FANTASTIC customer service! My husband brought a broken dimmer switch for a floor lamp in, thinking wed have to buy a replacement. Instead, Delande fixed it for him. When my husband tried to pay for the repair, and they wouldnt accept it. Not only that, they had initially told him the repair might take a week, but they called him to say the repair was done within an hour. Gotta love a local store that take pride in their business!
