THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.👎Olivia and Bri👎 are a HORRIBLE representation of Target and for supervisors I would say they need to be replaced.They both appear to be burned out and have forgotten what it is like to treat people like they would want to be treated. Which is one of the book-ends of good customer serviceI would explain the issue, but that would inconvenience you as much as they did to me.If you come here expecting to be politely helped, Id think again. Go to Wal-mart, you will save money and be treated the same way.

I ordered online and I only waited maybe 3 minutes for my order to be brought out to me nice!

It was very easy to do my shopping from home and yet still feel connected with my local Target store.

At 11:45a.m. today, my daughters and I met the most wonderful associate! As we perused the isles aimlessly, Megan overheard what my girls were looking for. Without missing a beat, Megan was there to help! She went above and beyond to not only provide directions to the items, but show us as well! She and I even enjoyed a little small talk about our families while my girls were shopping. Truly phenomenal employee! Target needs to provide storewide recognition of their most valuable teammate, Megan! Thank you! We will be returning!

Because of how user friendly the app is, the preparation for customer arrival for pick up, and quickly getting the purchase to customer once arrived. No minimum or fees.

When getting clearance item, the gal said wrong tag I had her take off bill...they didnt take off after a few day I through receipt out and now have to go there..32. Cost Im not happy

The item was ready and the personnel brought it right out to us. In and out of the store in a very short time!

Good selection of merchandise. Whilst I went to purchase was not available to buy, a laptop computer, the fact that Target has kept the restroom facilities open for people to use shows me a business which truly cares for the customers. As well as for their safety. Also for the safety of the community at large.Great job Target.Also the wifi is nice.

The website is great. Ample parking, great customer service, vast inventory, clean facility.

They have a mask required sign at the door with zero exceptions and now because proof of vaccination are not holding their patron to that requirement and now plenty of people are just walking in without masks. Oregons numbers keep fluctuating and people lie who are lazy and this poses a high risk to the general population. I am very disappointed in this location. The mask mandate should just be a courtesy especially with the sign still out front.

They really need to fix their pricing on the shelf’s it says that it’s a certain price and then it’s a different price and when you ask for them to change it they don’t and they send you to customer service and they just tell you that they can’t do anything

The staff is so friendly and professional

The checker that we went thought is the greatest she friendly and we really enjoy her. She is sweet kind and easy to talk to. We enjoy hearing about her 4 children and her husband who is going to school. What a wonderful family she has. The smile on her face is fantastic, she is the person who lights up a room when she enter.

Employees not wearing masks or rather simply “wearing” chin masks. Felt endangered in an environment that I’m already nervous being in. How can you expect customers to comply when your own employees won’t? I will not be returning to this location.

Today I went to the store to buy the toys for Christmas and for the first time I had a very unpleasant experience, a store employee began to follow me throughout the store, taking care of me as if I were a thief when I was paying for my purchases. He stood with another employee at the exit door as if I was going to run out of the store. They judged me for the clothes that I was wearing (work clothes)

What happen to target all employees are so over helpful and friendly wow what a experience when I have been going in there to shop and lots of everything thank you

Tonight my 3 1/2 year old daughter decided to completely take off through target I could not find her, and Im not sure if I would of been able to without targets fast acting staff. Thank you all so very much I was having a mini heart attack. She was right in front of my eyes and then boom she was gone sooooo quick little stinker. Thank you so so much for being ready and having everyone in the building pretty much helping me get her crazy butt back.

One of my favorite go to stores - even when I dont need anything specific.

I love Target! They carry products that I need and cant get from another comparable store. They also have great deals and sales.

They have everything I need for my kids and the best selection of games now that Toys R Us is gone. The only overpriced item is the produce. They have a great selection of clothing for reasonable prices and the discount app is great.

Love targets quality and selection.

I don’t have to take my children in and out of their car seats and someone brings me my order. It’s the best thing for a Mom!

All employees were absolutely amazing! They would offer help at all times and were actually working, not off to one side chit-chatting with co-workers like you see in many establishments. The store was clean and well organized.

Ease of use

There was blood on the ceiling of the bathroom, the bathroom feels old and worn down and dirty and the store floors are dirty. Popcorn everywhere and something schmeared in various places. The only upside is that the employees are nice.

Target is hands down my go to place when i’m bored or when I want to buy cute things. Although you can find cute things in places like Walmart or whatever other store you go to Target never fails to have some of the cutest things you must have. They have about everything you’d need from selling electronics to underwear. If you ever just want to walk around a good store Target is your place though i can’t promise you’ll walk out empty handed.

I had ordered something to be shipped to store, and planned to pick it up when I got back. I didnt have cell phone service where I was at, so when I finally got in cell range I called the store to see if they could hold it for me until the next day when I could pick it up. The lady on the phone said it was no problem and left a note saying Id be there the next day to pick up. When I got to the store the next day, they couldnt find my order or any note saying I would be there to pick up. I really needed this item as Im about to give birth any day now, and dont have time to wait another 10 days for it to be shipped back to the store. You should give people more than 48 hours to pick up an item, especially if they call ahead of time.

Love this Target and all the staff. My only frustration is how late the cafe gets started. We were in at almost 11 am and there was no popcorn, soda machine wasn’t together and they’ve been out of all but one size soda cup for quite a while now.

I absolutely love Target! I would love to see more stock of certain sizes as they always seem to be out of the same sizes all the time. Maybe they could order more inventory, as they sell more of certain sizes than others. Other than that, still my favorite store!

I had to exchange some jeans for my sons that were the wrong size. Customer service gave me a gift card for less than the purchase amount and I had to show the receipt date to exchange the pants for the correct size since the sale was over. They ended up quickly just doing a straight exchange like I originally requested which is why I gave it 4*.

Its Target. Not a big fan and usually anything I can buy there I can find at a lower cost somewhere else. Onetime the undercover store security followed us out of the store. I finally turned around and asked her if she needed something and she ran off.

Not a bad place to shop. Offers fairly good options, and the prices are not bad. The best part of this store so far is the customer service. They take the time to speak with customers, and help with anything you may need.

Just left the Target in Salem, big talk they have on what they are doing but the first thing I noticed when you walk in is no sanitation wipes to wipe down your cart and in the grocery area with the deli meats and cheeses etc. were two young girls with their mother and dad and the two young girls were coughing all over the food and going up and down the isles coughing and touching everything. There were employees all around that did nothing.

I never have any problems at Target, and today the store really showed why I need to continue to shop there. The lady in Electronics, real sorry I didnt catch her name, but she not only showed my son and I how to get valuable coupons but actually let us use one right then & there, saving us a great deal on a brand new game. She made sure we got exactly what we needed and was very pleasant. I have actually been there before when she was working and it was very nice to be helped and not hounded. Kudos, Target.

Nice store, nice people. The aisles seem clear, but if you stop and look down about 10% of the product is on the ground, just kicked under the other things on the shelves to hide it. Otherwise mostly nice.

Who doesnt love long walks in target getting some retail therapy in. They have unique, cool and cute products that are hard not to buy. Usually Ill be going to Target for some toilet paper and cat food.... and Ill end up spending $200 on stuff I totally want and dont need.

This is a decent Target. Id rather go here than drive all the way to Keizer. Thats our other Target option. Staff are always nearby. They are willing & wanting to help. 4 stars because the lines at the checkout can be long & the amount of employees working the registers are sometimes too few.

Good prices and deals on many items and fun discounts when buying more items at once. Great selections when it comes to hygiene. Have enjoyed their new grocery food aisles. Would like to see more dairy free foods such as yogurts. Good selection of dairy free milk choices. Sometimes entire areas like gardening get wiped out which is annoying. Youd think maybe all those folks hanging Christmas lights might add some moss killer to their roof while they are up there and yet no gardening area during Christmas season.

For all intensive purposes, theres nothing notably bad about this Target. They keep their items well in stock, their on-line pick up is easy and painless, cashiers and staff members friendly, and the place is generally well kept. I have been here many times and will continue to go as it is as one should and would expect

Clean, the staff there are always very nice. Their clothing area looks tidy on a regular basis which is always nice.They have a quick response policy, so if you call for help they WILL come running.I enjoy shopping here.

Out of all the one stop shopping stores there is, Target seems to be one of the best. This Target in particular is a relatively nice place with all you might need if youre in a rush to find it. Even has self checkout if you are feeling especially antisocial!

I love Target but TARGET (3790 CENTER ST NE SALEM, OR) IS the WORST store Ive ever been to. They are need to keep the shelves stocked, Ive tried calling and the person told me they usually have the item, I got there and they didnt!Honestly, its so hit or miss to the point that Ill drive a town over vs down the road to avoid the hassle Horrible customer service, everyone just stands around, and if you ask where to find something theyll tell you an isle and point vs walking with you to assure you find what your looking for. Good store to find what you need, even controversy! Just kidding, they havent changed that much and its added some things over the years like grocery and such. They have the better NERF selection for my sons collection too.

Oh gosh. This company, my wife and I had our baby registry here. The bassinets we bought didn’t swing so I returned it, I got a new one and had issues with it a couple weeks later. I returned the second one, I was issued a merchandise gift card and brought it home to my wife so she could order baby cloths for our son. Apparently you can use merchandise gift cards at target.com. So I drove back to the store and tried to exchange it for a gift card. I was told I couldn’t do this because I didn’t have the original purchase receipt(this was a registry item). I got frustrated with them after explaining this several times and said a swear word. Apparently swearing is the same as cussing at someone because the manager asked me to stop swearing at her. I let her know that I directed no insult towards her and that I was frustrated because my wife who is a new mother can’t come into the store to clothes shop for our son(during a pandemic)There was nothing she even tried to do to help.I had to call targets corporate office. They verified the original item was purchased from the registry and issued me a standard target gift card. I will be spending the gift card and I will take all of my future business elsewhere.

Staff is great. Items are great. But this store is very inconsistent with their ads. Over all it is fun to visit and look around.

This location has the barest shelves. The stock levels are terrible, and they are not ordering the variety that the Keizer store does. If you find what you need, you had better only need one because thats all they will have. Two packs of matching socks for the kid? Nope.

I love Target, but this Target is somewhat dirty no matter what time it is. You would think it would be super clean in the morning since there hasnt been customers but sometimes you still find a mess.

Everytime I have gone there is trash in the parking lots and stuff on the floors. I love shopping at Target but feel like the place could be alittle more cleaner. Besides that the Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Im gonna have ti be the b*tch and say that every time i have gone to this one it is always a mess. I go to the clearance wrack and all the sizes are mixed together. All the shirts on the shelves are just thrown on there. There were shirts and hangers on the floors.The fitting room desk had clothes all over it. Each fitting room had shirts and hangers on the floors. I never ever take the time out of my day to write a review but it was a wreck in that store.
