Sick & Tired of 20 min wait times on a simple coffee order. Get it together! Do better!

I’ve been to dozens of Sheetz in various locations and this Sheetz is by far the nicest Sheetz I’ve been to. I’m not necessarily talking about the decor or appearance, I’m talking about the good folks working behind the counter! My boyfriend and I are on a long drive (Hence why I’m writing this review - I’m bored) and we stocked up on Red Bull, water, and of course some tasty sandwiches. All four of the employees treated us with such kindness as if we were all old friends.So anyway, if you were working here on Friday, July 16th, at around 6pm, THANK YOU. And if you’re thinking of making this a stop, DO IT.

Service is excellent food is decent but the new coffee makers they have do not make good coffee. I repeat they DO NOT have good coffee anymore.

Always clean and well merchandised. Fast and friendly associates.

Good selection of snacks and beverages and restroom appeared clean

Visited tonight and the cashier should have least cleaned the prior drink spill off the counter top before checking me out. I sat my items down in it before I realized. Maybe the cashier had a bad night but she seemed miserable and did not speak. Maybe give them a break if they need it.

I’m from North Carolina and I got into an accident nearby and was told this was the go to destination to wait for my ride...obviously not...they refused me a seat and I’m currently outside in the cold...some way to do a customer

I come in a lot and get food usually it is a 6 in Ham sub and the last 2 times it has been outstanding. It is always good but it has been great as I love extra oil and vinegar and it has been on there perfectly. Also they are very fast.

They dont enforce the law that requires people to wear a mask. And to top it all off they did not give me the garlic sauce that I paid extra for...

Location is apparently closed for remodel and/or restockbut there is no signs or anyting up indicating as such you only find out when you walk in

Good and Fast food for late night

This is a great sheetz on Apperson. I come here at least once a week. Excellent service. There’s one shorter black girl with glasses that works here. She once asked me “Hey buddy, did you comb your hair today”? Haha. To be honest, that particular day I was in a rush so I had forgotten to comb it. I laughed and said “no.. I didn’t... “Usually something like that would probably annoy me, especially her calling me “buddy” because I’m an older man, but I liked her. She’s kind of funny and pleasant. I came another time and she said “Did you work at all today? Or have you been sitting bossing everyone around”? Hahaha. Make sure you look for this shorter black girl with glasses. She’s a hoot.

What i ordered is not what i received and charged me twice for one drink. Needless to say im highly upset.

Fast and friendly

Best Sheetz in town. Donuts better than Duck Donuts.

No toilet paper, bathrooms filthy, creamer machine not working and short staffed

Easy to get in and out. Quick.

Placed an order and picked it up, they forgot my fries after asked if it was all there, then left and got back to work and have no fries, so went back to get fries which cost me ten minutes of my lunch break with no compensation, not even an offer of anything for the trouble.

Good fast to go food

Not good. Ordered food including loaded tots and a bucket of onion rings. The tots were plain none of the toppings were there and the bucket of rings was less than half full. VERY disappointed.
