definitely get the warranty! We brought our other car here for work and it is far less expensive here than anywhere else. Everyone who works here is great and they have gone out of their way to help us in any way they can.

Bought a ski truck from them six months ago, runs solid. What I was really impressed with was their customer service is top-notch, they will go out of their way to fix the car the first time even if its after 5pm. great crew.

I debate whether or not to even give it two stars. I bought my car there a year ago and since I’ve had so many issues with my car. To be honest even when I bought it I questioned whether or not it was worth the price but they assured me it was. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve now spent another $2000 trying to fix this car so it is safe to have on the road. My mechanic says the job done on the car was a hack job. So make sure you are buying a safe car and bring it to your mechanic before you buy it. Lesson learned.

Never Again! Bought an Envoy off them and have had nothing but problems. While under warranty & a rejection sticker all they did was argue when having to fix it. Seems they care more about just selling than standing behind their cars or being considerate. Change your motto.

Drove all the way from NH. They are selling cars with accident damage that they dont list. They told me that Id have to ask them to inspect the car to tell me. But they would know when they bought it...and they dont even fix it before selling it if it was so minor. Low class dealer...BEWARE.

This is the worst car buying experience ever. They sold me such a unsafe truck with the frame rusted out and falling apart and had more problems before i found that. I would not recomend this car dealership to nobody. There out to just sell cars without caring about there coustomers saftey.
