Gabriel was the best!!Went in to return a chain that I bought at another Zales and told him all about how my old chain broke. He was the only one working in the store at the time but he never rushed me and made sure that what I was getting was something I would be happy with. He went over the warranties for everything and made sure it was all set. He even took the time to make sure my jewelry was cleaned before leaving the store. Will definitely do business again with him in the future.
GABRIEL IS THE BEST!!!Today my boyfriend and I went shopping for a new chain for his birthday, our first stop was at Zales and Gabriel was very helpful and very friendly while he was assisting us. We found one we liked but decided fo explore all of our options before purchasing one. After seeing all of our options we decided to chose the business that gave us knowledge about the jewelry and the best service which was none other then zales. After picking out the chain we perused around to look at other pieces of jewelry and Gabriel was very knowledgeable about everything he showed us and sounded like he enjoyed what he was doing!!! It was so fun to shop with him and we truly felt like the price of the chain was well worth splurging on since we had such a great experience purchasing it!!!!

We purchased my wedding ring in January 2020. It was supposed to be sent to the Zales in Palm Beach, Fl. But NO nobody has called at all. Now, I understand everything went to hell when this whole covid thing hit. However, we cant even get in contact with the Salem, NH store in the Rockingham Mall. The phone number on our receipt and online is invalid. And its not like we can just drive up there cause we have since moved to Florida. Nobody can give us any info. I want my ring! Does anyone have their phone number?

My fiancé and I were looking for her perfect engagement ring. We went to many stores and searched online. In store we ran into fail after fail. We also didn’t know much about rings prior to shopping. We then went into Zales and met Michael. We explained what we wanted and our budget. With our questions he knew we didn’t know much about rings or diamonds. Instead of just bringing out higher priced rings like all the other stores did, he paused and gave us a lesson on diamonds and bands. This was not asked for, but was greatly appreciated. He made sure we knew what he was talking about before he went into details. He also asked questions to gauge what my fiancé was into. He then walked us over to what would be THE ONE! He explained everything from ring details to maintenance to how durable the diamonds are. He was phenomenal! He helped us finance the ring and even let us have a temporary until my fiancé’s is made so she had something to wear though the holidays!! The service was top notch and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for Michael at the Rockingham Park Zales in Salem, NH. We will ALWAYS go back to him for any jewelry needs we may have. Thank you Zales, but more importantly Michael for helping us find the perfect ring and making my fiancé the happiest person in the world!!!
Went here to get my engagement ring resized. The store associate was very rude and hasty. She didn’t bother to double check my proper ring size, low-balled us on the ring insurance even though we TOLD her how much it was worth, and seemed to scoff at us when we asked her if she needed to know what material the ring was made out of. When it was all said and done, we were told that the ring would be ready in three weeks and it would cost $50. We left feeling very uneasy about the whole situation. Fast forward to over two weeks later and I get a call saying that we “lied” about the ring material and that the cost would actually be $100. I was even told that “I should be happy that my ring is worth more than I thought” and that they would either send it back (After already having it for TWO WEEKS) unresized, or I would have to pay the new price. We ended up having to speak with the store manager, who honored the $50 only after the employee who had handled our transaction admitted it was her mistake. The ring wasn’t ready for four weeks, and when I got it back it was still too loose. Absolutely terrible experience.If you want to get your ring resized, got to Hannoush down the road instead. They are very patient and knowledgeable. The associate there sized my finger 5 times to make sure I had the right fit and resized my ring for $65 in just 3 days.
My fiance and I have been waiting three months for our wedding bands. We entered the store just to look at the wedding bands and ended up finding what we were looking for. They special order the rings for us for I wanted my ring in yellow gold and my fiance didn’t want the scratch band on the shell. The store called about a month later to let us know the rings were in. When we arrived at the store its turns out they order the wrong ring for me and the wrong size for my fiance, even though they measure both our fingers before ordering the rings. After that mishap the store called a month later, again to tell us my fiance ring was all ready for pick up. When I ask about my wedding band the employee knew nothing about my ring and told me they would call me back, Two weeks later and still nothing. I am calling back today, but I am very unhappy with their customer service! I have been to other Zale’s and was extremely happy with their service but this store I will never go back to!
This store has possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I recently visited this store to shop for my wedding bands for both my fiancé and myself. I also wanted to discuss the options of either replacing a chipped diamond on my heirloom platinum engagement ring or to rotate the stone so that the chip doesnt get worse over time. We were in the store for a significant amount of time and were not even acknowledged by any of the three associates working. When I asked for assistance, and possibly for some one to examine my existing ring, a woman angrily walked over to us and stood there without speaking. I explained that my diamond was chipped and she hastily replied What should I do about it?!? Without even getting a chance to speak to anyone, another associate stood watching and rolled her eyes. All I wanted was to possibly make a purchase for the best day of my life, and instead my fiancé and I were treated like garbage. Never again will I return to this store, and I will only deal with real jewelers from this day forward.
Zales at the Rockingham Mall Salem Nh broke my heart when they destroyed my $10,000 diamond ring when it came back to me after being repaired and Andrea the mgr looked at me like I had 2 heads and said “WELL THEY HAVE TO BUFF IT OUT”. They took layers of gold off and put a dent in it and the repair was still not acceptable it was sloppy !!! I am absolutely HEARTBROKEN !!!!!!! BE AWARE
After being frowned upon at several other jewelry stores in the mall because I had a small budget, the staff at Zales were very helpful and understanding! I even found a wonderful ring in my low price range.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! I wish my fiancé never stepped foot into this store... and so does he!We went to get my ring sized, they sized it 2 sizes too small, after measuring my finger right in front of me! When we went back in to complain, they gave us NOTHING! No discount or anything although we mentioned it.They sent it back out for a second time to be resized, and it came back completely warped and the chunk of added gold was a different color!!!!!Back out for a THIRD time... At this point I didnt have my ring for at least a month and a half. Again, they did NOTHING to help the situation, AT ALL! They said sorry... ok.I had no engagement ring for my engagement party!!!Avoid at all costs. Go to Kay and ask for Danielle, shes amazing!
