They had constructed and installed a custom barrier/railing for my deck. Next to my new sunroom it makes everything fit together and is absolutely beautiful.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! DISHONEST!I arranged for a couple mirrors to be installed in my frames and then installed in the bathrooms of our home (December 2018). After weeks of wrangling with the office to get an appointment for someone to measure, I just brought the frames in to their shop in Salinas (March 2019). Itll take about 3-5 days for the glass to come in and Ill call to schedule the installation.I waited, waited and waited. Text messages went unanswered. Then came excuses: oh, you want these installed? I need to order Z-Bar trim (12 April 2019), My main installer hurt himself (28 May 2019). Then, after three months of waiting, I notified Nick Simon that I would be picking up my property and installing myself (3 June 2019).Upon arriving at the shop, after I took off early from work, I discovered my frames had not been touched (4 June 2019)! I was honestly speechless and in shock!All along I was lied to by Nick Simon. Response from the office staff, oh yeah, huh....The moral of the story is: Dont use this business, you will regret it.

This business is socks, I have a bad experience, I asked for an appointment and they never returned a phone call.

Called to schedule an estimate, and the lady answering the phone said she would check with her crew to see when they would be available. She took my information and told me she would call back to schedule a time. Never heard from her again.
