My son has been airsofting professionally for a few years now and buying most of his gear there. They have always treated us well. Now that he is older, hes in the Army. I went shopping for some Army mom items to let him know how proud I am, they congratulated him on his graduation, and thanked us for being strong parents. We will continue shopping there for all our needs.. including a new pair of shoes I wasnt expecting today! Thanks guys for a great selection, and amazing customer service! They made sure everything was clean and they expect YOU to do the same upon your visit.

We went here the 4th of July week 2019. We always hit this store every vacation. But this particular visit was memorable. We had talked to this man that works there, (shorter older guy with nice white hair and glasses) “sorry” its the only way i can describe him because we had forgot to get his name of course, but he was great. He definitely made the store even more enjoyable. Our son really admired him and the items he had purchased from the help of this man. (Red and black Butterfly training knife) along with other great items. We really enjoyed talking with him. We will definitely be back!! Thanks 😀

Great store loved it for years, horrible staff now take the drive to one of there other locations if you want quality help. The associate I attempted to approach this morning she was extremely rude and didn’t seem to be with it if we’re being honest maybe she had a rough night it but don’t take it to work with you it just left a bad taste in my mouth.I’ll order a sharpening rod online next time.

Great Army/Navy store. They have tons of military surplus, collectibles and even regular clothing. Prices are reasonable. And the place is surprisingly pro-military/pro-USA for a store in the Glorious Workers Paradise of the Peoples Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

I needed a task done. It was not something they offer. However, an individual on staff offered an attempt to honor my request. Not only was his attempt favorable it was exactly what I needed. Great job in worked performed, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was also done immediately!!

This place is awesome with great variety however they only go to 2xl and largest shoes I found were 12.5

While I understand that surplus is a hard Industry, as supply for things is limted, still I dont feel like this was a surplus store as much as a military themed costume shop. Very little real surplus.

Loved this place! They cover ALL 5 Branches of our Military Army,Navy, Air Force, Marines,and yes COAST GUARD!! Great helpful staff, reasonable prices, have just about anything you could want. They even had my AST survival suit for when I would out the door and into the ocean for rescue !!!

Anything military...its like a salvation army store w/used & new stuff. Good place to get clothes & supplies. They sell airsoft guns & no live/real ammo. Just ammo for airsoft.

Good mix of new and used tactical gear, airsoft, and edged weapons. The selection of surplus could definitely be better, but the staff here more than makes up for it. I have been a regular customer at the companys RT 1 location, and after countless experiences with rude or just plan inattentive staff, I will not be returning. Thankfully the Salem location is only an extra 10 minute drive! Mike and Alex were extremely helpful in helping me pick out the gear I was looking for (a backpack, tactical pants, and I even left with a new knife I wasnt expecting to buy). Will definitely be back and hope to make this location my new one stop shop for Tac gear!

Good clothes if you can find your size, same with boots and shoes, a constant turn over of genuine surplus goods from ammo boxes to netting and tents, and a good selection of new knives, camping/survival gear, and the high end of airsoft--always a fun place, even if you dont buy much.
