First visit to the establishment and we were great kindly. They have wonderful Gelato and Macaroons. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

This is the best place to go in Salem! Me and my sister go here often and it’s a really nice place to go! The seating is nice and I like the decorations! The food there is great! I usually get taro!

Best gelato I’ve ever had in the US (reminds me of Italy and Austria) with incredible flavor creations and options for every kind of person. Their boba tea is fantastic (lots of flavors again!) and the meringues the perfect small sweet treat.I love this shop because of the incredible quality of the food and the wonderful service. Every time I have visited they have been helpful, kind, and I always leave wanting to come back soon. Good atmosphere to hang out too (I’ve brought many friends there.)My favorite place in Salem. Go there to support a wonderful small local business and treat yourself (and your family and friends) to great food and drinks!

I love this place so much! They have such a massive variety of treats, ranging from macaroons to bubble tea. The prices are incredible, and the staff always friendly. The decor inside is so uniquely modern, everything about the Cafe just doesnt compare to the other local shops.

I ordered different types of gelato and passion fruits drinks. The place is cozy with an upscale decor touch. From within, you can look outside and see Salem downtown, next to the farmer’s market!Nostalgic!

I love this place! It has the best bubble tea in Salem and their blueberry and strawberry macrons are to die for! Plus the staff has always been kind and courteous the multiple times I have visited, I cannot give them enough stars.

Kelly Cafe is a perfect addition to Main Street Salem. A twist on refreshing bubble tea and desserts with inclusive recipes that allow those that are gluten or dairy free to eat here too! This is without a doubt the best boba in the Roanoke VA. I highly recommend it.

Do yourself a favor and get some blended Taro bubble tea here. Its a lovely shop, and everyone is always friendly. I have never had anything I didnt love from here, and I miss getting to go here more often.

The lady here was super friendly, let me try the bubble thing before I ordered since Ive never had boba before, and great prices since it was 24 oz for 5 bucks, great tasting and great selection of flavors to mix, and the cafe looked nice too, super modern look and so unique compared to other local places

Gelato is super creamy and delicious! I got the red velvet and the girl put a macaron on top which was super fluffy! The boba tea is the perfect amount of sweetness. The only downside is the straws are too small. Other than that 10/10 would reccomend and 11/10 would return
