This company wrongfully fired me. And whoever is telling the customers I quit well they are wrong. I was let go the day coming back from My daughters memorial service from her being killed in a tragic accident to find out I was fired for attendance reasons when I am most of the time there unless doctors orders or scheduled appts. When others there attendance is pretty bad. But its ok thanks for the 3 years I was there with the wonderful customers I met, those I will miss.

Ive been in this place three times now and Im zero for three with them having what I need. When your business is nuts and bolts that should mean nuts and bolts of various varieties. Today i went to get automotive body bolts and was told they dont carry automotive stuff. Like what? Luckily Ace Hardware (not a specific nut and bolt) place DID have auto body bolts.

Outstanding customer service, I cannot remember the lady’s name that helped us out but she was a rockstar.

I can understand the low reviews for this place!There is no leadership to really speak of, communication is really poor and the staff all believe that theyre job is more important than any one elses, no teamwork.Hopefully the management and / or owner sees this and will take action to correct the problems that exist there!

When you have multiple bad reviews and then have one sparkling review thats a cut & paste job that looks like you paid for it, you look even worse. Just sayin.

So I agree fully with the other two reviews. This place used to have awful service! In particular the POS who worked the counter named Blake or something like that. I completely stopped going there for a long time because every time I would go in there he would basically treat me like I was an idiot for needing fasteners. And I believe in the free market and not giving money to companies that are stupid enough to employ idiots like ol Blakey. Therefore I ended up going to pretty much every other place in town to get bolts. And this really is the best spot if you need bulk fasteners.I have been there a few times over the past year and havent seen that turd there again. I definitely wouldnt say the folks working there now are going to win any awards for customer service, but they arent bad enough to inconvenience myself by going to the other spots.If you need small quantities of odd ball items, or stainless stuff, hit Ace Hardware on Madrona. Its only a few mins away and they have a very wide selection of fasteners and weird stuff. Its my favorite spot
