Todays date is June 13 at 6 pm, the person that is working there now is rude and should not be dealing with customers he was rude and should be a shame of himself I used to go to the store everyday now I will drive an extra 2 more minutes to go to another store just make sure never to go to the Shell station seasons again, I will be recommending all my friends not to go to season Shell station again should be ashame of yourself BTW if you sell me an item from your store you should be able to reimburse me another item or refund my money back if you are going to give me an attitude not give up his name not give me his manager and say its none of my business how dare he, and Im Nice,

I’ve come here almost every night for snacks during the past two weeks. Always friendly staff and always clean. My new go to gas station.

If I could give NO stars I would! I am infuriated right now, I come in to get gas for my car with my friend also parked at the pumps to get gas, we look at the beverages in the fridge and some snacks for the road around 10 mins, we were told to “hurry up and get the fvck out” because they had been robbed a week prior ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW I AM DISGUSTED AND I HONESTLY FEEL HARRASSED, mentioning this to the local police department!

Im not quite sure who is in charge at this four seasons but me and my family were just treated horribly by one of the workers at this establishment. i will be sure to tell my friends and family to never return to this location. pitiful. If i could leave less stars, I would. Please don’t waste your time with your contact email, im not interested in coming back.

They have the lowest brand name gas prices around, and that includes the Gulf at Cumberland Farms right up on RT 28 about a mile.

I lost something and wasn’t sure if it was here or in my home so I called to ask, after I had no luck finding it at home. The employee,Roberto, went above and beyond to help me. He asked for my contact info, searched the store inside and the parking lot. He contacted the employee working during my transaction. He followed up to let me know again we had no luck but I was very impressed with my interaction during my purchase at the coffee shop, and the help I received when I needed it. Thank you so much. I’m glad you are my corner shop!

Terrible customer service, “BRIAN” needs training on customer service he was rude, attended a lady who walked up instead of me who was next, when i asked why he did that he ignored me and rolled eyes at me. The line is there for a reason, i love the store i come here everyday but the new staff lately is making me consider going to cumberland farms a few more feet down the road, get it together

I Always come here to get snacks and drinks in a pinch. Awesome employees, always friendly and willing to help. Good deals on energy drinks too

I live in Sacramento I came down on a business trip... Didn’t enjoy my experience.

They asked for my ID which i was actually surprised because nobody ever gets carded here, but willingly i gave them it, (im 50) then they refused my service and said it was too late to buy alcohol @ 8:00pm. This is ileagle.

Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes on the phone with my grandmother and had the police called on me by the employees inside I’m never returning!

Staff kicked my friend out of this establishment for no reason, he walked in went to buy a drink and as he was looking for a snack they flipped out thinking he was about to steal, throwing racial slurs, etc. I followed him out as I was not buying anything after witnessing that, will never return here.

Over night staff girls are very impolite and should not be working at this establishment very rude to customers, I own 3 business including a gas station out in New York queens an this is in no way a business should be run for this reason I won’t return to Salem never mind this gas station.
