Started going here for coffee, self serve area is great, all one needs for hot or iced coffee. I only wish they would chill the ice coffee. Cubes melt quickly. Great selection of healthy foods as well. Salem location is clean and staff friendly. Oh, yea coffee is only .99 cents. Why pay 3 bucks for watered down ice? at DD.

The clerk today is rude I get the paper plate to put my spring rule and she threw bulk of paper plate in the garbage.

Cashier was rude. No policy posted anywhere about exchanges. Gave us the wrong cigarettes. Wouldnt exchange them 2 minutes after purchase. Place is a joke.

I had raspberry jam on my steak bomb. The utensils they used to post my sub in the oven were dirty and the guy behind the counter gave attitude.

Not the brightest people even for working at a gas station . Three times i lost out on getting a reward because of them pressing the wrong button on my phone. And i fill up my generator/welder there and the lady shuts the pump off and says i gotta take the welder off to full it up mind you it weighs 700lbs and its grounded to the truck but still refused to let me fill it. I never have that problem anywhere where this place is near my house thats why i go there.

Today was the last day I am ever going to Cumberland again. I was pumping gas and I was unaware that you are supposed stand outside your car when you pump gas. A rude man over the intercom told me not once but twice to stand outside or he will shut of my tank. I was embarrassed by this, and on top of that I was insulted and verbally abused by a man who was asking me If it is hard to stay out of my car. I also received racial slurs from him, so that would be the last time I am going to Cumberland in Salem NH or anywhere else ever. So thats one star from me.

Its Xmas day, and that effects hours BUT the store is SUPPOSED to be open 24 hours. Its posted on their store that its 24 hours, its posted online that its 24 hours. The store has ALL its lights on. Really irritated

I love most Cumberland farms but... Today I walked in to get an ice coffee and a muffin. Standing in front of the muffin display I saw 2 enormous flies landing on every muffin. I quickly notified an employee who didnt even want to see and actually shrugged her shoulders and said.. And I quote What do you want me to do about it, people leave the doors open and then walked away. Imagine for a second.... If someone does not care about flies on the food out in the open....... What on earth is going on behind closed doors. Never eat a muffin or anything not wrapped up tight.

Good gas prices. Very busy. I wish they had pumps that could stretch to the other side of your car. It would also be nice if they had an air pump for tires.

I stop here with great frequency. Cumberland Farms has the best Orange Soda (2-Liter) hands down!

Rude and angry cashier. I wanted to buy beer. I recently moved from MA and I have a paper license. I am a bald 30 year old, and it is very clear that I am of the age to buy beer. I was denied because Cumberland farms does not accept paper licenses. Well wouldnt you know it, this woman loves telling people about it. I asked many questions, clearly irratated about this cockamamie law. All she could do was inturupt me and tell me that she didnt care what I was saying I wasnt buying beer. And then when I was leaving she did that super unprofessional retail thing where they say loudly have a good night! I plan on being here in Salem for quite a long time, and now I know that my family and I will NOT be getting our gas here.

Love this place but one of the workers there isnt friendly.
