The ladies there are always friendly and happy to help. Today, Maria was very helpful in recommending fragrances I might like and even made me a sample to take home before buying. I love how knowledgeable she was about fragrances and how she went the extra mile to describe the sample bundles of similar fragrances they sell. It’s always a good experience at Sephora in Salinas.

I’m always disappointed when I enter this Sephora. This time I couldn’t resist and I have to share my review. No one greeted us no one. Certainly there were a couple girls pretending to do make up for other ladies or families I don’t know which, but still no approach no questions nothing. This is the second time I’ve gone into look for Marc Jacobs make up and the stock is atrocious and then when no one is there to assist, it makes it impossible to find anything let alone purchase . Btw 2 stars is generous

Rather buy my stuff online, I get better service online chatting with a Repp than walking into this location.

This was about a year ago I went and the manager was very rude not sure if It is still the same person Now however she said that she couldnt do my eye shadow unless I had an appointment which isnt true because in Monterey all the girls will do your eyeshadow without an appointment its only if you get your whole face done then she said that she could only do one eye if she was going to do anything
