These guys are the BEST..... Darren fixed my table saw in short order. My Ridgid 4512 Lost the motor, Darren sourced the new one via Ridgid warrantee and took care of all the details. New motor works great.I also have two porter cable nail guns. Apparently they are DA style and will not shoot FN. After purchasing porter cable 15GA and Dewalt15GA at home depot... I find out neither will work. Both were about 20 bucks for 1000 or 2500 of the dewalt. Darrens team took care of me with the perfect Galvanized DA at Qty 4000 for same price as 2500 Dewalt. Not the usual case that you go to a local store and get better pricing / quantity than a big box. Ended up spending 70 bucks on 8000 DA plus 5000 Brads. Perfect solution and thanks for the help.

Just went in looking for a couple of specialty items and to have some ends put on air hoses.The customer service was friendly and outstanding! They had everything I needed.Tempting selection of tools too 😉

For the past few months I have watched these people interact with their customers on Friday afternoons. Each transaction has been done with dignity and respect - they treat everyone like family. They are very knowledgeable and experienced.

I recently took my table saw in for repair. The owner upon getting the saw a few months ago said, We will let you know. in regards to what was needed and how long it would be. After having to call every few weeks for a status update and just hearing that it, needed bearings I finally got an answer that the parts would be in that day and I could pick up the saw that following day.The following day happened and I called. The owner, Darren, answered with, You have been given some misinformation. You need a new armature for your saw, not just bearings. I collected the table saw which was in pieces along with a bag of miscellaneous parts from my table saw. I went home and started researching. The part that broke was a plastic fan that rides on the assembly. It seemed weird that the only part my saw needed was bearings and then the day of pickup I needed the whole assembly.A follow up call with the owner, Darren, revealed that they had probably broken the fan off while trying to press the bearings off or onto the armature assembly. In each conversation delivering bad news Darren remained silent, giving no compensation or secondary option as to what to do with the table saw. Granted the DeWalt 744 table saw has been out of production for a while, but I did not expect to give a working saw to a shop for preventative maintenance and come back with a tool in pieces.It is difficult to write this review because their sales side has just about every nice air tool you can hope for in each category. They also stock a ton of good fasteners.I felt obligated to write this after one in person conversation and one conversation over the phone after I got the saw back. I like shopping local but I can find a new shop to give money to.

Excellent prompt service at reasonable cost. Great experience. Highly recommend this shop for tool repairs

These guys have help me out of a jam more than once. FAST nail gun repairs and the prices are more than fair. They are not a waste of your time.

Only place in salem that had what i needed.
