These guys were outstanding to work with! They fixed my Hoover vacuum on warranty. I didnt have to pay a dime even though I admitted that my son had vacuumed over our curtain and broke the vacuum. I called around to several places in the valley because my shark vacuum wasnt working. To my suprise, not many people were willing to fix shark vacuums. This store was an incredible find! After taking my vacuum to another Salt Lake Vacuum store for repair I was shocked to find such an expensive estimate of over $100. I took it to Smith-Crown Co. for a second opinion and was only charged around $50 for their general service and a belt. The vacuum I picked up was nothing close to the one I had dropped off! They had taken the time to physically hand polish my 15 year old Hoover making it look brand new. Incredible service for low prices and the staff was extremely welcoming, offering to carry it to my car for me even. I will be back when this vacuum finally dies!

We have a commercial grade vacuum that weve had for 12 years and it was starting to die. We took it into them and they said it would probably cost $150 to fix. They ended up delivering it to our house a few days later and they found some used parts and it only cost $85! They went above and beyond what I as a consumer wouldve expected. It really matters when a shop will stand responsibly behind the goods it sells.This case was a tough one. Wed bought an upright vacuum cleaner that worked well for a little over a year. But then the catch that held it upright broke. The shop ordered replacement parts for a repair (one the back panel, not cheap) and negotiated them into the manufacturers warranty. It took a couple of months for the manufacturer to deliver the panel, but, sadly, a second part still had to come. Sadly, the new panel broke too after just a few days use. At this point, with everyone frustrated, the shop decided to do the right thing on the spot. They replaced the vacuum with a newer, more sturdy model that works well.These folks care and go the distance. Please take note!

We could smell gas around our oven and werequite concerned about the safety issue. Mike and his team were able to diagnose a problem with a 25 year old Miele Red Star canister vacuum. Swapped out a bad cord for the power head, and made an adjustment to the hose cord, and it runs flawlessly.

I needed a new off/on switch for my Hoover, the part was $3.04, it took less than 15 minutes to replace and they charged me $39.95 labor.$54 for a $3 switch. Total rip off, No Parking, and a little creepy.Better places in SLC if do business.
