He refuses to listen to women instead he acts like a woman could never know what she is talking about when it comes to cars. My husband has taken my car to him four times and because he refuses to listen to what I have said about what needs to be done and wont do what I requested just telling my husband he knows better than I my car is once again broke down in my driveway. I would recommend that if you are looking for a good mechanic who will listen you look elsewhere because Polo does not.
