I drive out of my way to work just to stop at this particular location because they treat me so well. My car was backed into a couple of months ago, and they gave me my coffee for free and wished me a better rest of the day. Ill get random smile face stickers on my lids too! Im greeted by name when I walk in to pick up my online order and that just goes to show that they take the time to know their customers and ensure they have a part in making their day better.Ive never had a bad experience with other locations, but this crew goes above and beyond. I would give a 10 star review, 5 stars do not do them justice!

Not sure the name of the girl working the drive thru. But just now got coffee and honestly the friendliest person Ive ever had the pleasure of talking to when going through a drive through at any place. Unfortunately Im not local but would highly recommend based on customer service alone.

My favorite Starbucks to visit out of the many in Salina. The service here is amazing and me being a inexperienced coffee orderer they always help me out (I have no idea how many pumps of what or how to edit drinks for my taste if its not a specialty drink that needs no editing) and they always come through with the best drinks. I would also like to mention how friendly everyone is and Ive gotten to know a few of the workers, who are always kind. I am an anxious person and they are super understanding when I can not figure out how to say my order right. My friends and I visit almost everyday and have never had a bad experience.

Awful service rude if you do not drive up or order on line be prepared to wait outside for your order. Stay away nasty with your drinks

I went inside bc the drive thru line was so long. I thought it would be quicker. My ticket time ended up being 17 minutes for 1 drink!!!! All they cared about were the drive-thru and mobile orders. My drink was good....not 17 minutes good tho.

This location does not let you sit inside. Make sure to go to the Starbucks on Santa Fe, way better staff.

Food is very good but we ordered two strawberry Waters and two slices of pumpkin bread and it came to $20. I think it is slightly overpriced

Great service. They seemed busy when we first arrived, but they were very efficient in their transactions and got to us rather quickly. They werent particularly talkative, but they served with a smile and amazing manners. The drinks were also spot on.

Knowledgeable staff, good selection, Baristas know what theyre doing and offer good suggestions. Always have had good service and good food and drink here. Clean and well-kept, can be pretty busy sometimes, but service is pretty fast and you can get through the line without too long of a wait.

Last time through the drive through, I ordered a hot drink. It was made iced. They corrected the order and allowed me to keep the incorrect drink. To me, that offset the mistake and extra wait time.

Disappointed. Needs more training? System failure? I made an online order. I went the store to pick up the order. The server told me that my drink was not ready. So, I waited; for a quite a long time. I finally asked why my drink was not coming. Then the server found my drink which was stuck so.ewhere else. Ice started melting already. So disappointing.

I mean honestly, its Starbucks. Whats not to love! Their great tasting coffee along with excellent breakfast sandwiches. Youll never regret a trip there.

They made my custom drunk flawlessly. This is not my normal Starbucks so I was surprised it was done exactly how I wanted it. They double checked to make sure they got the order right. I appreciate when people double check and take the time to make sure it was done right.

The single best Starbucks in the area, including Wichita. The PM staff in particular are amazing. They are always courteous and accommodating. Willing to help if your drink isnt made just right, and have always been on point each time I go there. Especially Janelle, she is exceptional.

Most of the time they are fantastic at this location, but today was not the same experience. The young lady who took my order had no idea what I was talking about. Had to repeat my order three times before she got it. Then, when they gave me my order, it was wrong. She was obviously new and should have had more support. You cant just leave new people alone like that. I managed a Starbucks location for 10 years myself, so I know what the training should consist of. Anyway, most of the time this place is great, and I am sure it will be better next time.

For quick coffee...this is probably gonna be a good place. They also offer great options for blended drinks which are perfect on a warm day. Also if you’re a app fan, download the Starbucks app and enjoy the occasional free drink and the order ahead option if you’re in a hurry.

Does a Starbucks location really need a review? Of course this is a great place. The employees are in a good mood and the products are wonderful. I work on the road and you can always count on Starbucks for a place to get some PC work done and enjoy great coffee at the same time. Love it.

Fast and friendly.

Dont bother going inside to order if youre here. They make the people inside wait while they rush around for the drive through and & phone orders. Waited for OVER AN HOUR for our drinks. Completely ridiculous! Saw so many people ask for a refund the employee at the counter actually refused 2 saying they would get their drink in TWENTY MINUTES! All the while cars through tue drive through were getting their orders in less that 5.

The food there was really good, I did not expect the sandwiches to be as well as a Dominos sandwich. It was a bit pricey to eat dinner there, but the food was worth it. The coffee was good also.

What a great Starbucks! We order breakfast on the way to Colorado via drive thru.They had us in and out super quick, using my Starbucks app. They also let me use my own cup, which I sincerely appreciate.We had our puppies in the car so they offered pupachinos (cup of whip cream)Great customer service and quality product. Fuel for a long road trip.

Im from out of town and I just have to say: The staff is so friendly and peppy!!! Somehow make me even more excited for my coffee than I already am. And my drink has been spot on every time.

Not really sure why Im having to give one star for Starbucks in Salina KS. They are normally pretty quick. But this morning was just awful. Took 45 minutes to make one grande size peppermint mocha. The lady at the front who suppose to making drink was just standing there. Not sure if this is the general routine but I have seen better customer service at other Starbucks locations. I know this is Salina KS but good grief you all need to step your game up!

Home to Americas best coffee and my new personal favorite, the Light Americano.

Just ordered a cold brew coffee from here while on the road and it was made so poorly that I had to throw it out. It tastes like it had been sitting for 30 minutes before they gave it to me. It was extremely watered down. I tried to call to complain & they acted like they didn’t know how to help me. I worked for Starbucks for over a year, so I find this experience to be very frustrating and I will no longer be spending my money here anymore.

Their drinks are okay. Very expensive! I can find a better coffee for a cheaper price elsewhere. And do not get a sandwich from here--they are pre-packaged and zapped in the microwave.

Had a new specialty brew that was very tasty and fresh.

It was amazing. The staff helped me pick a drink that was right for me. And gave me a free cake pop because it was cracked.

As a loyal Starbucks customer, this is a review of the service at this specific location. After waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, we finally decided to place our order inside. Ordered and waited for our drinks for another 10 minutes before someone asked what my husband was waiting on. Once we finally had our drinks, they tasted watered down. After the hassle, we just drove away under caffeinated and overly frustrated.

I ordered a Venti drink (large) and the barista that was working drive through decided to argue with me saying I didnt and ordered a grande (medium). I know it’s not a huge deal but if I’m going to pay the prices of Starbucks I want my drink to be right.
