It was ok

The woman I initially talked to when discussing my order was extremely rude and condescending. Im not sure why because I addressed her nicely and calmly. I had been told by numerous people how awful she is but tend to avoid judging people based on what others say. It was my first time there and I was planning on using them for multiple print jobs. Not anymore. The other thing was that I had a document that I am sure was standard business card size, but she claimed that the document was too large (4 inches wide) to print in business card size. How ridiculous is that?? Even if my document was off, youre a printer! Re-size it! So, I pretended it was my mistake and that I needed to go fix the file and high-tailed it out of there, never to return. I told a few of my colleagues about this and nobody was surprised. They all said they stopped using Valley Printing because of a similar experience. What a shame.

Timing and customer service is horrible.....I spent thousands of dollars with them and the service I continued to get was trash
