Today, 9/29/2021 I received both the Covid booster and the annual flu vaccine.The customer service was phenomenal beginning with the manager, Corinne, to the pharmacist and to the tech, Zach. They were personal and professional and certainly exceeded my expectations! My sincere appreciation.

I was there today at 7:30 pm. As I was heading to the register, a lady opened a second register. She asked the people from the first register who was next so she could helped them, only one person moved to this second register. I stayed on the side and told my mom to wait to see if more people from register 1 would move to register 2, we waited a little but no body else moved to this register, so I told my mom to stay and pay in register 2. As the lady from register 2 finished helping the guy, she raised her voice at me in a really rude and arrogant way, she was moving her head as she yelled at me and her eyes were almost popping out of her eye sockets, telling me to move to the first register. I immediately asked her to do not talk to me like that, and explained that since nobody else moved to the line thats why I stayed there, but I swear she seemed like if she hated me.I moved to the other register, maybe it was my mistake to stay in her line but nobody deserves to be treated like that in public!!! Everyone deserves respect and to be treated equally. I told her that she could have used a respectful voice and manners to tell me to move to the other line. So, when I moved to the other line, she asked again who was next in line and the was who was behind me went with her and she helped him without being rude like she was with me. I told her why if he was behind me she helped him without saying anything to him if I was first than him. Her response was that she could help me after she was done helping him. My mom doesnt speak English and even she noticed the way she talked and looked at me. My mom even asked me if the lady knew me and didnt like me and thats why she was being rude and disrespectful towards me, but no I dont know her.Her name is Cristina and I hope her manager talk to her and teach her how to be kind, or at least respectful to costumers.

Scheduled my cousin for COVID shot online. Let me schedule on holiday. It was confirmed and I even got a reminder! Her facility had to get her up and into a wheelchair, transport her over there but when they got there, they had no one to give her the shot! And twice I have been on hold for the pharmacy for an hour and a half and then hung up on! Terrible service!!!

Ive been using this store as my pharmacy since the day they opened. Have never had a bad experience. The staff are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists have always taken excellent care in filling my prescriptions. I have never once had any errors in them. I am very happy with their service. Thanks to all the staff for being a big part of my health care.

I would NOT try to use this pharmacy at this time. The RMOS (counter person) told me she doesnt have the staff to answer the phones. It took 3 days to get a prescription processed, and that was with my doctors help. The pharmacy has been unable to even answer a phone for 3 days now. The staff cannot keep up and admits it. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK(i know, sounds weird for a pharmacy but Im out.9couter person

Went for a covid test yesterday. Showed up 15 minutes early in the pharmacy drive-thru stop. Took over an hour to get to the window with only 4 cars in front of me. Once I got to the window I waited 10 more minutes watching at least 3 people working the counter. When someone got to me they told me that they ran out of tests. No call, email or text. Really bad management with little efficiency.

The parking lot looked like a garbage dump, with people loitering about. Inside was a normal Walgreens layout. I got the sense the employees were stressed (understandable from what I saw outside) and suspicious, and so I didnt feel very welcome in there. Things improved after I showed my ID with veteran on there. I felt the cashier was making an effort to be polite, but was somehow very stressed. Looks like they need to hire more help, clean up that parking lot, then it would be 4 or even 5 stars (note: I did not visit photo or pharmacy yet, but when I do I will update this).

The parking lot full of trash should have been the first red flag about this location. My prescription had to be transferred here as my usual CVS was no longer in network, and Ive had nothing but problems just trying to refill each month. The pharmacy technician who shoves pens in her hair rudely cut me off when I asked about my prescription delay, couldnt count or read a 31 day calendar, and lied to me about what was in my file! I talked to my doctor who had never given those instructions to be unable to refill, and I ultimately had it sent to a different Walgreens when they were suddenly out of stock. I understand that they have a job to do, but being treated like a drug seeker when Im just trying to follow my doctors orders is unacceptable.

Do NOT order photo prints or products from here. I ordered some for Christmas, picked them up Friday without a problem. We decided we wanted some for the house, so ordered the same couple prints and a couple others from everyday life. They notified me by email that they were ready for pick up.When I made the trip in, the refused to give them to me stating they had a paper form (copyright) that had to be signed and returned to them before I could get my prints, despite our photographer giving us digital files specifically to print AND three of those prints being our own pics (from our phones) around the house. When I challenged it with these reasons, they said it was company policy. When I challenged that for reasons below, the associate got VERY snappy and rude, at which point I asked for a manager.When I asked why I had been able to pick of the EXACT SAME photos from our family photo shoot three days prior, they stammered and made excuses. I stated that it clearly wasn’t a policy, based on this fact (having the unopened package as proof). And I stated that the prints I was picking up also contained personal, phone pics. They said they couldn’t release them without the signed form. I offered to sign it, which they said was against policy. When I again challenged that I had already picked up the same prints, and could prove it, nothing.They had no response, no options to resolve it and when I asked why I hadn’t been notified that this form was needed for pick up (in the email), they had no answer and didn’t even give a response. They simply stared at me holding my photos hostage. I explained that I could print elsewhere, so they could just destroy those and suffer the loss of materials. Worst service ever!Side note: while waiting for the manager, she answered the phone and told whoever was calling that “there was no one there who could help with that”, while two others were standing right there. She continued to mutter angrily under her breath, “Figure it out people, the world doesn’t revolve around you. We aren’t at your beck and call” (should have been a sign for me to walk out then).

Wallgreens has been my pharmacy for many yrs. They have a great pharmacist currently that is friendly and seems to truly enjoy his work and helping his customers.Lately wallgreens seems to be overloaded and in need of a new system or more staff. I have been having to wait days instead of hrs to receive my prescriptions and I understand but instead of getting better its only getting worse . I hope they can figure something out soon or I feel many will be taking their business elsewhere. If this happens it will truly show wallgreens intentions towards their customers.

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. I called yesterday (04/16) and asked if I would be able to walk through the drive through for a Covid test, as I have to get one done to go back to work and I do not drive, nor do I have a local doctor currently. I was told at that time that it would be perfectly fine (their exact words)Fast forward to today (04/17) and I show up on time for my appointment only to be yelled at by the woman working in the pharmacy, stating it doesnt matter what I was told and that I have to be in a vehicle (she also recommended getting a ride in someone elses vehicle, great idea to tell someone when theyre symptomatic already) There was not an ounce of compassion, empathy or understanding in her voice as she immediately went to yelling at me rather than even attempting to listen to me. She also stated that it was against the law for them to administer a test to someone on foot. This is untrue as I have gotten tests in this same way, at this same Walgreens.Regardless, I was able to have a test done at a different local pharmacy (a store like Walgreens, but MUCH more attentive to the needs of their customers)This is BY FAR the worst Walgreens in Salem, possibly in the state of Oregon. I truly feel bad for anyone who is unfortunate enough to have to deal with this store.

Just called asking the pharmacy asking if they could tell me which over the counter allergy medication was good for dog dander as well as environmental allergens. I was first told Benadryl and then told they are all about the same. We all know this is not true.

I love this store. Big selection of items, good prices. Employees friendly and helpful. Walgreens Rewards points also helpful. I shop here regularly and even when Ive had a question about an item, its been resolved quickly. Sometimes theres a line at the pharmacy or to checkout, but its a busy place; I think they do their best to take care of everyone. (Theres also a cash register in the beauty department)

Store refuses to honor its sale pricing, claims items are 50% off so when a product is normally 2 for $6 or $3.49 each, 4 is taken to the cashier for the 50% off so now 4 for $6 however the register reads it as only 50% off the single item price and the manager refuses to override.All other stores I have ever been to will fix their pricing for the actual sale however this location refuses to do so.For that, good bye to this store.

This is my go to Walgreens. Always clean,stocked, and friendly staff. I have had and issue with my script but the staff was apologetic and explained what happened and fixed it as soon as they could, we are after all only human. I have NEVER had any problems with anyone at the register and as I said I come here often.

After one too many times getting back from my lunch break late, I have to say something. The store itself is fine. Good prices, store layout is fine. Its the cashiers I cant stand. Its usually the same older woman mid day when I go in. Whether its small talk with the customer, the computer not working right, or just being slow, it takes at least 5 minutes to get my transaction done even when its just a few items. There is just no sense of urgency when waiting on a line of customers. Walgreens is typically my store for quick trips in and out, but this one doesnt allow me to do that so I guess Ill find a different location.

Normally we give a Walgreens a 5, but had a bizarre experience with this store. MJ wife called in a prescription transfer and even though they answer the phone with the store location, the pharmacist said it was another store when we got there to pick up and we know it was called into this location. Then waited to get it filled there, which turned out to not be a big hassle, the pharmacist was apologetic but it was called in at this location positively. Normally Walgreens is good about transfers and travel refills, but this one got it seriously wrong. On up side staff was courteous and the store was clean and well stocked. From other reviews seems they do have a personnel problem at this location. So just be prepared for things to get screwed up.

Be warned if Tina is at the register it will take a ridiculous amount of time to check out this has been a problem for years! Today I walked out without my items since she suddenly couldnt remember how to use her register and locked it up. I didnt feel like waiting another 5 minutes for her to ring up 4 items. The manager stood there and did nothing. I will not be coming back after being so patient with this store for the past 5+ years. Today was the last straw.

Walgreens is good for a quick stop. The Lancaster at Sunnyveiw store stays open until midnight all the others close at ten. They have ice cream and bandages. Also a photoshop and pharmacy.

I walked into to the store and the Manager was arguing with her Employee about scanning items with the new system they are using. Not even acknowledging me the employee grabs the cash from the counter and starts to check them as counterfeit. Still no hello welcome or and positive out of her until i left she said thank you for coming in. The manager simply walked away with no apology for her or her employees attitude

Got 2 items the other day, paid for the items with a $10 bill & the cashier gave me back just the coins not the bills. I immediately told her she didnt give me the $6.00 she owed me, but she insisted she had. Had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to be called then go check the cameras. Not really worth the $6.00 to make me wait & lose me as a customer!!! Very poor customer service.
