The customer service was excellent. From the moment I went in for an estimate to when I picked up my car when it was done, the only thing I can say is EXCELLENT! Sergio really went above and beyond what I was expecting from an auto body shop. He did more than my insurance company. He contacted the other person’s insurance company and stayed on the line until he got all the pertinent information. Thank you Sergio for all you did. I definitely recommend this body shop.

Sergio at Cal Collision was a true God send in our time of need! He did more than just repair our car beautifully in lightning speed, but he went way above and beyond! He immediately took pictures of our damage and didn’t stop until he spoke with someone from insurance that day to start work ASAP! My husband and I are beyond impressed with his kindness!
