Extremely unprofessional, I talked to a guy named Mark who at first was very friendly, I asked if he would help me with my car an 09 mustang rear quarter panel replacement. I told him it was out of pocket and was willing to pay. After I had showed him the pictures of my car he wanted nothing to do with me. Instead of telling me it was too much work or it was beyond his capabilities or giving me a fair price he decided to inflate the price without even thinking to something that would be undesirable.. he quoted me $5,000 for a rear quarter replacement.. I asked him what if I bought the rear quarter panel he told me you would still be $4,500.. he was looking for any excuse to hang up and I was willing to work with him.. extremely rude and unprofessional..

The guys there are friendly, however the service in regards to fixing my car was not what I expected at all.They took longer than expected to fix my car I kept having to take my car bk to them every little while because something else would pop up wrong with my problem after they said it was fixed?. Still till this day my car never drove the same still have suspension issues with my car.My insurance paid for it,however I believe they could have done a better job for the amount they got from my insurance + my deductible. When I went back to tell them that my car still didnt drive as before, they told me I would have to contact my insurance all over again to make another claim. I personally wouldnt take any of my cars there again sorry thats just my choice an opinion .🤷‍♀️ You never know they might do a better job on yours?? That was just my experience with them.

Full disclosure I received no actual automotive service work here. I went in to inquire about their level of smog check certificate because mine had to be STAR certified. They’re not, but the guy was really nice and even looked up the address of one he knew of and wrote it down for me. Great level of service from just that small interaction

Before I sold my car, I took it in to have some items repaired and the car detailed. The work was done promptly and under the original estimate. In fact the interior of the 4.5 year old car was so good, I advertised the interior as like new and the outside beautiful also. Ask to look at some of the amazing classic cars they normally work on!

Super quick! Reliable and awesome staff. I literally came in and left 15 min later with everything I needed done.

Brought my brand new Jeep in with 2 huge dents on the hood and side fender, thought I was for sure going to need to replace the hood with the dent I had. The guys were able to knock those dents out without replacing the hood and it looked like I had a brand new vehicle. I cant say enough how great of a job was done on my vehicle at a great price too! Highly Reccomend!

Completed my diagnostic gave me a quote but never had the time to do the job. Never called me back, now I feel like I was red my time with them and have to start over somewhere else.
