People that work at the front checkout are always so nice they are always so personable.

The new remodeling is very neat and attractive. It’s a convenience store that’s almost like shopping at a target when you go. The beauty and market section are amazing and the new staff are always so friendly and helpful. I love going to rite aid especially now with the new staff and new look of the store. :)

Went to get my first Covid shot and the employees were rude. The older lady at the pharmacy desk was snappy the second I walked up. But I think I can chalk that up to her personality. I more had a problem with the doctor giving me the shot. He acted like he didn’t want to do it and just made the whole space uncomfortable. When he gave me directions to come back he wouldn’t make eye contact and said everything in a rude tone. If I didn’t have to get my second shot there I wouldn’t come back.

Horribly disorganized. Extremely long wait. Do yourself a favor and go to Giant Eagle Salem. Better pharmacy and cheaper. Plus you can pick up groceries if you need them. UPDATE: I am going without my diabetic medicines for 5 days due to the pharmacist screw up! I should have listened to my own advice and gone to the best pharmacy in salem, GIANT EAGLE. THEY ARE THE BEST. I am praying that I dont end up in a DIABETIC COMA DUE TO RITE AIDS MISTAKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I am going back to Giant Eagle tomorrow.

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they need to hire more staff. I needed my childs inhaler and requested it ASAP. I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Another time, it took three trips to get a prescription refilled. Each time I was told they would have it, only to show up and find put it still wasnt filled. A phone call would have been appropriate.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero StarsI understand being short-staffed that is completely understandable stuff happens. When you are in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes because the person behind the window was Checking out somebodys groceries from inside instead of sending them up front after giving them their prescription that is completely unacceptable there was six people waiting behind me the worst experience Ive had at a Rite Aid in my life.,

Love the employees. Theyre super nice and helpful. Wait times at the drive thru are awful. I am a single mom and do not want to take my kids into the store during this pandemic. They should start testing for covid inside of the building.

My girlfriends prescription was wrong. Had to go back. How can anyone miscount pills? Lol

Do not come here for a covid19 test. They have you perform the test on yourself through the pharmacy drivethr . The folks were very nice, dont get me wrong. Something in the system is broken. Today is day 9 of waiting for results. Save yourself the frustration during this trying time.

Pharmacy personnel were rude and slow. My insurance had authorized my two year olds meds and nobody was there to pickup or drop off so, I will never use another Rite Aid as this is not an infrequent experience with them. Us single parents need to keep the day rolling.
