If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. One miscommunication after another just to get someone to come measure my windows. Its been 2 weeks and no one has even called back with an estimate or time to arrange viewing samples. Good thing in the end, I found another company, responsive on the first call and professional communication. Now I now not to call this business again

We made an appointment with Paul the owner for a consultation at our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. His prices were competitive so we decided to purchase a combination of shutters and blinds. His installers were fast, efficient and even vacuumed the area after they were finished. They even took the old blinds we were going throw away and disposed of them. We will be using their services again for other projects in the future.

Let me start off by saying that the owner Paul is just a stand up great guy. I bought shutters through Blinds 4 design and love them. Paul was very easy to work with. They came out and measured for free and put up temporary window coverings at no charge to me while my shutters were being ordered. What owner does that for their customers. I liked Paul and his product so much that I recommended my brother and parents go through Paul. They ended up using Paul and blinds 4 design and are just as happy as I am. If you need blinds or any type of window coverings you need to see Paul. Best deal in town by far. A got a few estimates and no one came close to his price. Paul keep up the great work. The owner stopped by our house and was extremely professional. He measured all of the windows and provided a quote that day. He was very reasonable compared to other companies. Our order arrived just when we were told it would come in, about 7 business days. They quickly installed the blinds and they came out perfect. We highly recommend them.

We got our blinds a year ago, they are wonderful! We love them! Paul was friendly, helpful, and he gave us exactly what we wanted. He even told us about blinds that we LOVE that we didnt know were even a possibility! But the topping on the cake is that he came out tonight (a year later) to help us re-install one of our blinds because my in-laws installed a new window and we had to take them down! What service!!! He understands people work and is really flexible about times for installation. He came out at about 7 pm for us tonight-THANK YOU!!! My mom also used Blinds 4 Design and loved it as well (which is why I chose to go with Paul). Thank you again for everything. Well definitely give you a call if we need any more blinds!

I had a great experience with Paul and his daughter Krystal at Blinds for Design. Pricing was better than the other competitors and the service was good. Blinds arrived on time and looked great. We did plantation shutter for our home and I highly recommend them! This is the second time I have used Blinds for Design and I am happy to refer them to my friends and family.

I have a home that is unique to say the least. Every window is custom and varies in sizes. Paul came to my house, measured and assisted me in picking the perfect blinds and shutter combination. He is professional and was extremely pleasant to deal with: next step the delivery and install.Being a Police Officer I have to admit I have concerns of who comes to my house as Im sure most of you do as well. With court and busy workload Paul and his team worked with my schedule and odd times just to get it done. 6 shutters, 18 windows and one sliding door later the job was done. He told me upfront how long the job would take and he kept his word, I liked that. Upon his arrival we chose the blinds that worked for me in my living room, office and bedroom. We just bought a new home and needed window covering throughout the house, a daunting task for us. Well, we had a GREAT experience working with Blinds 4 Design every step of the way - from the first minute we entered their showroom in Salinas (Crystal is the very definition of makes a good first impression). Then, Paul carefully and thoroughly explained our various options and helped us select a perfect combination of coverings -- because the options are almost infinite and thus overwhelming, his sense of color and design and aesthetics was a tremendous assist in making the final selections. Finally Ignacio (and Jose) were great in the installation process always arriving on time, with careful and thorough workmanship. The shutters look awesome!! Note: the shutters arrived earlier then anticipated (nice!) but Paul arranged for us to have temporary blinds the very day after making our purchase just so we wouldnt be living in a fish bowl. Truly great customer service!

Paul stopped by as we were moving into our new home last month. Introduced himself as the blind guy. And gave us his card. We are so happy that we called him for a free estimate and then he gave us such a great deal we bought blinds for several windows in our new home. He had many types and colors to choose from based on our individual needs. He offered a wonderful discount and even did free installation for us. I talked to several people and they agreed we got a great deal. My husband and I are so happy with our new window coverings and highly recommend you call Paul if you need some for your own home

Ordered shutters & blinds for our home through Paul (owner) who stated it would take 7-8 weeks for them to arrive. After 8 weeks I attempted multiple times to contact Paul, I finally reached him only to be told order would be another 1-2 weeks. The day Paul arrived to install shutters he advised that the shutters for sliding glass door and blinds for restrooms had not arrived. Took approximately 2-3 weeks for blinds for restroom to arrive and be installed. After 2-3 months and TONS of unanswered phone call to Paul shutters for sliding glass door arrive BUT was damaged. Damaged shutters were installed until Paul could get new shutters ordered/delivered/installed. After another 2-3 months new shutter arrived BUT shutter was a completely different style. FInally after another 2-3 months and almost one year from when we had originally ordered the shutters/blinds; new shutter for sliding glass door finally arrived and was installed. Unfortunately shortly after being installed shutter for sliding glass door began to have problem opening/closing the shutters. I have left TONS of messages without receiving a call back and have stopped by the store a few time only to find it always closed. You might save some money if you purchase blinds/shutters from here but the head ache dealing with Paul isnt worth it!

We have used Paul on numerous of occasions, each time he blows us away with his beautiful shutters. Paul really knows what hes doing and is willing to work with whatever budget you have. Cant say enough good things highly recommend!

There was a back order from the manufacturer in the color of blinds that i wanted. But once i got therm delivered, the owner made sure to install them as soon as possible. He and his staff were very friendly and professional

Owner is a liar and ripoff! DONT BUY HERE!!!!! My husband worked for Paul the owner for several years. Hes basically running his shop like a Ponzi scheme. He takes customers money up front and uses it to pay for blinds for a different customer who has been lied and told their blinds are on backorder or they come from China I have no control. These are all lies. His blinds are all ordered in the US. Paul purposely avoids answering the shop phone or having the shop opened if he owes a customer and is worried they will call or appear. My husband was given instructions to lie to customers calling always using the backorder excuse. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot. Youll be treated fairly, they have corporate guidelines they have to follow so you wont ever have to hunt them down and wait for weeks or months. This guy is a scumbag and hopefully goes out of business.
