Today I went and got this apple and the worker sold this apple that was already cut up and she was rude to me because I didnt see the sign, to pay with Exact change or Debit card and only thing I asked was wheres the sign for that and she didnt like that . I’m sure thats why she sold me this old apple thats rotten from the inside I tried to eat but tasted horrible.

We came here with our kids and the place was very clean, only allows 3 people inside at a time due to COVID restrictions which was great and the staff friendly and knowledgeable

Chocolate is delicious, creamy, and everything I bought tasted amazing. However, I will never buy from them again, and if I hadnt already gotten my housemates excited for chocolate I would have walked out. The ladies working there were so rude, and not just to me. The couple before me were surprised about the $5 card minimum, and missed the sign, it happens. The ladies became very confrontational about it though, and raised their voices to point out the sign was on the register and it has been that way for at least 20 years. When it was my turn they just kept pushing to get me to pick and go, like having me browsing was a hassel. When I mentioned a certain item called a cherry bomb, they both scoffed and said we havent had that in like 10 years, why are you asking about it. Just made me very uncomfortable. Its very expensive chocolate, so its a big treat, but if youre going to treat me like a problem, then Ill simply just stop going and let other people know how I was treated and how I saw other customers treated.

I was in there with my son and friend yesterday, 1/30/2021 @ 3:30pm. There was three people working, two by the entrance chit-chatting away, a bit louder than they should be, and one girl behind the counter. NOT ONE PERSON said hello, offered to assist us in our purchase, or shall I say, offer to assist us for them to make money for our purchase. I purposely waited there for several minutes waiting to see if anybody would assist, but again, no. I was going to purchase a large order but after this experience I will not be returning to this store.For the owners: Growing up in a business I can tell you that yours will not last. Mock, laugh, curse all you want at this post but I can guarantee its only a matter of time; running a business like that will NOT last. I wish you well.

Literally the meanest people own this store. They threatened to call the cops on a fedex delivery person (and me) for trying to get their attention for their delivery. Horrible horrible people. Chocolate is subpar. Very very bad business.

The women who worked the shop June 18 at 2:30pm gave both me and my wife a terrible attitude. She was very unkind, very unprofessional and acted as if she had a problem anytime we had a question. Right after the purchase I tried to ask her a question, but she walked into the back room while rolling her eyes. Awful customer service. I won’t be coming here again.

This is the place we come when we need a treat. I often go for the caramel apples and my husband loves the chocolate dipped rice krispy treats. When we lived in Eugene we would drive up to this store specifically!! Christy has always provided us with great customer service, yesterday we had a wonderful time chatting with her while getting an apple. Thank you for the treats and excellent customer service. We have been returning customers for the last three years and counting.

The caramel apples they have are so good! I went to here to have my first caramel apple too! I also bought 2 jelly sticks that were also amazing!, will come another time.

They are there to make the customers happy. they made a snowman apple even though it wasnt Christmas time. They are awesome in my opinion and they also offer sugar free which is great since I am a type 2 diabetic.

My husband and I love the truffles and I get them for him a couple of times a year. I visited them in down town Salem, I was uncomfortable with all of the people camping right on the street but I had know issues, next time Ill shop at the outlet mall in Woodburn.

Went in and bought some chocolate, the customer service was absolutely awesome, although the people in front of me were total rude to the lady working., I would give 10 stars in instead of 5, Thank you Christy my family and friends will be back

I went to buy my daughter a caramel apple and let me tell you the lady was so rude to my daughter who is only 4. I was a few steps walking behind my daughter, and she called for the lady behind the desk who never acknowledge her and ignored her. I then called her to ask for help, and she turns and tells me I heard you. Im with a customer online. I was so upset, I would have left, but my daughter wanted a caramel apple.

I went in to get something for my son for his first day of school and the lady working completely ignored me. She acknowledged every other customer and asked of anyone else needed anything. Even when I was standing at the register the lady just looked at and turned away and went and talked to a new customer that walked in. I dont understand what the issue was but I swear to baby jesus it wasnt because I was brown. Terrible service especially when compared to the one in woodburn outlets. 0/10 would not recommend out of sheer disrespect.

Besides being very expensive, it took quite awhile for the staff person to acknowledge me, and then was quite abrupt when she asked what I wanted. The chocolate truffle I ordered was very difficult to bite into. It certainly wasnt fresh. So, bad service, old chocolate = no return visits for me.

Workers are not trained on how to use the register properly. Advertised 10% off, rang me up then told me that after working there 2 months, she still didn’t know how to put any discount into the register. Very disappointing

I went in a few times, and pretty much was in and out, I enjoyed the treatsand yesterday I saw they were hiring.i need a job so I go in and Ask if I could get an application. And she asked me if I wanted part time or full time. So I said, full time part time, whatever works for you guys.my schedule is very flexible. She looked me up and down and said no 8 couldnt have an application.wouldnt even explain why.

Went in for a job application and manager was completely rude! Im Hispanic and she just gave me this dirty look and proceeded to do what she was doing. Didnt even take that time to say hello or Ill get back to you!

Hair in the icecream. Tried to return and operator threw a napkin dispenser at my wife. Very rude. Extremely hostile. Attempting to have the corporate office do something about this person. My wife is hispanic and she said you people when talking to her. Was acting inappropriately from start and then continued to escalate the situation which left my wife in tears.

I loved the service and chocolate at the Woodburn outlet so much that when I was told there was a closer rocky mountain in salem i decided to go there. BIG MISTAKE!!. Rude service from a black curly haired banged girl. Fruit wad not near as fresh there compared to the Woodburn Outlet. I will drive the extra miles next time. They talked about other employees while I was in there. Keep your gossip to that back break room I saw while I had to listen to you two women talk and look at me as if I wad in your way. Inconsistent, negative, hostile work environment. If Christy werent there itd be great. I got completely humiliated and belittled behind my back in front of several customers, maybe if youre going to talk crap about your employees, dont do it when theyre six feet away and can hear you, also, maybe you should keep your homophobic, rascist opinions and comments to yourself. Its just distasteful. If youre in the LGBT community or the Latinx community, I wouldnt go there unless you want to be disrespected behind your back and/or to your face. Also never wears her hair up when shes cooking or wears gloves and has nails. Its a family run business so I understand why they dont fire her, but they should. It would help business.

Christy the middle age woman with brown hair is very RUDE! Went in there today for mothers day and she did not greet my husband or I. She helped other people before us and then she told me to make up my mind on what i wanted so her lazy ass didnt have to walk back and forth. The candy is great but her customer service has been horrible on more then one occasion. This is the salem center location

It might be family owned but its NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! They have a break it you buy it policy even though they dont have a sign up making parents aware!! Accidents happen and if they have a policy like that I wouldnt take my children there. Its a CANDY STORE CHILDREN WANT TO TOUCH EVERYTHING!!! Very rude and will never be going back!!!!

I went in and the overweight lady with the black frizzy hair and bangs was incredibly rude! She was very rude to one of her fellow workers and from what I could hear she was talking to her about her outfit, and how it was inappropriate. The girl she spoke of was in a professional outfit, while the overweight womans outfit was NOT! She was very rude to the customers and had the worst attitude!!!! Good chocolate AWFUL customer service. I suggest a different store if you can find one!

If i could put zero stars i would, horrible service the candy if you can call that, was disgusting, the manager was yelling at their employees in front of everyone for doing something wrong. the person who attended me gave me the dirtiest look like it bothered them that i was Hispanic.
