About a month ago maybe I caught a nail on one of my rear tires! Im almost positive I might of picked it up outside my house I went to AutoZone and purchased a tire patch to temporarily fix my tire and not only were the employees excellent but my tire still has the patch on it haha ☺️☺️👍

As usual, website stock doesnt match what is actually in stock at store, takes way too long to get to checkout and staff is useless. I guess without locally owned style options they have you at their mercy for parts, seriously only come when i have to.

Wrong parts again. Something up with your catalog always wrong, once again i broke my vow to only get chemicals there. Wrong parts have gotten me in too many binds. It seems as though ive always had to go at least twice to get the rite stuff. And sometimes more.

TERRIBLE customer service! I called multiple times throughout the morning and whoever is answering the phones kept putting me on hold without even saying he was going to do so out of courtesy. After about 10min on hold they awouls just terminate my call. This literally happened about 5 or 6 times. I attempted 2 other times but by that point they would answer the call and immediately hang back up.

Went in for some bulbs for my vans headlights.Staff was very helpful and got what I needed.

I love the store you just have to make sure you know what youre doing and what youre looking for do not buy aftermarket products there other than that I love you guys

This is my third trip to AutoZone in the past 2 months. Both times they were very considerate and professional. I was glad to get my car part ordered and delivered in just a few days. Today, I was there to use a certificate to purchase a cell phone holder for my car. The service lady was great somehow she made me feel special even if it was just for a $10 item! Plus, its much better to drive hands-free. I found something that was really easy to install and should serve me well. Thanks AutoZone for being our neighborhood place to go when you need to get things fixed on your car. They are experts and will expedite orders for parts. If you need something to make your commute safer, I think Autozone will have your accessories, too!

We broke down on the 3D day of a driving and camping vacation with 2 dogs on a two week vacation on a Sunday far from home. The manager and staff were very kind and helpful. Got me the right alternator and found me a mechanic who was willing to work on a Sunday, charged my battery for free and got us back on the road. Perfect. Thanks guys.

The store itself is fine. AutoZone needs a dedicated cashier for people who want to purchase something without counter help. Sometimes you wait in line for 5 minutes just to pick up one item because the cashiers are also the counter people who have intricate problems to resolve.

I needed a new battery and install for my car. Brandon was kind to explain it might be busy when I showed up (around 7pm) but he would be wiling to help. They were busy when I arrived, but the staff was nice and I was in and out of there in a timely manner. Thanks for the help guys!!

They tried to bus me over telling me to pay $340 for a $30 master switch. I did buy a 56$ passenger switch from them but they ordered the wrong part I was refunded 30$ and finally ordered the correct part. Now its been 3 days and theyve been telling me to come back tomorrow and pick up my part but they told me to come back in 4hrs they forgot to order the part....

Bought a water pump for a 77 Chevy pickup (350 motor). Spent 2 hours tearing it down and puting it back together. Filled the radiator with new antifreeze, started it and found out the new water pump had a crack in the housing. Now I get the pleasure of doing the whole thing over again and probably going to have to buy more antifreeze cause only the water pump is under warranty. To bad duralast does pay for my labor. I think this will be the last time I buy from AutoZone. Quality must be job 99.

One of my favorite places because the service is good, this guys give you a card points that means if you buy 20 dollars or more before taxes they give you 1 point, if you collect 5 points they give you 20 dollars and you can buy whatever you want at the store so is not bad!

Gotta be 1 of the worst places to go. Usually around 5-6 people working. 1 on register 3 or 4 stocking items behind counters 1 on the phone and another working on the commercial accounts. The last person seems to be the one working the hardest is commercial. Its always the same if theres 1 person in front of you or 5 it takes forever. Only reason I go there is because it is close to where I live. Orileys is better if you are in a hurry

Quick and efficient, good location off north main, they had a pretty rare part for my car and had the best price. Im a fan of autozone in general, but these guys definitely stand out.

Like most Autozone stores, this one can be a bit busy on the weekends, often with a 10+ minute line, which can be very frustrating if you dont need special assistance, just checking out. They really should have a separate line for that

This place is ridiculous. There are 3 customers and 5 or 6 employees. 1 person on the register, everyone else is wandering around talking with each other or stocking. How about you take care of customers first.
