Spent the last week trying to get a order fixed that they messed up on the previous delivery. Still no fix they dropped sparkling water instead of spring water. They then instead of replacing my 1L sparkling water with 1L spring water they dropped a 5 gallon jug of sierra springs water. Now 3 days later they still have come to pick up there 5 gallon jug and replace it with my 1L bottles of spring water. Do not recommend this service. It’s a joke their customer service reps don’t help you out and even the supervisors ignore the issues. I asked for a supervisor and got transferred to voice mail still haven’t got a call back from them.

Unfortunately their customer service is MUCH lacking. Ive gone rounds with them on specific things including billing issues, water drop offs water pick ups...just called and after waiting (got the screenshot) 24min...explained our situation and that wed like to cancel. This staff member pushed us to provide WHY were canceling, didnt like our answers and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!?!!!! Im honestly in shock their customer care coordinator whos supposed to be there to assist their customers....just HUNG up. Disappointing as I was hoping to utilize their business. :(

The service provide is always top notch! They remind you when your delivery is coming up and then our delivery person always places the jugs in the tracks on our porch. I love the bottom load machine - no lifting the water jugs to put in top!

Customer service and product are the best. The delivery drivers make such a great impression of the company, that customer service is important. The website is easy to order on and they even let you know a day ahead so I remember to set my empties out.

Each delivary driver has been very polite and always insist on putting. The bottles where you want them. I own a business myself, and its the employees that make a company great. And Sierra springs hires great people. Thanks to all of the Sierra Springs employees!

Best experience Ive had. The employees are great, the service delivery couldnt be better and my delivery guy has always been helpful to me. The water couldnt be better. I cant say any of this in total about a single other company. I will be using Sierra Springs Water indefinitely.

We have had excellent service over the last 10 years. Brendan is such a great rep - friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all! We enjoy your products and have been really happy with the service, and with new equipment as it becomes available. The bottom loading dispenser is a godsend!

The service is excellent and very dependable. If you need unscheduled service, it is easy to set up and reliable. Service for me has always been without complaint. I up graded to a bottom loading dispenser, the service man brought it to our door set it up and showed me how it worked. I would recommend Sierra Spring to my friends and neighbors and those of you reading this review.

If there was a zero option they would get it for sure. I was a customer for over 2 years - When I received my new chip card the number was the same but apparently they could no longer take out the auto pay -They had my billing address set up for my previous address (because their rep didnt update in their system) and sent a notification there which of course I never received. Never called me and after 2 missed payments (which I didnt catch because I had a credit on my account my their last mistake) they turned my account over to a collection agency (which I resolved immediately) - They admitted to me they knew they were having a problem with the chip cards - It would have taken less than 5 minutes to pick up the phone and call me but I guess laziness is the new customer service - Dont waste your money here.

Buyer Beware! Delivery driver drops off 11 bottles of water, picks up 11 empty bottles of water, credits account for 6 returned bottles and doesnt credit for remaining 5. Thats 30.00 bucks! This is my 3rd month of dealing with CREDITS, calling company asking where, and mostly WHY?Check your invoices.

I was really excited to get our water cooler. I estimated that we would be saving money in the long run, plus the added bonus of no more plastic bottles in the recycling! We signed up for the service online (Costco), and set up my delivery for Sept. 5th. Sept. 5th came, and i had received no confirmation via email or phone call regarding delivery, so by the afternoon, i called the company to confirm. They told me it had been rescheduled for the 15th!! I told them i had not received any info regarding this, and it turns out they had the wrong email address (a couple of the letters were transposed). Got that straightened out, look at my calendar and realize the delivery date of the 15th wont work. . . .so i call them back and get rescheduled for the 12th of Sept. An hour later, a hear a loud banging at my front door and its the delivery guy!!!!! Told him that they had told me the delivery had been rescheduled and he didnt know anything about it. Said something about deliveries had gotten screwed up because of the Labor Day holiday. Anyway, i was happy to get the cooler (on Sept 5th - the originally scheduled day. . . good thing i didnt take off to run errands and was home). The delivery guy was in a huge rush. Hurried in, plugged in the cooler where i told him i wanted it; Hooked up the water; Primed it (im assuming thats what he was doing, as he didnt explain anything or tell me what he was doing); Spilled water on the floor, which i wiped up, and asked me if i wanted another 5 gallon bottle. I also will add that i ordered 5 gallons of Spring water. He hooked up Purified water. The only reason i knew this, is when i asked him what kind it was. I decided to get another 5 gallon jug of Spring. The delivery man told me More power to ya if you can tell a difference. . . They both taste the same to me. And then he was out the door!. Didnt leave any documentation of delivery; Didnt show me how to change out the bottles; How it works; NOTHING!! Very disappointed and not sure if we will continue to use their service. As soon as I finish writing this review Ill be on the search for a new delivery service . . . P. S. - I did receive a Welcome email (yay! they got my email right!!), and a link to set up my online account. Pretty funny that the Welcome page tells you what to expect during your delivery, and NONE of that happened. . .

This company has horrible customer service. I signed up through costco for their water service and gave them my contact info. My machine was delivered promptly which is the only thing they did right. My delivery guy gave me the route managers phone number. I called that number to setup delivery specifics multiple time and left multiple messages and recieved no call back. Just an automated message the day before dropping the next batch of bottles. Since I am not home when they pick up and drop I needed to setup custom pickup and delivery through my backyard gate so the bottles would not get taken while I was at work since they leave them on your front steps. No luck with making any contact.When I called the company customer service line on multiple occasions I was read my incorrect email address which I tried to fix multiple times over the phone but some how it kept coming up wrong on their end. So this caused me to never recieve a bill since they dont mail you any statements. I then decided to cancel their service due to so many poor experiences with them. My first pickup scheduled was changed and no one ever notified me it had been rescheduled. This was a waste of my time and cost me money since I turned down an overtime to wait for the pickup. I am now waiting again for them to pickup my machine and was told they SHOULD be able to pick it up today. That sounds really promissing, SHOULD. They wont setup a specific pickup time, only an all day window of 8am to 5pm. So you are forced to waste your whole day waiting for someone to possibly show up if they feel like it. Horrible service, poor customer support, and expensive water. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company at all cost!

Horrible customer service...We had water service with you guys for about 16 months. We found out we where being over charged for our water machine. we where told by are sales rep we would be reimbursed for all of our over charged months. We called and had no luck with that. Everyone you talk to gives you a different answer to the same question and our rout sales rep Brendan fahy absalutley never answers his phone. i have called and left 3 or 4 voicemails trying to get them to pick up there water machine and havent heard back in weeks. We have our new quench water service machine sitting next to the unused sierra water machine. every time someone asks why we have 2 i let them know How bad your service is.Do yourself a favor and dont work with unreliable businesses.
