It was dirty feeling. The thing I was trying to purchase, they couldnt get it to ring up so I had to go to another store. They do sell pretty good doughnuts in the case. Better than most. I know, go figure...right?!?

The employees are friendly and helpful. I use this store 4 or 5 times a week.

Worst customer service ever. The guy who was charging me was really rude, unpleasant, and made me feel unwelcome. Looked like he didnt want to help me out to begin with and didnt care to offer a bag for my big amount of items I bought. It was obvious that he hated helping someone who wasnt white and made sure you knew it too. He refused to make eye contact with me and refused to treat the customer with respect. Someone as ignorant as him shouldnt be working in customer service.

Whoever is working at 7:57pm right now on Wednesday January 6th is the absolute best!!!! Pleasant presence and HONEST. I walked away without waiting for my cash back. Its only $10 but I am still appreciative they walked out to my car before I drove away.Thank you so much. Please give them a raise. They deserve it and I want them to stick around.

I went there this last Wednesday April 21 2021. Lady walked in dressed in scrubs but no mask on. Your staff said nothing..... too busy starring at her breasts... multiple customers were confused.... really guys???????.. worth your job and our health huh?????????

I would give higher but over the last 2 yrs mr singh can not rember what type of smokes i come in for and over the last 6 months they are not able to keep my brand of smokes in stock and was told that they will no longer carry for it was not selling, kinda hard to sell stuff if you dont have it in stock. and the food in the display has never been fresh when ive asked and was told yes .. i get home minutes later and the pizza is hard enough to play hockey with

Fire the guy working 11/07/2020 at 2:30am. Wouldnt take my valid ID for nicotine.... Went down the street to AM/PM and bought some without a problem, same valid ID. Im over 35, pretty clearly, with a valid ID. It didnt make any sense. Never in my life have I been denied with a valid ID, it was awkward and pretty clear the clerk didnt know what he was doing.

Whoever is working late nights here needs some correction. I went in after a long shift and tried to buy a hotdog. I asked if I could buy some of the Juul pods and presented my ID, he declined it without looking at it! Absurd! I had to drive down the street to Chevron by Winco and there wasnt a problem! What is this guy doing?! It was so inconvenient that I decided to I should write corporate. He was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason! Why?! I was kind, hungry and in need of some nicotine! I didnt know if I could go anywhere else because Im trying to quit smoking!I just wanted to get home after an 11 hour shift!

Prices are getting a little too high for me. :(

My fiancée went in to buy cigarettes, and received bad customer service. The guy was very lazy, every time my fiance after a question he didnt know the answer to the question to which he should know. My advice would be dont hire somebody that doesnt know where they work at what the address is.

Manager at the cashier with a beard and glasses heavy set was the coolest store employee if ever talked to. Very helpful. Very optimistic. Keep this guy around. !

When my cash is low this is the place to go for a quick bite. Two slices for two bucks. That sorta thing keeps this poor boy happy and full.

Vick “the person in training” was at the slushee line “helping” people out, he picked his nose multiple times and when it came time for my boyfriends turn to get a slushee, my boyfriend told him I don’t want you touching my cup I saw you pick your nose sir, I don’t need help I’m 23 years old, Vick told him if you don’t like it or if you keep talking you can get out of my store! My boyfriend left to the car, when I came to my turn I told him I don’t want you touching my cup, he told me to get out, I told him if he wants more customers then he should start out by being professional and respectful, he still kicked me out and threatened to call the cops!

Only 1 star . i got something for $ 9.40 and when i got to the car. I saw i was charged $12.76Went back in . and the guy wouldnt listen to. Even a receive.

Change of management: This store is unsanitary, employees only can use one towel all day, others not washing hands after touching money. With the flu going on make sure to stay away.

Convenient friendly staff but a bit slow, was too busy trying to make sure they werent getten shoplifted by just about everyone that walked threw the door....

What a scam.Go in to get free slurpy on 7-11 day. They are all out of the free slurpy cups. But they have medium for $1.49. Pffft.

Not paying $ 1.39 for a refill when ever other 7 11 is .79 cents bull s@&!

Employees ar nice and respectful the owner is not nice or respectful he is rude the way he talks and treat clients is not the best way!

Owner is rude. Most employees cant understand English. I called once to ask if they do Amazon Cash. He said No and hung up. Then I went in the next day and saw a sticker advertising Amazon Cash.

Convenient location on Lancaster.

If you want verbal abuse from rude employees then you should shop here.

The owner is disrespectful and cant seem to keep employees that long...
