I went to buy a string trimmer today and was disappointed. I wasn’t greeted at the counter, so I told him I was looking for a string trimmer and wanted to trade in some older push edgers. He had that face/eyes as if he didn’t want to help me at all and struggled to even speak and responded, “oh I have to ask Dave”, but proceded to walk around the corner and starts to help another customer...He could have called Dave for starters or maybe ask me what kind of trimmer i was looking for?? No, that would mean he actually had to do some work. I literally walked out the door and took my money to a big box store. I have taken my mower and one of two edgers for service here to Valley Saw, and spoke to an older gentleman who I believe was an owner. Great guy and had a smile. I know we hide behind masks now, but you can still provide great customer service through a mask...So sad to see a once great locally family owned business have such horrible new faces with horrible attitudes.

I know David for over 20 years and I was always very pleased.The place has new faces that seem to care more about revenue than service, after all this years I had a couple months old defective tool. I took it back and I had to answer so many questions I felt humiliated my record is in their system ?

Need equipment to do your lawn they have it here. They have the big heavy duty equipment for commercial jobs etc and the good stuff to . Repair shop on site as well.

I loved the service there, very respectful staff. I neede a chainsaw chain for a small electric one and they cut one down to size for me on the spot . Definitely got back

Great shop, but they could be more attentive to their walk in customers. I walked out after 5 minutes, as I was interested in making a purchase. Will probably purchase else where.
