Shirley and Patty were so very nice and helped me determine best linens and dishes to compete in the Marion County Fair. The preparation provided by them was a great asset. I enjoyed working with them and will be using them again in September for a private party. Thank you very much Shirley and Patty.

Shirley and Patty are pretty amazing women. They stay up on trends and always have great suggestions. They have definitely saved the day once or twice for me with linens and center pieces and they never disappoint. You both have built a staple in Oregon thank you for always being there, they even pick up on the weekends!

I am sorry to see the review from Michelle Reynolds. I am the person, Ann her mother spoke to on the phone that Friday night. We had two conversations. In the first conversation I told her we would get this rectified. Ann said she would talk to the bride and call me back. She did and we figured out what I needed to bring to them. I asked if any members of the Bridal Party were still in Salem, she said no. I then told her I would get the items in my car and needed to get gas and would then be on my way. I did not have to be forced to bring the goblets to them. I felt it was my way of making it right. I apologized when I got there and even offered to help get them on the tables. I re-apologized to Ann when I left and she said that I had fixed the issue. I did apologize when the items were returned by Ann. I apologize to Michelle.

This place was amazingly organized and the lady who owns it was so friendly and helpful. A bit more expensive than other places in the area, but still worth a look.

Crossroads has a LARGE selection for many different types of evens. The great thing is they own all their items so you can go right in and check them out the same day. I dont know of any other company that does this!

They were not as they appeared. I loved working with Patty, but everyone else unprofessional. I had a wedding recently rented chairs from them, they were hours late. When they arrived they didnt have the equipment to move the chairs and the person they was messing around. The boss was very rude the entire time. The plates and chairs that were rented were scratched and ugly. Very unsatisfied with their products and service.

You can definitely trust the integrity and quality of this company. They have such a wide range of services -I never worry of looking elsewhere!

Positive: I loved the gold chairs we ordered. Beautiful!My biggest complaint was Shirleys attitude. She was rude on the phone when I placed my final order and then she didnt even bring the right linens! Our final check got lost in the mail (July 7th- $260). It never showed up- instead of telling me about it when I called her on the 14th to finalize, they did not mention it. Later she screamed on the phone to me about it plus a bunch of other nasty things before she hung up on me. I didnt get a chance to even speak. I was threatened to be sued several times by Shirley. My brother went to see her- to personally hand her the check.More unfriendly, rude remarks were made to my relatives on the day of our wedding. I would never use Shirley and her establishment again.
