As a Salem NH resident, I’ve been going to this store for years. The majority of the employees there are very nice as well as helpful.All too often however, there will be a line of people waiting at the registers with 1 register open while 2 or 3 associates are walking around the store.Anyway a couple of weeks ago, I purchased an item that I had to merely do an even exchange because it was defective. After waiting in line for close to 15 minutes, the cashier instructed me to go grab another one. When I came back, an “extremely rude associate” that was standing there at the service desk, informed me, that I had to once again, go to the back of the line. Another rude woman that was there with her, that was apparently a manager judging by how she was dressed, also refused to help because she was “busy”The kicker to this ridiculous mess was that, I went onto their main website to voice my concerns. It had a section where you could supposedly, request a call back. I answered yes & never heard back from anyone.I understand that good help is hard to find these days however, it’s pretty sad to know that this is the best that they can come up with.In a day & age when online shopping has become so popular, you’d think that whoever it is that manages these stores, would work with their employees in order to create a more positive shopping experience for those that come into their stores but then again, if their corporate offices don’t care, either will they.When it’s all said and done, if it wasn’t for the 20% off coupons, my guess is that every one of the stores would be ghost towns

I went to the store in Salem NH to buy a paper shredder. Michael, the person on the register told me they dont carry that product in the store and that I could order it on line. I am an 81 year old senior. Michael saw my hesitancy and offered to place the order for me. I was very relieved and grateful for his friendly help. I am waiting for the shredder to be delivered. I will go back to Bed Bath and Beyond for more shopping. Michael applied a 20% coupon to my order that I received in the mail. I was treated like a special customer. I like that.

If I could give a 0 I would. I bought a cabinet, it was visible damaged and because I did not have the receipt and paid cash, even though the SKUs are correct.. They wouldnt let me return it or exchange it. I wanted the same cabinet and they stated I would have to pay full price again.. The manager and cashier was very rude. I wish I got their names..

Was happy to find ice cream sundae spoons. After looking at a few places. They are also great spoons for stirring large glasses drinks

Well organized and well stocked with very good customer service. Its easier to find things than Amazon but some of the items who arent described is accurately as I wanted

The store carries good quality items for the home. I usually end up in the kitchen department . The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they tend to be a bit pricey, but if you are not looking for a bargain, its a great place to shop 😀.

Good Store: Clean, extremely well stocked, and friendly/helpful employees. Coupled with the coupons they frequently offer, this is a great store. Because their selection is so high, their store is densely packed and it can make getting around a bit tricky if the store is busy. Located in Salem, NH, so no sales tax. The parking lot is shared with a number of other businesses so it is quite active.

If I could give a zero I would! A Older Caucasian woman with the white hair at the front was so rude.The customer service at this place sucks, as a customer paying hard earned money you would think you would be treated with respect and with kindness smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ Definitely needs improvement!!!

Store was basically empty. No product on the shelves. No staff. There was one cashier who left a line of people waiting, and thats when I walked out.

Prices are high for a comfortable comforter set but the 20% off helped.

Over all I thought it was ok some items were not priced a lot of the shelves were low or didnt have any product but I guess theyve been busy since the holidays

One of my FAVORITE stores!! Best time to shop is right around now - as the kids head back to college. They have something for everyone (not just college kids) that you can incorporate into your home/workspace at DEEP DISCOUNTS; even better if you hold onto the flyers w/the coupons on the back. Watch those closely bc theyre not always for just one item. I shopped today w/a 20% off my entire purchase (incl sale/clearance). I also created an acct which gave me a 20% off 1 item, so I used that online to send a care pkg to my kid. Its amazing! I got so many things for just under $100. Quality merchandise & they carry just about everything you could poss need. LOVE BB&B!!!

Prices are compatible to every other department store there is no great significant savings here youre not really saving much at all went to get a sale item however they were out of stock it is the 1st day of the sale. The associate had to order online for the item that was not available. You need their store coupon to save 10 or 20% however it is not worth the bother or aggravation. I could of gone to another store with the same comparable prices. The aisles are so narrow and congested it is challenging to have a carriage while shopping.

Regular price of things can be expensive but great variety of options for the home. The lines can be long but not terrible. Employees are relatively pleasant

Horrible customer service all around

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of kitchen items when I visited the store for the first time last week. The only negative part of my experience was the awkward cashier who was probably new or still in training but even with that in mind he was still very awkward in assisting me to the point where it made me feel weird. Im sure its typically a lovely store with friendly associates but I havent had the chance to go back and shop the entire store, as I run in for a few kitchen items last minute just before closing.

This is a nice store with a wide variety of household items for every room. I usually visit the kitchen area while my wife goes to the bed and bath area.They also have OTC meds and makeup.

Its a good store. Pretty good selections most of the time. It has been in business for a long time.

All-in-all, not a bad store. The constant 20% off coupons are pretty annoying, though. It makes you wonder why they dont just permanently mark everything 20% and call it a day. Staff is friendly. Checkout always seems to take forever but at least the cashiers are friendly and normally college-aged students with bubbly personalities and are usually easy on the eyes. Their return policy is reasonable -- but make sure you have the box and that you got it at their store. If something were to go wrong, i.e. Tempurpedic pillow goes flat, they will replace the item or do store credit.

Good place to shop. Typical clean bed bath and beyond store. I havent seen a messy bb&b store anywhere. Customer service is good. I was buying a dyson vacuum and the girl helped me hold an order at another location as they did not have it in stock.

Looking for anything Halloween and they had nothing.

They have some nice electronic stuff, is great place to go if shopping or not.

I think Bed, Bath and Beyond exists to find thinks you could otherwise order online but you do t have the luxury to wait for delivery. The store is overpriced and the staff tries but they seem to be poorly trained. Some retailers really try to help the client. This is not one of those places. They want to charge you full price and will do so whenever they can.

You can use multiple 20% off coupons at each transaction .
