Extremely incompetent staff. My wife ordered three drinks and they messed up EVERY SINGLE ONE. ALL the female employees were too busy flirting with the male employees to focus on their jobs. There was a line of cars in the drive thru and none of the 5 employees were making orders. My wife was the only person inside and it took 15 minutes for her to get our drinks, which were all wrong. My handicap wife also had to climb over boxes to get to the bathroom. Absolutely the worst Starbucks.
Inside isnt open which you would think means drive through is a speedy process but it isnt. I ordered at 2:42 and didnt make it to the window until 3:08 and there were maybe 10 cars in front of me when I ordered on the mobile. To top it off my drink was wrong when I got to the window. Would definitely go to an alternate location next time while these guys work out the kinks in their system.
Very rude, unhelpful staff when asking questions about products. Starbucks, wants you in and out, period.Going back to Krispy Kreme, where the folks are helpful.
Waited in the super slow drive through line to be told they were closing to take a 30-45 minute break and werent taking anymore orders around 7pm when they close at 9pm. They had taken everyones order in front of me and decided to stop with me. Could have blocked the drive through and at least let the people that had been patiently waiting order.
The employees at Starbucks were very friendly and helpful. I usually have a positive experience at the Starbucks.
Worst Starbucks ever. Drive through line moves at a snails pace, online ordering frequently not available at the store. No way to get out of line once you’re in it. Won’t be back.

OMG!!! I love coming here. The staff are friendly and full of positive energy! Ms Linda! I was having a bad morning and she took the time to encourage me and not only did things get better, she recommended the BLONDE and she was right. The entire team is wonderful, but she really went over and beyond. Thanks for the smile and words! I need to bottle them up and take them with me to work :) Blessings to this group
The people are pretty friendly and helpful but 3rd time coming here and the order is incomplete because of miscommunication between the staff and updating their stock online. Its pretty irritating to order something, show up and the items not be there.
Avoid the drive-thru. It took 25 minutes to get thru the drive-thru. We saw people park nearby, go inside, and come back out with their drinks before we even moved an inch. And when finally we arrived at the window? My wifes toasted bagel was cold. I wanted dark roast coffee-simple right? They didnt have it available and I had to settle for pikes which I cant stand. By the time we got to the window they could have made the dark roast as a pour over. So avoid the drive-thru, park and youll get your order faster.
This was an awful experience! Once you get into the drive thru, you cannot get out. We were stuck there for literally 45 min! It was crazy!

They are always so friendly and give great customer service! Taylor takes my order almost every day and is always very ecstatic to be there! You can always tell when someone loves their job and he is definitely doing an amazing job!
Service at this location has always been right by me. Actually, I have been very impressed more than once. Linda was so helpful today, that she has won my future business. In all fairness, covid and the resulting high unemployment, has hurt many businesses. Lack of staff to run a business properly, has created burdens on so many. I know the lobby was shut down at the Klumac location many times due to understaffing. However, after today, the Innes St location is my preferred. I give them a high five.
There have been 5 occasions where I pulled up to this location only to see they are closed. Typically between 7am-9am on a regular day, not a holiday or any special day. Just a casual Saturday. I don’t know if this location just does whatever they want, but it makes me not even want to try to go there since I never know if they are actually open or not. On a positive note, when they are open, I’ve always had great service. The unpredictable hours is my only complaint.

I went inside the store and walked up to the counter. There were 3 workers standing off to the side of the counter in the doorway leading to the back talking. They let me wait for about 5 minutes until another coworker came back from taking out the trash to serve me. They saw me standing there waiting and even made eye contact with me but didnt bother to help. I ordered a latte and some egg white bites and before the person helping me could put my fit into the oven those staff members decide to make their own food first. So then I had a wait a few more minutes for my food because they decided to make their own personal food before mine.
Love the spinach and feta wrap at breakfast with a Pink Drink (strawberry refresher) 🥰
The line was long but the staff worked well and kept it moving and of course they got the order right and it was all delicious.
They were so friendly and very welcoming! Glad we were there with no line. Hate the fact that we arrived 15 minutes before they closed but, apparently it was a must and they werent rude and we didnt feel rushed due to the fact that we came right before they closed. Awesome staff!

I visited this location at 3:30 pm on a Friday in April 2021. They were closed with no note on the door saying why they were closed. Other potential customers and myself could see the people on the inside but Is the door was locked with no explanation
Ordered a nitro cold brew and could not even taste the coffee it tasted like straight soap. I am not picky when it comes to coffee but this was ridiculous. Can even see the soap bubbles on the top of the lid. Service was cold and unfriendly. Complete waste of money. I usually always stop here on my rides to and from school but I will not be returning ever again.
Its always some issue whether the drive thru is only open or the store is closed all together. Im usually very pressed for time so I dont have a long time to sit in the drive thru. Ive found its just best to simply avoid this location. A few occassions my order was messed up but perhaps they were being trained

Just go to the one off Klumac Rd. near Longhorn. This one has been consistently closing randomly almost every day it seems. I go to the other even though it’s farther because they’re always open, close at 9:30 PM instead of 9, and seem to be more on top of things even with longer lines. I’m beyond tired of the E Innes location closing with no explanation randomly all the time. I honestly doubt i’ll be able to go to this location each time I want coffee because they close so often. At least update your hours on Google or social media or something so people know you’re closed before they drive to you. This is not the way to run your business. Figure out employee schedules or whatever the problem is before you lose all your business to the Klumac location. Sadly, many businesses and restaurants in Salisbury are extremely subpar and this location is no different.
5 team members behind the counter, no one waiting inside except myself and my sister. They were all working on drive thru orders. We waited by the mobile pick up area patiently with NO ONE to ask if we had a mobile order. After some time, In comes in ANOTHER guest to which they were prompt and curteous to ask if he was waiting for a mobile order! The tall heavier set team member THEN asks if we had a mobile order with no sense of urgency OR recognizing the mistake he made of not acknowledging us promptly as well. Dont lose it Starbucks! Both good customer service AND good customers!
Worst service every. We waited for 35 minutes in the drive through. All the cashier was doing was talking away to every car like if we had all day to wait. I am a regular with Starbucks but this was really the worst experience I have ever had .
Pulled up Friday evening to see a line of vehicles wrapped around the building, so I parked to walk in. The door was locked and I observed two young male employees sitting at a table and using their cell phones. We got back in the line which lasted over 30 minutes and definitely limited access to adjacent businesses. The female employee sounded less than enthused over the intercom, bordering on bad attitude, and things just got better at the window... The youngest female employee appeared to be making all of the coffee orders, the female with the attitude was using the touchscreen, and the two males were now standing around talking to her and handing the coffees over. I understand being young and not wanting to be at work, but this was ridiculous and the manager should be furious. We literally checked the next 2 stores on our drive to compare (sanity check) and observed short lines and open storefronts. Enough said.

I work at the Sonic up the street from this location and the morning staff is literally the absolute best!! They are always so friendly and take AMAZING care of me every time I come by for my espresso fix!

Was very sad this location ran out of the Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino then the lady at the front window had a opinion because my rider and I decided to get hot drinks on a hot day.
Ordered in the App and selected “Pick-up in store”. When I showed up to pick up my three drinks, the doors were locked and there was a sign that stated that the lobby was closed but you could still get mobile orders. I stood outside the door, and made eye contact numerous times with employees only to be ignored. I tried calling the store and the phone was off the hook apparently because I called over 30 times and each time it was busy. I even made eye contact with one of the female workers and she looked me right in the eyes and began shaking her head and continued working with her head down. An employee finally came to the door after a crowd of other angry customers formed and 45 mins later I finally received my 3 cold hot chocolates. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Best Starbucks Ive been too. Especially Shannon being super friendly and welcoming. Its Thanksgiving night and 10 mins before closing, she could have been really mean but she was a bright sunny day and smile. Give that girl a management spot, she would infect others with her happiness.

Very nice experience. Lady at order counter greeted my kids cheerily, and was fun to chat with. She suggested I buy a reusable mug to get the discount and I did, - didnt even know Starbucks gives discounts! Drinks were made correctly and quickly. Will visit again!
We went through the drive through at this location. It is a tight turn for someone in a large truck. The order was correct and served hot. The service is polite and professional but it was rather slow. It appeared that they were understaffed but we werent there during peak times so it could have been between shifts.
I went to Starbucks to pick up some coffee to make at home but I wasnt sure as to which setting to have it ground. Logan was extremely helpful in answering my questions and providing information on the different types of settings for grinding coffee. He was very pleasant and provided exceptional customer service. I love my pumpkin spice latte and when its in stock the pumpkin cream cheese muffin and the only thing I wish they had more of them because it seems to be always out of stock. My other I recommend is the pumpkin loaf cake love love it. The staff are always nice and some like to joke with you.

So slow. There is no way out of their drive-thru so, when you sit in line only to find out they do not have the ingredients for the drink that you want, you have to wait for everybody else to move so that you can get out.

We use to come here in our ghost hunting days and drink coffee while reviewing films/audio. Now that I live in Archdale we go to the craft nook as it has the best craft coffee I ever had.
Theres a girl that works at the towne commons Starbucks.. I forget her name, but she has short hair and a beanie, super cute. Shes awesome and always makes my drink just right! Starbucks is life. Now, if only theyd lower their prices. Lol
I completed a mobile order, to avoid waiting in line and being late for work, 15 minutes before I left my house. I get there 20 minutes later and my order still was not ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes because they would not acknowledge me waiting.
I dont live in town but its on my way when Im traveling through so Ive only been twice. 1st visit 2018 was not great, I waited about 15 minutes but this visit 2019 was great. My drink was correct and good and the wait was normal.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited... they have a not so friendly attitude toward blacks. From my experience on two occasions, I was not greeted, but greeted 3 whites as I waited on my purchase. The customer service experience was just awful. I refuse to ever go back... at least to this location.
I love this Starbucks! I moved to Salisbury a few months ago and they already know me there, know my name, and even know what I order. They are super friendly and always willing to do whatever needed to make you happy! Great service and great employees!
We were in line at the drive through at 2:55. The car infront of us ordered. We pulled up to the speaker at 2:57. We are told sorry we close at 3pm. Ok so you can still take orders up to 3pm. So we have now sat in this line because there are cars behind us for 10 flipping mins and we cant even get our drinks. Shame on you Starbucks.
I am fasting until the evening every day as part of my one meal A-day health and weight loss protocol. Earl Gray tea does not break your fast comment helps with blood sugar insulin and a lot of other things! Google citrus bergamotI dont really go to Starbucks except to meet clients, Im a wedding DJ. Today, I got the Earl Gray tea with some cinnamon in it because it has immune system boosting properties.
Great service. Overall good experience. I wish all Starbucks would keep the bulk sugar containers. Im not a fan of sugar packets. A true coffee shop for me has to have pour sugar and pour cream. They did have cream in a container but not sugar.
They don’t care how fast you get your coffee. Watched the man who finally made my coffee wander around for 10 minutes before finally making coffee. No hustling at this store.
Once you enter the drive through....theres no going back. Weve been in line for what feels like months now… Not sure if well make it… Theres a pond to the right....potential water source if need be. This wait gives me time to reflect on my entire life....
This is honestly a terrible Starbucks. They are always out of ingredients and the drinks are never top notch. The employees lack personality and so does this Starbucks. I only come here when the Klumac location is out of my way. But the Klumac location never disappoints and is wayyy better.
I have never met a more rude staff and had such poor service from a Starbucks. I would recommend getting the coffee at the Bojangles across the street. I enjoy Starbucks coffee when served correctly and a by a pleasant staff. Also Cafe Verona and French Roast are the only dark roast coffees this location serves. That would be great if I enjoyed the flavor of rotten fish soaked in a fermented gym sock buried under a chicken coop!
I could literally go here everyday. Love the fact that they have almonds and soy milk which really helps with the vegan diet. Everything is always consistent and amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone.
Worst Starbucks ever. Place isn’t too clean, no way to dry hands in bathroom, out of paper towels. Asked for ham cheddar peppers egg bite, got some other kind. Couldn’t tell until I was back on road because they ran out of the egg bite holders so they were stuffed into an oatmeal container. Girl in there was friendly (she didn’t serve me), but the other people were soooo slooooow.
Quick and friendly service at the drive through. They also made my drink well! I was traveling so this location off the highway was a nice place for a quick stop.
I just LOVE this Starbucks & the employees are amazing!!! Ive been to the one on Julian Rd & I did NOT receive the same heart warming service that I get with this Starbucks. Trevor, Katie, Katie K, Becca, Ivy, John, & manager Linda, are just amazing people!!! I can come in & they already know my name & my order, they dont rush me if I sit down for a while, they arent rude about anything at all, & they ALWAYS make it right if something goes wrong which is hardly ever! I understand the drive-thru might be long sometimes, but you have to remember that they stay very busy & it takes time to make the drinks to your perfection. I dont know about every one else but, I know I want what I pay for & I dont want it rushed. Overall, I think this is a great place & Im willing to wait just to get great service that most places lack nowadays! Love u guys❤
I enjoy Starbucks even though they charge way too much for coffee. I have always loved the atmosphere and specialty beverages, but this Starbucks is the worst I have been to. Its not dirty. Its the staff. I work in customer service so I try to be extra considerate and kind to employees in any customer service position because I know how horrible and inconsiderate the general public can be. I will give a place 2 or 3 times before I am done with it. Someone might just be having a bad day. We all have them but after the second time I am not so understanding especially when I am paying a lot for coffee. Both times when I was there I got treated like I was bothering them by asking for something. The first time was a little more ice in my drink and the second time was because they had run out of half and half and I had told them. Both times there were eye rolling and a condescending attitude.

This Starbucks has wonderful customer service, they employ our veterans that have fought for our country, the employees are very respectful and they have the best MangoDragon fruit drink! I recommend them to everyone stop on by and get a taste of the happiness that they serve with your delicious order(s)🙌🙌!
