My 84 year old mother has been utilizing your curbside pickup. She has given high praise to the persons who bring the groceries out and load them. They are always polite and very nice to me, shes stated. Shes also mentioned how she gets called to make sure she doesnt need anything else added to her list. She appreciates that, because, theres always something you forgot and need. Thanks Food Lion for doing what you do.

All the eggs were not just broken, very SMASHED, every crate, every size, every brand. The few medium eggs were so dirty, nasty - Id have gotten better off a farm!Whats up with ice cream? And NO paper plates! On going problem at several stores.Reminds me of the toilet paper shortage!!

I was busting from eating at a local place with too much grease. This food lion had a clean bathroom that was just in time before the explosion. Feel bad for anyone that came in afterwards, woooo weeee. Then, the people there were friendly and helpful while checking out

There are some items I get here that I cannot find in other stores. It’s usually pretty easy getting in and out

Only two registers open except self checkout,6 employees on the floor stocking shelves and it was only 7pm. The two registers had very long lines waiting,one line went down the drink and chips aisle close to the end of the aisle other register the line was back to the freezer section.the self checkout was busy as well. But no one called for a employee to come and operate a register the manager never opened up anything to get the crowd out I was not waiting any longer than I already had and that was 15 min for self checkout but I ended up having to go to a register to check out but with the long line and no possiblity after 10 minutes of waiting there of getting to the a register without it going to take 30 min or more to get to a register I had to leave.

This Food Lion was as good as all Food Lions I shop at. Food Lion is just a remarkable supermarket. The serve with Courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect.

Affordable Deals, Great produce and they also offer a hot Wing Bar for those that like to tailgate or put on parties or even for a quick snack.

I never knew that they had a food Lion down here it was neat to take and share this moment you guys all need to seek loving into every America and being happy and living life and hopefully well get to stop in there our next time around about but my prayers and my blessings go into use

Always pretty clean and pretty well stocked. Had to wait a few minutes up front due to lack of cashiers. Then another one popped up and things were moving right along again.

The store itself is always clean and stocked well, the fruits and veggies are always in great shape also. The reason for my one star review is for the to go service. Raw meat is almost always packaged with fresh foods, my order today had spinach touching raw turkey. The young woman that loaded our groceries today left the eggs in the trunk right where the trunk shuts, so when she closed the trunk of the car half of the pack of eggs was crushed and yolk was everywhere. I called to let a manager know about this incident and there was no “sorry that happened” or promise to address it with the employee. Just a simple “just bring them back and we will replace them.” No, I won’t be putting a crushed carton of eggs back in my car. We will be going to another Food Lion from here on out!

This is one of the two main foodlions I go to. They always have everything I need, store is always clean and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Order weekly groceries for pickup. Nice feature. Good selection. Sometimes they dont carry what other Food Lions carry. Overall it is a nice store. Not sure if I am getting all my savings thru online coupons, MVP, and my Rewards. Sometimes it sure doesnt seem like I am and I cant use my paper coupons when ordering online.

Nice bright store, a little larger than my own nearby Food Lion so at least it seems they have a larger selection.

I like shopping at this store. They have a lot of sales that even Walmart doesnt have. Their produce is exceptional and most of the time I can find what I need without it being out of stock. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because ordering online and then picking up the groceries is a major headache. They definitely dont have all the kinks worked out of this one yet. Other than that, its a great store to shop at

It was fairly clean but lets be honest I have been to much better food Lions between Statesville and Salisbury and even all the way up to Ohio its not organized properly like most of the other stores especially the new construction ones and this one looks new construction from the outside but not on the inside

The store was being restocked but all the employees were very helpful in finding what we needed. The negative was when we entered the store. My husband is handicapped and needed a scooter. The employee at the door said all the scooters must be in use. No offer to check for them. We grabbed a carriage and walked to pick up just a few things quickly. Went to check out and guess where all the carts were? The exit. If the young man had checked, we could have taken our time and spent more and my husband would not have been in pain. 😡

They havent had our favorite snacks stocked in over a month .

Each time I go to the Faith Road Food Lion, I have no surprises. Its ALWAYS neat, clean, easily accessible (except for the tallest shelves, because I am SHORT.). The people have never shown themselves to be rude, unkind, too busy to help. The workers work so hard, and care so much.Food Lion has a habit of excellence. I have no complaints.

The staff is super friendly here, theyre so awesome with my boys. They were cheering on my oldest as he was helping me with the groceries. He loved talking to them too. The shelves were well stocked and clean which is always a plus. And bonus: their childs mini cart isnt broken like the one at my normal food lion 👍 score!

The store is super clean and the associates are working really hard to bring us clean carts, fresh produce and shorter waits in line. You just cant beat the MVP deals either. I saved $42 yesterday!

Today I went to go get some groceries at this store on Faith Rd and was so impressed at the young lady cleaning the grocery carts. She is the first person I have seen out of all the stores I have been in that is taking this disinfecting the carts seriously ! I was very impressed ! Most people spray a tiny bit of spray and use a waddled up paper towel and clean a very tiny area (and I do mean tiny area). Anyway I just want to say thank you to this young lady for caring about this covid 19 outbreak. It means alot ! And she also had a very good personality ! On the way out I looked to see her name and it was Anita ! Thanks so much Anita ! ! !

They still dont have much beef and no ground beef at all but they do have some chicken and other food lions havent had that lately. Overall they are pretty decently stocked considering all thats going on right now

Pretty nice food lion! Its clean and pretty well stocked and very accessible to faith rd. The only problem is that sometimes its hard to get in and out of the parking lot quickly because of the traffic. However there is construction currently going on and it appears as if they MAY be addressing that problem! Time will tell!!

The customer service is some of the worst I have seen, save for one kind man in produce who actually greeted me, had a sense of humor, and had a firm understanding of his sections logistics. When I asked where something was, the other representatives (I went through 3 before I gave up and left without buying anything) did not know where it was and guessed while sending me away rather than walking me to the location (even after I explained that I had forgotten my glasses, and they were not certain if they were right). Workers did not greet, make eye contact, or smile. I will never return even though food lion has a monopoly on the grocery market in this area. 2 stars only for the kind man in produce.

Great customer service

The staff courtesy has taken a nose dive. Went today and the employees were cutting people off, pushing carts the opposite direction of the arrows, and would look you in the face with a sneer of an expression. You can tell the pickup/delivery has been given priority over in-store shoppers.

Ive been to many Food Lions on east coast but this Food Lion stands out for honestly the best grocery store ive experienced. The hospitality and how helpful they are is excellent. Never had to look for help for they ate already there. Im unable to walk due to disability and they make sure I have necessities to make my experience better & comfortable. I was impressed with how the store and the employees were doing their best to keep customers safe and healthy and the try to maintain a well stocked store even though there were plenty of empty isles there were also stockers everywhere doing their best to replenish them. Good job Food Lion!!

I would give more stars but they constantly have Employees our front smoking. They could at least do it in the back. I have to walk through your smoke as I go in and then see you handling food when I’m in there. I would rather go to food lion than Walmart but Walmart has the same selection. And I hate Walmart but I don’t have to see the employees smoking in the front before they handle the food.

Hard to rate Food Lion stores. Shelf items are good. Produce is chancy. Constantly stock onions that are old a d tomatoes full of hard yellow cores. Some meats are also. Ive found fresh hamburger wrapped round old. One week the store bacon tastes good the next week the same brand will have no flavor.
