Really pleased with the stellar work provided by Winnifred and his team--from the initial meeting with Winnifred who walked me through all of my different choices in the design and who, ultimately, gave me a very fair quote and with the continued follow-up by Alma and then when Waldo and Fabian did the installation. All were prompt, courteous, and professional. The final product is really stunning. I highly recommend them and will most definitely use Glasswork by Design again!

Lousy, called twice, never received a callback for about 2 weeks. Then stopped at store now weeks ago, have name & number, was going to call and stop by for estimate. Never happened. This company does know how to followup on business or potential business. Stay away!!

Since my neighbor used Glasswork by Design I decided to give them a try. Im happy I did.Winnifred & company installed laminate Milgard windows in my bedroom. I bought the Style Line Series. (The Tuscany Series is higher end and offers breakage replacement.)This is one of my few vendor experiences where everything happened as represented. The consultation was thorough; after deposit the manufacturer delivered on time; the installation fit my schedule, was completed on time, & well done; the exterior window frame painting matched my HOA specs.I wish I had used Glasswork by Design for my sliding patio door instead of Home Depot. I intend to have Winnifred eventually re-glaze the rest of my condo.

We had the new windows installed on 6/10/19 & had a terrific team by Glasswork By Design installing in 100 degree weather. They worked hard & did a fantastic job! Delivered on time and the shower enclosure was beautiful. Eduardo the installer was especially careful and meticulous. He had to work around two other men who were busy cutting holes in the wall and installing new fixtures. He was very patient, and accommodating. Highly rated!

Had a great experience with this glass company. Prices were competitive, and the work was excellent. Most of all, Winnifred was prompt on appointments, and the installers showed up on time. The installation was completed as stated in a day, for four large windows. We had Millgard Tuscany style retrofits, sliders and casements. I really love them! Thank you!

Called when a shower door shattered. Winifred called back within the hour, and came to the house that afternoon. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Gave us great advice and full pricing info. He installed today, and will come back to replace a rail that had a defect. Wouldnt take payment until job is completed. Great work, nice guy, really top notch. Shower doors look great!

Winnifred was very responsive and stayed in constant contact with me thru out the project. The work he and his crew did for me (a very large wall mirror and a very complicated shower enclosure) is absolutely beautiful.

I can’t say enough good things about Winifred and his company. I was promptly contacted by him. He came to my house and gave me a reasonable estimate, with a detailed explanation of what the work would be to replace my sliding glass door. Everything was very clear and specific. His crew showed up at my house exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly, even protecting my carpet. The work was finished in 1 day and is very professional and beautiful. They not only replaced both sides of the door and the frame, but also the inside and outside molding, plus insulation and sealing. They even replaced the bad wood on the outside around the door, which had not even been contracted for. When they were done, they cleaned up and put the shades back up, and took all the old stuff away, I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend Glasswirk By Design. I am very happy with the result.
