The experience was not good. Ordered 620 special building brick. They were promised on a date, had my crew ready and No brick. They came a week late. They were scheduled for delivery to job site, came 3 hrs late so crew was waiting. When they came a lot of them Were broken and they didnt bring the whole order. 2 days later they finely came. Out of 620 blocks 61 were damaged. Didnt have enough for job. Had to buy more locally and pay 40% more for them so I could finish. They said they would pick up the broken ones so I could clear out of job . The day they said they would pick up they didnt show, so I had to make several trips to clear the job site. I also paid for 125 pieces of rebar and had it on will call, came to pick it up and they sold some of my prepaid rebar to someone else and didnt have any more.The manager was supposed to contact me to make this right but no action yet. I use 3 home depots and this one is the worst.
