You connected my current hearing aids to my new Apple iPhone with instructions given over the phone which was quick, easy, and much appreciated.

Cant say enough great things about Jason and Whitney and the great job they do. Recently had an accident with one of my aids and they were quick to get it sent off and repaired and then helped me with an adjustment to get it dialed in. Even though I didnt buy the hearing aids from them they have bent over backwards to help me every step of the way. You cant go wrong with having these people help you with your hearing. The test revealed major degradation in my hearing in right ear. Jason made adjustments that made a huge difference. Im hearing much better now, at least as well as when my aids were new.

Let me begin by saying “Thank You Connect Hearing” for hiring Jason O’Donnell !!! I have spent over 10+ years using hearing aids, purchasing, going to hearing evaluations and tests, getting adjustments with no improvements at all with hearing. I was told years ago I have reverse hearing loss but no one ever explained it. Just figured it was one of those hearing problems everybody has that needed to wear hearing aids.But with Jason’s expertise, compassion, foresight, tenacity and sense of duty to help me, he never gave up and have given my husband and I a very positive experience under his care (which will definitely continue). With Jason’s positive reinforcement and me being a challenge with this rare hearing loss, reverse slope, he understood why I was not wearing the hearing aids that I kept purchasing because they were doing me no good, they never had the correct settings. Jason listened carefully to me and the issues I have and did not rest until he could improve my hearing. Pretty difficult having a hearing loss of not being able to hear the man you are married to due to his deep low voice, sounding like Barry White, as Jason said😊. Nor being able to hear the two men at my job I work directly with. So Jason set my hearing aids at an unusual reverse setting just like my unusual hearing loss and doing so has helped a lot. We all have been amazed and maybe he can help when you all come across others with the same type loss. I read only 1 in 3000 people in the US have this type of reverse slope hearing loss. Not only did he get my hearing aids set in a way to benefit my hearing, he also recommended the Roger Pen which was a great microphone. Now I am using the Roger Select which he recommended which is an even better microphone device to help complete out my hearing system. I use it in my office at meetings, at family gatherings and with all those low speaking men (some women as well). Before all this help from Jason, I secretly cried and thought my only recourse was to retire and go home and maybe find a job working on the computer or go on disability. But low and behold with Jason’s determination, kindness and expertise he has kept me from losing my job. My boss is so proud of me for not giving up and pushing through this difficulty as he knows this is not easy. I got a nice raise and they are setting up a Captel phone for me which will be useful as well (especially if the hearing loss gets worse). I am now positive again that I can continue working in public and at my job with my work family (have been with some over 35 years). With Jason, the Roger Select, and the hearing aids purchased I have a better outlook because I was becoming quite depressed, trying to hide that from my husband. I had a little breakdown in Jason’s office before his help. He was so kind and determined to help and he certainly has done his part. Thank YouSo Very Much Jason O’Donnell !!! Jason was such a pleasure to work with. I called to make an appointment and they got me right in. After a hearing test and speaking about my history with hearing loss, Jason was able to give me my options and recommend hearing aids based on me and my lifestyle. My Dad came in town for visit from GA. On his way up, his hearing aid went wonky and he couldn’t hear out of it very well. I could tell he was getting frustrated trying to make the best out of his trip. I talk a lot and selfishly wanted him to listen to me. Without him having to concentrate on reading my lips or asking me to repeat myself. He told me he used Connect Hearing in GA and to our surprise we had a location in Roanoke. We walked in and were greeted by Whitney who was delightful and listened to my Dad’s problem. We were seen by Jason who took his time listening to my Dad. He tested my Dad’s hearing aid and made some adjustments and fixed it!!! WOW! My Dad could hear again!! What I was really impressed with, was the kindness Jason gave my Dad. Jason was thorough, asked questions, listened, did his exam, spoke to my Dad and explained some next steps for him. I was so impressed that he took his time and he is funny! We are blessed to have office like this in Roanoke. Thank you Jason and Whitney, my Dad thanks you too!

They had Protective equipment for the Covid crisis.I had a thorough hearing test and adjustment to my hearing aids.

Great service! Will get you in quickly and work with you. I recently had repair work done on my earmold and found out at pick up that it wouldn’t connect to my hearing aid due to a broken pin. Jason went above and beyond in getting my hearing aid fixed.

I have worked with Connect Hearing and Jason ODonnell for years and have been extremely satisfied. Service on existing hearing aids has always been prompt and 1st class. The programming quality, given that I have severe hearing loss with continued deterioration, has allowed me to enjoy hearing my family and friends.

Jason is great! We can hear!! My husband and I have had mixed experiences with hearing aids from other places. We are both delighted with our Phonak aids and with Jason’s services. Would give 6 stars if possible!

They’re much more interested in helping people interact with their sound environment than they are just selling “hearing aids”. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years and have dealt with many audiologists over the years. The staff here is by far the most knowledgeable and caring that I have dealt with. I have a severe hearing loss and they have went above and beyond to try to find the right programming for my needs. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the staff and the service they provide.

Jason and his receptionist are top shelf! They are always eager and willing to help as well as very polite and customer oriented. Jason really knows hearing aids and is very up to date on the latest developments to help his customers.

Jason ODnnell was a tremendous help and truly cares about helping folks hear better. I bought my hearing aids 4 years ago in Cincinnati, and they simply have not been much help lately. Recently one of the speakers became separated from the hearing aid. I called The Salem Connect office and they got me in the next day. Jason not only repaired the broken hearing aid, but upon hearing of the problems I had been having, he cleaned and reprogrammed my hearing aids and they are now working like they did when they were new. After a very unpleasant experience with another provider, I was referred to CONNECT HEARING. Was out of town and hearing aids need attention. Had purchased my hearing aids from this company but another location. Showed up without an appointment and the Salem audiologist was pleasant and helpful in solving my problem. Gave me some take-home tools to prevent a recurrence. I was impressed and appreciative.

A wonderful experience for my daughter!!! We got the Phonak Compilot 2 & it is totally awesome! She can use her cell phone now to make phone calls & doesnt have to use speaker phone anymore. She hears the callers voice right thru her hearing aids. She absolutely loves it & its super easy to use!! She can also connect it to her tablet & she is able to hear the words thru her hearing aids & not have to use closed captioning. Such a blessing!! This has been a wonderful experience! Jason was so informative & so nice to work with!!!! Thank you Connect Hearing!!!
