Bought a refrigerator.....very disappointing because what I was looking for ( to bundle like the commercial suggested) stove, fridge, and microwave.....was out of stock on most items!!! Not happy
Welcome to America! Wear a mask if you choose to do so... or not. (Most were, I was very happy not to.) Love it!! Anyways, I was 15 min late for curbside pickup of my online order which is why I went inside. There was a bit of a wait and there was 1 person waiting ahead of me. It was fine, no biggie. Seriously I was that happy without a mask on my face, nothing was gonna ruin the moment. The cashier was very friendly, had a bit of trouble finding my order due to it having been tagged incorrectly. She persevered though and found it for me...the end. 😉
What was supposed to take a week to get took almost a month to get. Customer service just as bad. Let’s pass the buck. ‘Not my department, let me see if I can find someone to help you’. No one shows up. Had to get in line three times to get all our order. ☹️
I needed help, and Jeramy Wilson hardware, come to my rescue, he was fantastic, I try to buy My water softener on line I had Difficulty he help me replace the order for me with no time big help thank you Home Depot for employees such a great employees, I love your store I am in your store more than I am in my house
I love the locker pick up here. It is so quick and easy. It takes almost no extra time for me to stop by and grab my pickup. There is always parking. Highly recommend to put your order in online for quick trips.

Trying to find help is next to impossible. Then when you finally do they are not really interested in helping you at all. This place is good if you know what you want and where it is. Other than that good luck! Im going to start doing all my business at Ace Hardware, you can get help and the prices are pretty comparable. Ill pay a little more for some customer service.
Ill start with positives about this location. The staff is exceptionally helpful and want to help customers completely. This has been my go to support location for home improvement/construction needs.However, tonight I have had one of the most frustrating experiences I ever have experienced with a Home Depot location.I coordinated over two days and 6.5 hours to purchase a DIY outdoor shed and everything required to complete the project. Everyone confirmed for 6 hours and 20 mins that the shed I was purchasing was on hand. Not just one, but two were stated as on hand. Came by tonight to pick up the order. After waiting 2 hours and 20 mins, an employee finally came out to appologize that the shed was not on hand. In utter frustration I cancelled my order. I think Ill spend my $2000 with a local company that can actually deliver the products they sell.I believe you should buy a shed elsewhere. I am not sure why it took 6 hours for Home Depot to realize the shed was not in stock. An utter failure by any my measure.
I love this particular location, and go out of my way to shop at this Home Depot location! I shop at a bunch of hardware stores in town - Ace in Salinas and Marina, Lowes and on occasion when I cant get something in stock Ill drive all the way to Gilroy or other places when needed. My wife and I are first time home buyers right now and were learning a lot of those typical lessons that we all learn going through this process, and the folks at this store have saved our bacon more than once. A particular shout out to Andrew (who now works Garden, but used to be in Plumbing) THANK YOU for your advice and wisdom! And also a huge shout out to Isiah who typically works near checkout - THANK YOU for always brightening our day and putting a smile on our faces - you literally make our day in more ways than youll ever know at crucial times in our life when the universe feels like its working against us, your cheerful and down to earth attitude remind us of all of the good things in life. Our life is better because of people like you. THANK YOU!

WOW, they have a whole lot of vegetable garden starter plants this year. A lot more than they ever had over the years. Definitely a good time to get your vegetable garden going.

Quick, helpful today. Was kind of rediculas when they had a girl worker being very aggressive when entering g the building. The security guard was with her at the time. She over did her position. Very rude and not friendly at all!!
I was looking for screen doors. Their app said they had 8 of the model I needed, they had none.
I bought in this store material to make a porch. The person in the Pro-service offered us a bad service. He is a person who does not know how to offer a good service to the client without making distinctions. I will not buy anything in this store again. Also, I picked up my material because the store canceled the delivery and they gave me the date until after four weeks. I decided to pick up my material.
If I could give Home Depot 0 stars, Id do it. I wanted to return a Ryobi product that I had purchased. I paid a small potion of the cost with a store credit from another return earlier in the year and the rest with my bank debit card. Even with the receipt they wouldnt allow me to return the product. I spent the last year renovating my Airstream trailer so have spent a lot of money at HD. To not be able to return an item with a receipt is bad customer relations. Will no longer shop at any Home Depot. My money goes elsewhere.

I love going to the home depot,but not with my Tio Ruben because what should take no longer than 15 minutes takes an hour because he talks to everyone!!! But I enjoy going to this store because Im in and out..but dont ask the employees for help because 9 times out of 10 they dont know 😉
Hit or miss the times I have been in there in regards to customer service. Seems more of a miss the last few times Ive gone. I went in there recently knowing what I was looking for, but had some questions for flooring and paint. I got great help from the flooring department. The person who helped me in paint wasnt able to help me. A customer who was near by helped me instead. Similar experiences in the past. It has been a better experience in this location than the other near by. I had given it 3 stars but went down to 2 because we have been trying to get help from the kitchen for the past 4 days and havent received help. We went in personally on Saturday, no one to help. Someone from another department went to look for help and didnt find anyone. Have been calling today MANY times and no one answers. Have called Salinas Watsonville and Gilroy and no one answers. Frustrating. This location says they have the item in stocks but cant locate it since we went personally. We finally located the counter in Watsonville. Other than the flooring department and a couple other workers, it seems no one wants to help. Like they are just there. Flooring and one other worker is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. It was also hard to get help in lighting.
This place is cool . Their staff is helpful all the time in pointing me in the right direction cause we all know this place is big and Im the type of person that goes in gets what I need and leave.
Went twice today could go again but not upto it ! Found stuff on my own even check out on my own with the scanner 👍

Order was damaged in route, home depot couldnt attest to it-- Manager (Edward) was no help and transferred me because he knew I was going to start yelling.
Great customer service at the pickup for my order. Not so great calling to see if my order was there I was placed to that department at least thats what the employee said and waited 30 minutes on the phone and then hung up. I will give the employee female five star,, but ask for waiting on the phone 30 minutes without being answered that would be a 1 *.
I needed to find my purchase records from the past to activate my warranty on a Ryobi product. Gabby at the customer service went way out of her way and spent a long time going through my credit card records to do just that. Can’t recommend her enough!
I was at this home depot today it was a Sunday busy expected it to be like any other day I went in to try to buy a tool which was a Milwaukee to keep in mind these things arent cheap they cost money so I decided to ask an assistant for help because I needed access to the tool so I could take it to the register And as he gets the tool from the shelf he put it on the floor and just drops it like it was a Domino this is bad horrible and stupid If this continues to be the customer service at this home depot than I feel bad I feel sorry and what a pity for such a great store or at least I thought it was thank you

We ordered the Anderson storm door series 2500 7/24/20We also paid an additional $329.00 for the installation.They called us to go pick up the wood trim two different times. The second trip after waiting in the store almost an hour while they try to figure out what they are doing we left with no trim. On our 3rd trip they gave us wood for the trim and told us we had to primer it ourselves. Yes, we had to primer it ourselves because they didn’t have the correct pre-primer wood. I could not believe it. Then the door came in damaged. The Home Depot installer wrote us a letter verifying the condition.Back again to the Home Depot store. The store was suppose to reorder the door and it was suppose to be here by 8/29/20 Well, today is 8/31/20 no door. We called and they said it should be here by 9/3/20, should be?? Thanks for notifying us of another delay. No follow-up?

Lots of tools. A mans paradise. This place is great to waste time and buy tools. By waste time i mean its almost like theres no cashiers available when you need them, and to find someone who knows anything is near mission impossible most of the time. It would be nice to have home depot employees who know what they are doing. Im surpirsed home depot does not invest in training its employees. All of this is not possible without a manager though, so my question is this, is the mananger properly eduacted to run such a business?
I really like this store, they have what I want 9 times out of ten. They have some great sale prices on tools its the go to place for me. I can spend hours here looking at everything ! Get a lot of good ideas here.
I experienced some fraud (by no fault of their own) but they were able to help me out very fast.. I didnt have any issues receiving my refund.. so Im a happy customer :)Besides that, my kids love to come here for the kids workshops.. Staff is very attentive as well..Really good prices, and good deals!

Items are missing usually and misplaced. Also employees are insufficient in getting stuff off the high shelves or say thats not the product u are looking for. Paying minimum wage gets you pay for.
Good pricing is good parking lot is always crowded. The one thing I hate is that security follows you around the store kinda makes you aggravated. Sometimes its rather annoying.

I wanted an Elevated Toilet Seat. I was unable to find the merchandise. I asked the Salesman in the Bath Department for help, he sent me in the wrong direction, and said if I don’t find what I’m looking for, to ask someone else. I went where he directed me. It was away from the Bath Department, so I found and asked a Saleslady for assistance, her name is Loretta.Loretta instead of telling me where to find the item, she suspended what she was working on and took me to the correct location, to confirm the item. On checking the item, it appeared to be a returned item, so Loretta after checking the overhead stock, went to get a ladder to pull the item from the overhead stock. She brought down two. Her professionalism and friendly service were very appreciated.Please let Management know that Loretta gave Professional, Courteous and Friendly service above and beyond her call. Thank You
Poor management. Poor customer service. Can t solve any issues within their sold and delivered (or non delivered product.) I intend to talk to Regional. Coming from over 20 years in retail management I have never dealt with such incompetence. Over 2 months of ping pong and no solution.

Lately with Covid-19 nobody wants to, or WILL let you use the restroom. So what can a Professional Driver do?1) go to The Home Depot.2) buy a Orange Elmers Handy 5- gallon bucket (Dont forget the lid! The lid should come with it, I know, may hafta purchase separately. Or White, or Black. DONT FORGET THE LID)!!!!3) BUY A BAG OF SCENTED KITTY LITTER.just NOT here.4) Toilet Paper5) Trash Bags (Heavy Duty).6) Orange scented Air Freshener7) Kitty Litter DONT FORGET!8) TMI- warning to parents.... Kids CAN. IMAGINE.in the event of an Emergency in your rig.Perhaps your Family is on the road with you....Let the whole can know that YOU ALL are in the middle of nowhere. Please prepare to evacuate the sleeper berth. Ask that the vents be opened, pushed out. You. The driver open your window 3 inches. Even if its rain or snow. Passenger side needs to opened 2 inches. Safely pull over as far to the right as possible without getting your tractor drive axles stuck. Do not like spinning drive axles! I like to try to keep my 4 drive tires on solid ground.
