The store located at Northridge Mall has nice staff (outside of them spelling my name wrong) but if you choose the finance option, their 1-800 customer service leaves so much to be desired. They fail to own up to their insufficient, broken app and my personal advice, dont ever try to use their non user friendly website (which trying to find pertinent information on is a fools errand) and specifically the auto pay feature, which, is where the base of my issues started. The customer service staff wont help, they lie and they like to leave you on hold so much that even the most patient of monks would go bananas. My advice? Go elsewhere or pay using a non store card..DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM!
