Amanda the manager was great and super helpful! Had what appeared to be a defective pair of sunglasses that she exchanged for me at no cost. Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
Manager is an aggressive masker. Forced me to wear a mask in the store. Sunglass Hut no longer has a mask policy; nobody does. I chucked the mask on the ground when I was done, (not even in front of her). Im not carrying it with me, and there was no receptacle in the store. She found the mask, actually followed me outside the store and started yelling and screaming at me in the middle of the mall. Will never go to this location again.
The store was clean and very safe. The salespeople were well presented, courteous and explained everything precisely, giving us the bang for our buck. Especially for my wife for Mothers Day!
Im really hoping Sunglasses Hut sees this, because we just left the location inside Rockingham Mall and cant say enough good things about Jannell. She was so helpful and my husband and I just both walked out with new glasses!
